For some reason, I keep thinking that maybe, since Kira's so irritable all the time, she might have gotten into trouble with people from home and that's part of the reason she came to the school. Um, they followed her..?
And that's also why she finds Al particularly irritating, since he was in a gang or whatever and that's what she got accidentally involved with; a gang.
