Reiko swings his right arm around slightly then puts up his dukes. Left leading, right dominant. He was sure to keep on the balls of his feet for easy and quick maneuverability.

Dark slackens the tension upon his shoulders, and gets into a classic guarded crouch. Left leading, right dominant.
Swaying slightly to the sides, he holds out his left arm with a bent drop in his elbow to keep Reiko in range as he approaches.
He jabs swiftly, swapping to the right.

Reiko lightly weaved his upperbody slightly to the left of the first jab, then to the right of the other. He moved to about a middle distance between himself and Dark, then thrusted his left shoulder forward slightly at air, his left arm following the motion slightly...

With the right arm leading, Dark is easily able to avoid the left by swaying to the right. As he does so, he steps forward in a lunge to continue with his right jab, swinging it around with a hook at Reiko's face. Holds up his left arm in a guard.

Dark_Wanderer With the right arm leading, Dark is easily able to avoid the left by swaying to the right. As he does so, he steps forward in a lunge.. Reiko's left arm came down to riblevel as dark began to step into close range, then came up in a short uppercut at Dark's chin as he would begin his jabs.

Reiko's right arm was Dark's left, because his left hand had been held down and with the combination of his forceful lunge, that left Reiko with no protection against the jab into his face.
As well as that, Dark's left hand ducked down in a right body cross denying a swing upwards from there. He stepped again if the jab connected, adding more force to the blow.

Lunging? The irregularity caught me by surprise. Nice... but I will also teach you something goodDark_Wanderer As well as that, Dark's left hand ducked down in a right body cross.... When the left bodyblow came, Reiko's right arm came out. Not out as in extended, but it came down and intercepted Dark's left fist with the elbow. This was a legal but dirty tactic, because depending on how hard Dark punched, he could have broken his hand. Either way, he wouldn't have to be too afraid of his left now. Reiko's left was back into safe position to protect against anything.

The hand that had came into contact with Reiko's elbow pushed on hard, attempting to force an awkward retreating action. Dark was a conditioned Martial Artist, so he had hardened fists.
He drew back in rapid succesion with his right and unleashed a one-two jab, stepping forwards all the more.
He had hunched up his shoulders, kept his head down slightly and remained in a semi-guarded crouch.

Now his head was down into Dark's chest, negating any inside blocking or outside long thrusts, while he threw a left body blow.

Dark grunted at the blow, his jab still coming on. Because it was at such a close range, and because he had drawn it back, the effect of it on Reiko's face would be transformed from a simple jab to a meaty straight jab. Coming on, he attempted to push Reiko away from him, thursting with his shoulders.

Dark_Wanderer Dark grunted at the blow, his jab still coming on... (( It was negated by my head being against your chest mang. Jabbing at close range is dangerous. I'll step back though. )) Reiko hopped back middle range and then went back to long range in two quick steps. Dark switched to Southpaw so quickly that Reiko couldn't decipher the moves earlier. Reiko switched to Southpaw as well. He wouldn't be outdone, especially not by an inboxing Southpaw. I will show you how to do this properly

Dark smiled mockingly as he stood where he was, staying from side to side in a fair imiation of a snake.
Is that all you got?
He shifted the balance upon the balls of his feet whilst he swayed. It was a fluid movement, barely noticable. His fists were held up at chest level.
All he had to do was wait.

The jab came as he swayed to the left. Strangely, Dark did not attack but stepped back and smiled.

Reiko kept doing only right jabbing, keeping his distance exactly. Since Dark was stepping back, it was easy to do so. So he persued while staying long distance.
