NEVERMIND I FOUND OUT WHAT THE ANTI-CYCLONE WAS!
...AUGGIE IS FORCING ME TO GO ALL CAPS.
I'M SURPRISED HOWEVER THAT THE ANTI-CYCLONE CRUSHED SACHOI'S ARM... IT DIDNT SEEM LIKE IT COULD FROM THE DESCRIPTION...

Well, you have to take in elemental factors, the anti-cyclone would be at the minimum 60-70 mph winds, with the additional water element added. That's high pressure. Me and Spammers, we RP using everything to our advantage, a skill isn't just a skill, the environment is part of it, people's strength, size, etcetera. That's called RPing. When both people know how to take hits and what's avoidable and what really isn't.
