*Al eyed the glasses then took both shots lightning fast, then blood glass tapped onto the table first then the empty rum glass. She sat back and surveyed the room before speaking.* I, for one, must plead ignorance, though it pains me. Being young I have run in with few pure bloods, and the ones I've met wanted little to do with me. This mansion is the first place I have been around more than one at a time. *she shrugged* I'm afraid I have little to offer in the manner of this mystery.

"Thank you for the blood. I am not doubting anything you say. I am telling you all that i can so that you are warned. Nothing else. I dont talk to boast, but to inform." he picked up the packet and his fangs grew. He punctured the packet letting the blood pour into the glass. he licked the little droplets from his lips. He picked up the glass and began to drink it. "mmm. nice to have some clean blood again."

She laughed alittle at Alice "The rum should not affect you that much." She waved her hand alittle and the rum and blood bottles moved back to her she poured herself anouther shot and drunk them down, setting the glasses back on the table "I make sure the blood I get is clean, there is a town up the road who I made friends with the govener of when I came to the MVC, he and his people gladly give us a good supply of blood if we leave there town alone if we do go hunting the towns and help protect them if someone invades. Most do not even bother, knowing that the MVC backs them they see it wiser to leave them alone then risk attacking them." She poured anouther set of shots for herself and drank them down and sighed

he slowly moved his gaze at death tired of looking out of the window and he looked straight into her eyes "death this sanctuary will not forever last" he did not remove his gaze nor did his body move an inch "you must keep this clan from falling apart"

After a few moments he swirled the glass and then took a sip. "Thank you." He then turned to Draconus at his statement. He didn't say anything to that. He didn't want to get into this one, whatever it might be. He was simply enjoying his drink.

*Mercy sat on the window seal looking out languishly, turning her head she narowed her eyes at him.* "Watch your tongue Draconus. . . . . . " *She warned, and no just for herself or respect but the mere idea of the MVC being gone made her shudder slightly then damn her self for doing so. Standing up she smiled to everone before curtsying slightly to the room and headin toward the library.*

Thank you. Wolf took a shot and sat back. Looking around he couldnt help but imagine life without the MVC. Frustrated he shook the disturbing thought from his mind.

Her lips curve into a frown. "I don't like the idea of MVC not being around and at the same time...." She glances towards the window. "The clan can't last forever."

She laughed alittle grabbing the bottle of blood and pouring some into an actually glass she had from earlyer "I would watch your tounge cousin, your lucky I tolerate you" Her voice was cold enough to cause a slight chill in the room, her eyes not leaving Draconus. "I decided how I run this place, not you. And the Clan is fine, we all seem to get along just fine, and its not your place to say anything." She streached alittle "It can not last forever if people think like that, and unless Draconus wishes to share something about a fight that I do not know of, we are in no harms way." She sipped the blood after she finished talking, her voice was slightly annoyed.

his eyes did not faulter and his body inanimate "i am not the same arrogent one you remember cousin" "i just have seen how this clan has fallen apart and how so many loved ones of mune do not stick around and then the talk of mercy's leaving. it just seemed to me like you were letting it all go""i still respect you and admireyou and your courage amd i would fight with you until the end but i do not fear you not anymore our powers equal our wisdoms one" "two purebloods coming from the same family its not that easy to get along side by side" he seemed as if a corpse frozen in time but still his words fluttered through the air with a chill hat would even paralyze the bravest humans with fear

She laughed alittle it held a small amount of power that was very cold unlike the warmth it normally would "You are no where near my equal cousin, you are still too slow, and you know nothing that I do." She actually stood up and moved grabbing the empty blood packets "Your wisdom is nothing near mine, you did not have to come back to your home to see your family murdered, your children dead, and your lover dead. You have gained wisdom but nothing to equal mine." She moved very gracefully like she never touched the floor "No one has left Draconus, Atta had things to do, Annie I never really talked to much after she found out that Atta was really her mother, and Mercy she has a tendancy of boring very easy so she goes out and does things, they all come back to see us here. The clan has not fallen apart, you only missed things in your absence." Her voice was a bit crueler than it needed to be. She looked at Mark and Cali "Say hello to Draconus you two, he is my cousin after all which makes him family, even if only partly"
Cali looked over the back of the chair"Hello Rat." She sits back down its obvious she doesn't care for him
Mark just kinda half waves at him, its more like he's brushing him off than saying hi

She slowly gets up and dusts her dress off. The air is far too tense for her. "I need some fresh air...Cali, Mark, would either of you be interested in coming to the forest with me?"
