viper- well, hunter nin are basically in charge of hunting down the missing nin, killing them, removing secrets, etc. etc. like Haku acted. but they are only available positions for jounin, and that would be a while before we get many more jounin.
Hibari- same here.

Viper | A squad is what I'm saying. I have six so I can make one large group, two small squads, or three teams. So I have no desire for a Hidden Cloud ninja or any other ninja at this point. Well, we have a good number of Jounin and you can't pay to get anything. Gold isn't tossed around here.
