No one ever ******** said he didn't have to be called by his name, Ruhi. That was something someone else started.
You can do that all you please, but until there's an official reversal, all you'd really be doing is saying "Hey! This person screwed up the reports and lied about it." Which technically would mean that Dai would have to be executed for treason. You're gonna have to have a bit more common sense.
It won't go down that way, but yeah. You're going to have to think in character a little less rashly.

I'm doing pretty swell, actually. I'm just trying to get things set up because Astra insists on having Sypher, and to have him he'd have to be in another village. Ugh. Politics, I tell ya.

Wiggles: I'm good, eating a sandwich.
Mana: I know that! But it's still taboo in the village anyway! Isn't that what Kin basically said in the post you just put up?
And Suzume knows he's innocent too, she just wants to see him one last time before he goes!
Wait, who screwed up the reports on what?

Um. I just had a thought. I just asked the Hokage if I could come to the Snow to have you train me. =DD (I hope that's alright. o.o)

What could you learn at Snow?
And we're in an arc and the Yukikage is in the hospital, so go visit him there. XP

One can't say he's wholly innocent. Influenced by a foreign being, yes. It's evidence that's really quite flimsy from a judicial stand point.
The fact that he's alive means Dai (by "executing" him and then leaving him at a village doorstep) conspired to allow an individual with privy to vital information of the village to escape, from a stand point of law. As I mentioned to Astra, the fact that she worked him so high into the rankings is what's binding Sypher to the village.
I mean, we could memory wipe him periodically, but in essence Sypher needs to be bound to silence or consigned one way or another to death, for the safety of the village. That's how it's seen, really.

[ Mana: } What do you mean? You do know Kiri and Kumo are on good terms, correct? ( Last I knew, and to what Licky tells me. )
Edit: Er... oh...
[ Haruru: } What kinda sandwich?

Mana: See?
Yes, I knew all of that, but I thought matters were settled with Dai when she was placed under house arrest?
So how would Suzume meeting with Sypher on the road or at the gates do something bad?
Wiggles: Dry salami, swiss, lettuce, and tomato on white bread. Delicious. XP

Shin: They are on good terms, but should they never not be, that's a crippling bit of information that Sypher has access to. It's all hypothetical stuff going on with that, but when one leads, one must consider all roads, no?
Ruhi: It's settled because it's not an official punishment, Ruhi. Suzume seeing him would be fine, but running around going "HE'S ALIVE! HE'S ALIVE!" would shine light on the fact that someone who has been working hunting missions didn't in fact do her job, no? A job that is pivotal to a village's security.

[ Haruru: } Harumph... That actually sounds like a sandwich... I'm used to just eating ham and lettuce on bread. T u T
[ Mana: } That ideal alone causes suspicion and puts a marker on the heads of those in question, however. Even as a technical unit on a global playing field, it's a matter of distrust and disloyalty. Sypher was a high ranking member of the village, but I can't imagine that she was one to bring up controversy or shady measures. The way I see it, her desire to move to a different village is much less a case for alarm than other internal affairs... Plus, Licky's made it known she wants to move, no?

Wiggles: At least it's not just cheddar cheese on bread. XP
Mana: But... he entered the village. Wouldn't people recognize him?
Or are we going with his appearance changed so radically it would be hard to tell?
Or did he throw on a disguise at the last minute?

He didn't actually enter the village, Ruhi. He got to the gate and was redirected up the mountainside. The temple itself is not within the boundaries of the village, if you look in the description. It's just in a proximity.
