Yeah, in all honesty, if someone who focused on stats went against someone who focused on jutsu, the guy with the stats would win.
By the way, could you look over what I have so far in my puppet clan. Ignore the jutsu though. I have to work on them. I only have one Idea that looks to be original for ninjutsu,
