Did you read the outline and at least slightly conform to its configuration before posting it up?
Considering the fact you lack a bio and a resurreccion is a definite no on the completion part.

Gah I hate Bio's especially for characters as old as Arrancars. And I thought I'd have to Learn Ressurection, like people learn Bankai, so I thought I'd create it just before I started for it's training. sweatdrop

You create the entire profile so it can be examined and then state that you cannot achieve your release.
Bio's are just a given.
We need some kind of background to gauge the character aside from looking at their personality and looks.
That and it's boring if it's all "he/she doesn't remember their past life so there's no point in posting one up".
Just, crap looking.

Did I even say he didn't remember his past, couldn't I say he was simply created seeing as he is an Arrancar.
And okay I'll create my Ressurection, but that will be allot later it's mid-night and I'm not feeling creative at all.

Most of the Arrancars you see have some kind of past regardless of whether they remember it or not.
At least some kind of history is better than nothing though.
