Metal | I'm gonna fool around with your character a bit and try and stall until Reaver gets on. At twelve or sooner I'll just kill you. Unless you want it to happen now? I figure you wouldn't mind waiting and playing since the person who'd give you what you want isn't on.
Yuan | Taijutsu costs no chakra to use. Whatever amount you had to train to get the jutsu or summon for you must use to use or summon it. That doesn't go for Special Weapons or abilities or most doujutsu. As far as the regaining part... I don't really know. It doesn't shoot up but goes back up gradually. I'll have to check it out.
Wait... summons are only 3k? -had trained for more and is prepapring to get paid off for the extra points-

Hehe! I got a free 1000 from a give-away that was going on right when I got mine, then I got 1000 RPing with Metal in Hidden Rain that I put towards it, so I only had to RP 1000. I am the proud owner of the multi-headed dog summons that Pain uses.

XD i currently am up to 15.5 posts worth from training with Damian, and i'm being very precise about each amount i put up too, so element stops being so damn particular on it. >>

Part of me wants to make another character so I can continue RPing while Yuan is stuck in exams... but I'm just no good at dividing my ideas between multiple subjects. *sigh* woe is me. cry
