Darkus Kazzo Sugar Dhaku I'm compiling a virtual think-tank for an epic fantasy/sword-and-sorcery/might-and-magic/mage-warrior-dragon...y kind of roleplay. Anyone who has ideas is welcome to put forth their input and stuff. Influences are going to be from multiple sources - bastardized and mutated to fit what I need them to fit, of course. Naturally.

War hammers, battle axes, two handed swords, single handed swords, daggers, shields, maces, bows and arrows... those are all the standard weapons that I can think of at the moment.
Haku: What exactly do you need for your rp idea?

Anything anyone wants to contribute: races, factions, magic ideas, kingdoms, countries, talents, etc. I'm in the process of picking and choosing, mostly from ideas in my head, which are based upon "Oh, that might be fun/cool/interesting".

Go read the A Song of Ice and Fire series and play Dragon Age Origins and play some Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim and read some Lord of the Rings.
Honestly, those are like the epic stories and should help.

Haku: Orcs are typically found in fantasy stories. While they tend to be like a pack of wild dogs on their own, they will obey someone stronger than them and thus a person can use their animal-like ferocity and their bits of intelligence to ravage enemy forces.
As for magic ideas, I assume they'll be wanted in battle, either one in each hand like skyrim with mp or one at a time, focusing with hands and chanting some sort of incantation.
