"Why don't we make it interesting?"
I walked back up to Maia and Night as I said this. "I still owe Reno a finish to our battle so why not he and I take the two of you on? Night can even borrow my Lairon - I've never even looked at its stats yet, let alone used it in a battle. What do you say to a double battle?"
I shot a glance at Reno that just beamed spontaneous excitement. "You with me on this?"

" 'Ell yeah. Might as well knock the egotistical newbie down a peg. So Maia, 'ow are ya gonna feel with a second round also?" Reno roared out, Leslie cheering at the prospect of seeing her partner fight and most likely win.
Hopping off his shoulder, Leslie sat at the sidelines with Fenrir and Abra, ready to watch this.

Night twisted his head to the right as he always did when he was about to ask a stupid question. "I'll go along," Night said, "but what's a Lairon?" Since he was still a newbie who just got into the adventuring scene, Night didn't really know a lot of Pokémon. However, he did know enough to be able to use them.

I took out Titan's ball and released the Lairon, showing Night its intimidating form. "Okay, Titan. I know I don't use you much, but I'm letting Night here borrow you for our little battle. If you don't mind, I'd like you to follow his orders as though they came from your old trainer. Are you okay with that?"
Titan didn't seem too unhappy with the situation, though he didn't really display any emotion at all. Dan must have trained him well.
"Alright, he's all yours until the battle's over. I think we can all agree on two pokemon per trainer for this fight, right? Everybody ready?"

Night looked over the Lairon carefully before taking out his Snag and using the Poké Dex. "Alright big fella," Larry said, putting away the Snag, "hope you don't mind me using you for this little battle. If it makes you feel any better, I'll give a nice treat if you do good." Reaching up, Night pulled Peep off his head and put him on the floor. "Ready now," Night said to Terashi, "but we can't fight here. Isn't there a better location? If not, we can take this outside." Peep nodded in agreeance.

"Sounds familiar. Kinda like when we first fought, eh, Terashi?" Reno quipped, a cocky grin on his face. Drawing out a pair of Pokeballs, Reno tossed them out. From within their confines emerged Tesei, the Cloyster, and Nova, the Larvesta.

Maia pumped her fist. "Oh heck yeah!" She said, shooting a grin at Reno. "You're going down this time. I've got more than a Silcoon this time. So me and Jockstrap here versus balarina and Simon Pegg." Wait, did Maia just recognize that she didn't know any of their names?! "This is gonna be fun. Why don't we hold em out in the woods?" She suggested, realizing that Jockstrap-- er, Night, was right. "Either that or we could go to the training room."

"Simon who?" I blurted out at Maia's comment. "Er, nevermind. But there is a Training Room here in headquarters, if traversing the waterfall to leave the mountain doesn't appeal."
I decided not to bring out my pokemon until a decision was made on location.

"Jockstrap?" Night repeated in confusion. "It's Night Wildy Sarah." Night decided to give Maia the nickname based on her wild hair.
Night would now think for a moment, unsure of a location. Finally he said, "I vote training room."

Maia looked at Night. "...Nah, Jock strap. It's a compliment. 'Cause it looks like you've got b-" Suddenly, Hank released herself, the sound muffling Maia's next few words. "So that's why I say you should be called Jockstrap." Maia pointed at Reno. "He's Simon Pegg because of his weird accent..." Maia looked at him and narrowed her eyes, She wasn't sure if it was true or not, but she could have sworn his accent was fake.. Finally, she pointed at Takashi. "Aaand You're Ballerina. Why? Because you're Ballerina."
"As for me, I don't care where we battle, as long as we get it goooiiiin! yeaaaah!"

"You can call me Terashi. I've never been to any sort of event that would require that kind of dancer, so the 'name' you've given me makes no sense. Anyway, it looks like we're off to the Training Room."

( xD lol oops my bad. Spent so much time working on that mission, and wrote "takashi" so many times that My brain replaced all T names with Takashi..... Soooooo Terashi = Takashi now. yupit'scanon trolol.)
Maia scooped up Hank, her female Tepig. "I didn't say you were a Ballerina, I'm saying you're Ballerina. And I think I'll just keep calling you Ballerina 'cause Terasaur is too long of a name." Did it make sense? No, did it have to? Either way, Maia would start making her way to the training room, Hank Oinking excitedly

"Simon Pegg? 'O the bloody 'ell is that? I feel strangely mocked." Reno quipped trailing behind everyone. His Cliyster and Larvesta kept pace beside him, raring to go. Just behind him was Leslie, running behind him to keep pace, Fenrir in her arms and Abra teleporting itself along.

Following after the others, Night would be scanning Lairon to see what moves he could do. "Do your trainer proud," Night said to Lairon. "T.B. didn't raise a slacker did he?"

"How do you think I feel?" I asked Reno through gritted teeth as I headed toward the front of the group, since I had reason to suspect I was the only one who actually knew where the training room was.
