Sekain walked through the doors, he had been gone longer than he thought he'd be but he was back and seemingly untouched and fresh. He looked at Katherine and walked up to her "update" he asked simply not knowing of any recent events due to his absence.

Katherine turned seeing Sekain she reached out and touched his shoulder like she was testing to see of he was real. She looked up into his eyes then they watered slightly as she stepped forward. She buried her face in his shoulder and her words were very soft. "I thought maybe you had become lost." She didn't want to tell him about Set .. she didn't want to tell him everything but she knew she was going to.

He chuckled and comforted her "you can't get rid of me that easily" he smiled as he looked in her eyes as he wiped the tears from her cheeks with his thumbs. "come the sooner I know the sooner I can get back into the game"

"No one was here when they were going to attack but me and Set the army... We went in and engaged Craven, halfway through Micon attacked the enemy with the demons that were on our side from behind us. My blade broke and I went down but ...Thats when it gets odd from what i know Set managed to turn his own men against him when i flew away from the blow i gave him... Thats when things got weirder... I woke up in my bed. Set and Matachi were both there. Matachi said he had locked our army away and then... Set is dead, so is Micon. I am sorry." All of it came out in a rush, she didn't put in what Set had planned to do.

He was shocked at the sudden rant of information but now wasnt the time to dwell on it he ran his fingers through her hair and smiled softly "okay" he said after a pause "I'm back, so now its my turn to play" he smiled "You're about to see something very special" he winked as he pulled her into another hug.

She was expecting him to be angry with her so when he embraced her she only felt slightly reassured that things were okay and it helped more than she thought it would or could. "What is it?" She spoke. He was in a good mood which was odd but whatever it was, whatever had made him happy she was glad for it.

Paradox was back in the halls, falling in behind the two of them, watching them. "The country side is calm." He reported quietly. He stood there like a statue.

"That is good to know" she spoke looking back to Paradox."Although it seems that Craven escaped i doubt he will be forming a army against us again any time soon." She had no idea that in truth he to was dead.

He grabbd her hand excitedly and dragged her off to the roof where they both stood in a previous battle over seeing the battle below. "the countryside is far from calm" he smirked knowing that what he'd done in his absence was sure to allow their win.

A slight smile touched her lips as her eyes looked out over the kingdom towards the ocean she knew he had done something out there she wasn't sure what but excitement was there all the same her purple eyes looked back to having been dragged away from Paradox knowing she needed to tell him that there men was safe and that it was Matachi's doing. She looked back to the ocean then.

Paradox watched them run off. He could have smiled, but he didn't. "The countryside should be far from quiet, but it is. There is nothing, not even a report of a remnant of Craven's army." Paradox said quietly, turning away so they could maintain a little privacy for now. He had his own errands to do anyway.
(Oh, by the way, I'm sending some chars over to the flowing rivers if you want to Rp there.)

"Craven missed one important element within his army." he smiled as a brisk breeze embarced them both "One that he couldn't touch, one that he thought was scarce" he smiled as the oceans were calm the oceans were once more hers.

Katherine's hand in his tightened for a brief moment as she looked up to him. "Thank you Sekain... I am so sorry." She spoke softly thinking about again Set and Matachi the sound of her sword tip going through Matachi's throat and having to remind herself that he was okay now.
