xp those criticals are kind of cool, but you should put more details into them.
At first I didn't know what to place my Water jutsu in, seeing as It's just normal water being thrown at someone.
then I noticed the Pshycic Acknowledgement and I'm like OOOhhh.... So it's Impact critial!

At first I didn't know what to place my Water jutsu in, seeing as It's just normal water being thrown at someone. then I noticed the Pshycic Acknowledgement and I'm like OOOhhh.... That's that we want them to cover a wide series of possibilities and just give a general idea "what happens" that can be tailored to specific attacks. Making them to specific would hinder that capability greatly. Psychic Acknowledgement?

oh well At least I didn't start on my second set before the new change accured......double the work is so heart throbbing.

No one was making fun of you, I just couldn't make sense of your sentence or what it referred to in conjecture with what you where talking about. As for the -20... what? If something says it gives you a -20 it's because it gives you a negative -20.
