it isn't, but all Universities do that I think pretty much all of the ones I was searching did it, including in Canada D;
it might take a year or two for me to go though, I need first to finish the one i'm doing here.
But I need to decide also, cuz I like the East cost xD
well if you are looking in the East coast in Quebec, Canada. do not get confused with CEGEPs because they aren't like college or university.

but anyways..., me likes the East Coast, I think of going to some universities around there too

I even visited UBC but they didn't had the classes I wanted for exchange students =/

plus it's in montreal, where i live. I plan on going to that uni after cegep. ^__^

Chicago is closer to the middle of the US.
