(I think it's getting close to the time that I start a plot line of my own. Craven's and the flowing river ones don't seem to be moving.)

Paradox entered the main hall with even more blood on his clack cloak. It was difficult to see as blood on black typically was. He had taken care of his fare ahir of demons while everybody had been busy here. He had done what he could, and now. . . He was back in the castle.

The general was not the only person to be back in the castle. Another one, a man in green robes, flame haired, and plainly impatient strode through the halls avoiding every person who came his way. It was norg and he wasn't happy about Craven's failure, or that the Queen was free again. He didn't know what happened to gron, but the man hardly mattered to him. Everything boiled down to, he was losing time. There was a deadline at the end of the tunnel.

Matachi slowly sat down behind her as he felt her emotions "I can feel it now..I can feel everything all the confusion right now." He said as he held her hand softly trying to ease the confusion "I know its hard to believe but it is me." Matachi said looking at her

Matachi laughed "Yeah we all say things to many times have you noticed." He said smirking as he stood up stretching abit "My muscles feel odd though, by the way we should check the reports out about the battle today as you usually do."

She nodded some, she was thinking about what Jack had said another bit of confusion why would he leave her in puddles of blood, was it always ever about Set. About getting back at him and nothing more? She pushed the thought away knowing now Matachi knew them as she placed a robe over her bloodied form. "You go i need to wash up."

She looked at him almost confused.. he had lied to her tricked her almost doomed her and she.. she had killed him and now he was nice sweet even. She understood why he would do those things but as she left the door descending the stairs it just didn't seem right there was something she was forgetting.

It was fairly nice out considering that fall kept cold winds during the night. He was there, like so many horror movie villains before him: Appearing from nowhere only to reenact the same violence and other sins as before. Jack was a psychopath. He has been seeped in blood for millenia. But there he was, standing sixty feet away from Craven up here near that temple. He was a black scar which makes this beautiful forest of tall, leafless trees an ugly scene. He was not at war so he did not wear armor, he wore that ancient coat of his. This black coat no longer carries the elegance it once did, riddled with holes and marks of all kinds. There are no longer the designs of old it once carried. It now resembled Death's cloak. The cold wind blows, his thick hair and the many tails of that coat are disturbed by this, following the direction of the wind. (edited for typos)

Craven noticed him he was slightly weakened by a blow to the stomach. He looked up and laughed. "I had wondered why you had not joined the party before.. " His long hair was free and blew slightly around him. "You want to dance now, that much we can no i believe i was close to taking you once before." Craven smiled as the wind viloently kicked up admitting to push Jack back.
