In my "drunken" stupor on New Years Eve I said she could come. (I wasn't really drunk. Just a little off-kilter. sweatdrop ) Now I regret it terribly because I (and Pez) really don't want her to come. (It's a little complicated and I'm just to lazy to explain why.) How do I keep her from coming to the MiniCon? Will somebody help me out with this? Pez? I know you don't want her there. Any ideas? crying You should just tell her that it got canceled cause Fenny blew up Minnesota or something... ninja 2 problems. 1. She has a tendency to ' friend stalk' me. Usually I don't mind, but if I'm gone for the weekend she'll know about it. 2. I guarantee you, if she thinks it's canceled she'll volunteer to host it herself. DysFUNKtional Duck Okay, I know of 4 Mitten-ers. Two of them have said yush. One said probably. One said maybe. Bus routes are only posted 3 months prior. The July routes, prices, and schedules will be available in May. But I can give an estimate now. If we do the carpool/bus plan then bus tickets (including return trip) should cost us about $35 each. Taking the bus from Michigan instead of carpooling would not be advisable. You would have to leave from Ann Arbor or Detroit and they only have routes to Chicago. You would then have to board another bus (at god knows what hour) and take that to Minneapolis. All in all costing each of you Mitten-ers about $70 rather than $35. Your best bet is carpooling to Chicago and leaving the car in my driveway while the 4-6 (or more) of us take a bus to Minneapolis. Now let's talk dates. Are we doing one weekend like last time? It seemed to end so fast, I certainly wouldn't mind adding a couple days. But it's really up to you Fenny, since you're hosting. If we are doing one weekend, here are the prime suspects: July... 17, 18, 19 24, 25, 26 If we want to run longer we'll need to discuss which part of the week we cut into. A couple days before or after the chosen weekend? -Checks my date book- I'm free either way! But, according to this, I'm free for the whole year. sweatdrop I'm not very consistent with things like planning in advance.
