  Location: Quidditch Pitch - Gryffindor vs. Slytherin Mira smiled as another shot went through the goal. Now would it be wrong of her to knock Danica out of the sky? The sixth year Slytherin didn't seem to care. Locating a nearby bludger, she took a swing at the already heavily injured Gryffindor Seeker. Whether anyone would hate her for it she wasn't overly worried. Gypsy had done it to Caty, sure David was still against her for that but did it matter. As Dani reached out for the Snitch another Bludger slammed into her, shattering her collarbone, before clipping her across the forehead. A spray of blood erupted from the resulting gash, making it look far more gruesome than it likely was. Mercifully, Dani was knocked unconscious before she was flipped off of her broomstick, and thrown down onto the pitch like a rag doll by an angry child. The Gryffindor Seeker's broken body bounced off the ground before sliding to a stop in a spray of grass, mud and blood, while her broomstick flipped end over end before coming to a rest some thirty meters downrange.

Sucking in a sharp breath, his lungs dropped to his stomach. His teammates were dropping like flies around them, this was not the game he had envisioned. If he weren't so bloody cold, he might be furious, but as it were, he was focusing too hard on flexing the stiff muscles of his fingers as he swerved to try and steal from Devonte.

spaceIvy wasn't particularly happy when she got called out onto the pitch. In that moment, she almost wished she was getting called in as a beater instead of a seeker, since they'd lost both Dani and Jazzy within moments of each other, and she would've loved to get to go for revenge. ******** Slytherins. Not that she actually had anything against the house as a whole, or even the players on the team, aside from Devonte, obviously. Well, and Vander, because she knew Vio didn't really care for him. Though, that did lift her mood slightly as she mounted her broom and took off, trying to spot the snitch. Maybe she could beat him to it and she and Vio could laugh about it later. That'd be funny. Motivated by that thought, she started searching, hoping for some small glimmer of gold to appear.

Luck had been on his side, only that could explain it. His shoulder burned from the blossoming bruise while the rest of him shuddered from the cold. Ribbons of dark clouds intermingled with the puffy white, and the smell of rain whipped up in the high winds, though not a single drop had fallen yet. WIth any luck, their reserve chaser will blast into the game and steal the snitch before it can start to pour.
