Asmondai XxDARTH RIVLENxX so you have your own languge and swedish is taught yet everyone speaks english? thats kinda weird neutral English is also taugth in school. sweatdrop It's standard practice for most countries nowadays. They teach English because they view the USA as a place where all things happen and you'll have to communicate with them eventually. But I would suggest learning Manderin within the next 10-15 years. Just a suggestion though. Has nothing to do with my job in the military.

Asmondai XxDARTH RIVLENxX i just assumed they had a diffrent languge is all sweatdrop We do, we have our own Finnish and teached swedish, althou I hardly see the point of learning it anyway. stare If you learned Swedish you could talk to me whee 4laugh At least it's almost the same. Although many Swedes don't understand Norwegian, but that's because they're silly people! ^.^

XxDARTH RIVLENxX people in finland speak english? confused I thought everyone had to learn English nowadays...? We had English in school from first grade and up I think, or maybe it was second.. And when we're 13/14 years old we can choose to learn French or German (some schools even offer other languages such as Spanish) 3nodding I would guess that Norwegians are generally good in speaking English, although people with dialects that pronounce the "r"'s differently than me (I pronounce the "r"'s as the Germans and French do) have generally more difficulty in their pronouciation of words in other languages (also english) so they often tend to speak "NorwegianEnglish" - English with Norwegian accent and their way of saying the "r"'s whee It's fun to listen to 3nodding 4laugh
