Groundhogs day in Punxsutawney was fun. We slept in a movie theater after watching the Groundhogs Day movie. All the locals were throwing Mardi Gras beads with Punxsutawney Phil on them, waving glowsticks, and singing/quoting lines throughout the movie. Then we watched fireworks right before dawn and froze our a** off as the rat declared he saw his shadow.

@bp: gonk heart at least there's still phi beta kappa... right?
@eve: wait... isn't agnes scott in atlanta? why is it after i graduated from emory and moved out of atlanta, everybody's going to atlanta? good luck with your aps, eve! <3
@kimi: i will be sending positive vibes your way ^^.
@kari: yay stick shift! i hear they're more fun to drive. i'd love to learn how to drive one someday.
i was the only one in my family who was born via c-section. i was not facing the right direction as well. my mom still teases me about it every now and then. hrmph. if they wanted me to face the right direction, they should've given me a manual to read over before it was time for me to be born.
anyway, tomorrow's a snow day here again! i'm glad i checked my e-mail before i tried to do any last-minute course preps for tomorrow. it's been snowing all day. i've been keeping close watch... and it hasn't stopped snowing yet. i am a little concerned about the roof of my apartment complex because the snow is piled so high. i believe it's unprecedented for my school to cancel classes because of snow twice in a year... that's just how bad the weather is and how unprepared the city is.
now i can go back to vending! /nerd

The address says Decatur, but yes, it's Atlanta. X-D The campus seems really nice (planning a visit sometime) and the program for English is better than some Indiana offers.
=.= I love Caran to death. But sometimes, I wonder if she'd be happier if I was tied to her through a freakin' marriage contract--or that's how it feels. First she told me to get a job where she and Emily work at, then suggested I get and apartment with them, now she wants me at the same college as them.

ayup, decatur's in atlanta. i lived in decatur for two years (first year and last year) while i was going to emory. pretty area, but the pollen's awful in spring.
i know what you mean about best friends wanting to have a tight grip on you. when i was about to graduate, my best friend (who lives in LA) was all like, "yeah, when you move here, i'll introduce you to this and that and we'll be going to this and that..." and i'm all like, "when i move there?! i don't even know where i'm going after graduation!"
um... yeah... she just assumed that i'll be moving to the same city she's in...
edit: yay! i finally got the new bebo hat. i've been checking bebo everyday to see if my widget has refreshed. i really liked the panda hat at first glance. and it matches with my mecha form, which i've been wanting to wear for a while too ^^.

BridgeChan Vincent Valentine-Jenova Care_e I just had my first driving lesson on how to drive a stick shift car... i suck at it gonk Awww but Stick shifts are fun!Crazy you be Vinny! lol X'D I don't like sticks either Kari dear :'3 XD, but you see theres a problem, when ever I try to drive an automatic, I reach for the shifter thing, and try to shift it. Thus, I love my little Stick shift. And the evil person at the car dealership looked at me funny when I said I wanted to buy a a stickshift... He just stopped looked at me funny and said "Why would you want a stick shift." Then I told him that thats what I know how to drive, his responce was "Well, we dont have any stick shifts, they arent being built anymore." When I had looked at a couple cars in the lot already which had a stick shift. Stupid stupid man. Right after he told me that I turned around and left. Dont tell me I cant get a 5-speed.
Kimi: Missed my sisters birthday and aiming for mine? XD *hugs*
Cardi: No snow here anymore. Just high wind and humidity... It's suppose to rain later. Some how the rain seems to know when I have to bring an art project in to class.

Vinny, I think he might be aiming to be born on the same date as his brother -- the 9th (of course, Baby-Ree was in June and Baby-Roo in February, but I don't think he cares). *headdesk*

My gift meter is still gray. u.u So no Bebo hat for Evie still.
I love her like family, but there are days I really just want to slap her silly. I explained to her that I couldn't handle both her and Emily together and I think that got through to her. The only issues is she is NOW realizing that with her new job she'll have no free time what so ever--the same reason I didn't apply to the job. It's just been frustrating since I came back from my vacation. =.=
Kimi: I was suppose to born on the 4th of November. My birthday is the 12th. He'll be a stubborn one. <3

Edit: Whups. I was bumping and bumped the wrong thread on the wrong open page >_<
My mom and dad were both born on the 25th, six months apart (mom in Feb, dad in Aug).
My mom and her brother both have two kids born 6 months apart in the same months, two born in December (me and my younger cousin) and two born in June (my younger brother and my older cousin).
My older cousin's name is Yukona May because she was supposed to be born in the Yukon in May. She ended up being born in Ontario in June.

So last night, i kept waking up because my feet felt itchy and burning and it felt hard to wiggle my toes, like if they were swollen or something, and just uncomfortable. I was too tired to get up and look at them and basically ignored them and kept trying to sleep instead. I woke up this morning and it hurt to walk on my feet... had to have at least sandles on and even then they hurt and still burned. I looked at them and seemed a little red, but nothing else. About a half hour later. i looked at my feet again and there were welts/hives all over bottom and on the tops of them... my hands as well and even some on my arms and legs but those bother or itch. I'm aparently having allergic reaction to SOMETHING, i just dont know what ^^; I took IB Profin and its helped the pain but spots are still there and im trying really good to scratch anything.

I wouldn't be surprised if you're allergic to something Hawaiian, there's a lot of new plants and critters out there.
You should go to a hospital and have it checked out...
Oh! Oh yes, a warning I should have told you about. If your house has insects in it, do NOT let an exterminator spray the outside of your house. It'll only drive the insects inside. My mom nearly got bitten by a 6 inch long centipede while we were there because her cousin had the outside of the house sprayed and the bugs went inside.
Also, let the little lizards run around your house, as they'll eat the bugs. They're adorable, anyway.

I only wear sandels or go barefoot while in the house. I dont think we are allowed to spray bugs outside our place because we dont own it.. but yes, the gecko's around here are cute and we are not killing them XD even if they do wander in the house sometimes lol
