-X Duo Yiro X- Gregar828 Each demon user is supposed to be loyal to its specific village, to balance out power. Demons cannot just up and abandon their village to go live in a new one as they please. Imagine if all demon users one day decided "Hey, I wanna go live in kirigakure." That would make Kiri a tad overpowered. I understand that, but here's the thing, what if during the process of an Attack, say some Mist Shinobi along with some of our Allies (Suna) go and seal it into a Suna Genin to boost their power in the near future, making them once more a threat. Basically stealing the Nine-Tails in RP from Konoha from the snake kid. >.< If you could do that legitimately, I would applaud you for it. But Kirigakure does not have an S level sealing master nor the means of acquiring one, no legitimate reason to go to war with Konoha, and no guarantee of the cooperation of Suna, to say nothing of actually defeating the Kyuubi host to a point where unsealing it and resealing it would be possible.

If you look at it from a bystander prospective, you'd probably see a little better where I'm coming from. (I've been reading up on most of the recent Activity)
Who said anything about making just one person seal it? Here is a Sealing Master that could 'lead' the sealing. Since he's rouge, we could probably get him to help us, but it's going to be a crap load of work to get him to do it. Money talks, but then again you never know what one would require as payment for such a big job. I would say Luo is in condition to use the proper sealing jutsu, but digging through old battle archives, I saw he had trouble with sealing the Gobi, obviously less powerful then the Kyuubi. Still it is very possible that it could work out, but it would be a "Moderator" thing to work out above the crew members. Obviously, with the roleplay as it is now Kiri stands at a perfect point to do such a task. As it stands, we have "Diplomatic Communications" with both Konoha and our possible 'ally' Suna. Suna, being in it's current state, would undoubtedly agree to almost any terms. They are in no state to deny any help given. I'm 99% sure they wouldn't pass up the opportunity. On the other hand, Konoha is at it's peak with snake kid as Hokage. Seeing as how 'shady' things are there, returning the Nine-Tails into a Jiinjuriku (Excuse the spelling) from Konoha could only lead to utter ruin for their enemies. It would only take a few "Diplomatic Half-Truths" to get it done. It would be something like what happened at the Chuunin Exams in Naurto. Everything would seem fine, Konoha receiving help from Kiri to seal the Nine-Tails, while Suna takes the shadows and wait. Disguising the rouge as a "Lead Sealer" from Kiri, he can choose the host to seal it into. The brunt of the Nine-Tail attack would fall on Konoha's shinobi, while Kiri 'assisted' them. At the last possible second, Suna appears, and the Nine-Tails gets sealed into one of them.
Obviously it needs more work, but as a skeleton from just what's going on now. This is VERY possible and gives it more of a 'balance', putting Suna back on track while boosting Kiri's desired something for doing it for Suna, obviously Konoha would look down on Kiri, but when have fire and water ever agreed? That's all I can think of right now, Greg. You see, I can be smart sometimes.

Nomiya Yasashii is currently infiltrating both Kirigakure and Sunagakure, both thinking that he is applying for membership in their village. If both villages were to ally and find out that their sealer was the same person, don't you suppose that the sealer would try to escape both? Or that Kiri and Suna may even become suspicious of each other and start a new war amongst themselves? Nomiya Yasashii is A rank, not S rank. The sealing jutsu that Luo used was a one-time arc specific justu, for when the guild had just started. It can no longer be used. Why are you assuming that Kiri would so willingly allow the Kyuubi to be placed in a Suna shinobi? Wouldn't Kiri want the Kyuubi for itself? Why go through all that trouble of starting a war (A war that, according to you, suna doesn't even contribute to until the last moment) for the sake of another village gaining power, even if it is an "ally"? This plan depends on Konoha specifically asking Kiri for help with sealing the Kyuubi, assuming they would be in any position to send out messages during a raging beast attack, or if they did, that Kiri would get there in time to do anything, AND assuming that Kiri had the time after being contacted to contact Suna to get them into position. I highly doubt that even if they did ask for help, which is unlikely given how secretive Konoha has become, that Konoha would allow any outsider to be in charge of the sealing. I applaud you on your extensive research and careful planning, not many people would be willing to read that far into the guild's history to prove their point. Given some polishing, this strategy could very well be legitimate. However, I would also like to point out that posting flawless strategies in a chatroom is not always the best idea. Don't want anyone stealing the work of your mind. But this is detracting from my original point I was trying to make when I quoted Stormold. I will not simply allow a tailed beast to switch villages on a whim, which is why the Kyuubi cannot start off in Kirigakure.

This was all based off of "the nine-tails cannot be in kiri" but if this "idea" is able to change that then its quite possible to actually make this work, but again it would be a moderator issue. As you've stated I wouldn't want other people to steal my work. But as we are discussing this, a few other ideas pop into my head.
I wish i had some time to discuss this in better detail, but I don't. Not tonight anyways.

As you've stated I wouldn't want other people to steal my work. But as we are discussing this, a few other ideas pop into my head. I wish i had some time to discuss this in better detail, but I don't. Not tonight anyways. If you need to discuss validity of ideas, my inbox is always open. Actually, if you are unsure of the validity of an action, I would prefer that you message me first, so that if it turns out to be invalid that the whole crew doesn't have to cover it.

I'm not the type of person to do any such act without an approval of a crew member. So if the Nine-Tails is received by application (which is highly unlikely, but nonetheless), it would have to belong to Konoha? On the other hand, if the Nine Tails would be fought against in roleplay, it could belong to any village? Please clarify that for me. ^_^
As far as Konoha asking help from Kiri, look at the options before them. There leader is a kid who probably has no sealing experience, so the best that they could do is fend off the demon before it would level their village. Then again the snake kid could have the power to defeat the demon, but it's power is too valuable. If this goes any further I do not mind helping with anything, I did notice Lance quote me in a place only for the eyes of the moderators. Again there could be a few possible ways to do this...
@ TvIaMsOqTuHeYz - If anything like this occurs, Kumo doesn't have the activity to join such a plot. No matter what rank you are, if you wish to join such a feat (Again, if it happens) you would need permission from your Kage. Basically your screwed unless your village gets active, therefore village is not considered a threat. The more activity a village has the more of a threat they pose for their enemies. Notice Konoha for instance, shady but active. Obviously a threat in the near future.
@ Lance - Just for future reference, it doesn't offend me any for quoting me for any reason, but I'd appreciate it if I didn't know unless I access, just in case it's a half-effort post that needs to be cleaned up. Nothing against you, but when my curiosity gets poked at, my imagination begins to spend. No worries. Like I said future reference and I'm not going to give out any more info then that.

I know Greg, I know. I'm merely playing around with it. I doubt it's occurrence as much as you do. I just think it would be entertaining to watch. @ Duo Oh, I'm definitely active, and if no one else gets active, I'm thinking about having Laxus go rogue. After he sets the forest on fire. He'd need to get something to do it with though... I hatebeing in an inactive village, I thought Kumo would be more active, because it was active for a while. That and it needed more characters and I thought Greg would have pushed me over to it anyway. xD
