Granted. You are now better stronger smart then all you all. Of course being so much better then all you all ends up destroying your body, so you live the rest of your life as a shell of your former body. Sorry.
I wish everyone in the world had a lame super power! These super powers cause no harm to anyone or anything what so ever. They are lame. Like turning all light bulbs in the room blue.

The powers were giving to the people but your power was to undo the last thing you did making your wish invalid.
I wish I could heal anything from incurable diseases to dismemberment.

Wish granted!!! You are granted the wish to heal whomever or whatever even if it is incurable, BUT you receive the sickness yourself.
I wish I had a dictionary to figure out what dismemberment meant...but I could probably guess it anyway o 3o

The [insert wish granting method here] got pissed off that you were being greedy, so now you are forcedto grant wishes for ever. You get more wishes, but none of them are your own.

Granted. The sammich isn't lethal. Just really really painful, but it won't kill you.

Granted, the sammich kills you in a way most foul, then it procedes to resurect you, and repeat the process forever.
I wish people didn't feel the urge to make or corupt wishes in morbid ways.

Granted. They don't feel the need to corrupt wishes in morbid ways. We just enjoy it. So... I guess your head explodes or something.
I wish that my old wish didn't kill me. (The one about the sandwich)
