If you wanted to change your name to include Zee's last name, you could. You'd just have to put a _ or an ~ between them.
Frankly, your av looks much more like Zatanna. And although we have multiple Supergirls here in Kapow! the only reason they can is because of them is physically a different incarnation. Kara In-Ze is the animated Supergirl. Linda Lee Danvers is the silver age S-girl. And Kara Zor-El is the current Supergirl. All different people, actually.
If this gal wanted to be in Kapow, she'd be kindly informed that we already have a Zatanna, and that she'd have to pick a new name, since as far as I know, there's only one Zatanna in all of comics.
Let me use another example. If someone registered "Helena Wayne" we'd let them in. We already have a Huntress, but she's HelenaBertinelli, the modern Huntress, whereas Helena Wayne is the Silver Age Huntress. However, if someone registered as Bruce~Wayne and tried to get in, they'd be turned down because we have a Bruce Wayne already-he's Batman in any era, so that character is basically 'off the table.'
There's only one Zatanna in comic-dom, so there's only one in Kapow. Does that make sense?

Unfortunately, it's first come-first serve unless you can work around it, such as using different incarnations of the same hero. I'm just trying to state it in a way people will be able to understand.

I think the rule still stands in this case, though...same name, no entry. If for nothing else, then for the sake of preventing confusion...We had a "Linda Danvers" and a "Linda Lee Danvers" in here for a bit and it was too too confusing. The first one changed her name to Kara In-Ze to help that.
