Loki nodded smiling at the promise. He was excited to see the bassinet past the designs tony had shown him days ago. He was sure it would be wonderful and it was one less thing to worry about before the babies arrived. Looking to Natasha as she spoke he nodded in confirmation when she looked to him for such things. "He did, he designed it to be right up against the bed so the babies are always within quick reach or check." Loki explained to her. He was sure she would get the significance of such things for the god.

Natasha tilted her head slightly, processing the information, but she cracked a small smile. “Interesting. I didn’t know you were in the furniture design business Tony.” She said lightly, leaning back in her seat again, wincing slightly at the pull on her muscles. Tony smirked around a piece of bacon at that. “Only when I know I can make them better.” He said lightly, bringing a chuckle from Natasha in response. “Don’t you always think you can do better?” She asked and Tony just grinned, shrugging at her. “Loki likes it though, so what can I say?” he finally said, glancing to the god.

Loki chukcled at the exchange between Natasha and Tony. Natasha knew Tony so well and it was obvious that Tony was comfortable with her enough to banter. It was one of the ways Loki knew that those in the tower were all their family. "He's right I do like it." loki remarked smiling at the two. It made him feel like today was just another day for the moment.

Natasha smiled slightly at the confirmation, nodding. “Well that’s the important bit I suppose.” She said lightly. Tony just smirked and bumped his knee against Loki’s under the table lightly. Fenrir looked up then, frowning slightly. “The babies get to sleep in your room? Why do I have to sleep in mine then?” he asked suddenly and Tony just let out a slow breath and put his head in his hands. He loved Fenrir to bits, but he was starting to get the distinct feeling that the pup would become increasingly difficult once the babies arrived.

Loki returned the bumping of his knee against Tony's. Hearing Fenrir's question Loki chuckled after Tony's reaction half expecting the question and reaction. "Fenrir when you were borne you slept with me as well, along with your siblings. You had to be close because you could not do anything on your own. You could not feed, clean or barely move yourself. Your siblings will be much the same, they will rely on Tony and myself to do everything for them. When they are old enough to do things for themselves they won't sleep with us anymore." Loki explained to his son.

Fenrir didn’t look impressed with Loki’s answer, lip stuck out in what was almost a pout. Tony looked over to the boy and smiled slightly. “You like your room Fenrir. You told me so yourself.” He pointed out. Fenrir glanced at Tony, frowning. “But I like being with you two.” He shot back. Tony rubbed the back of his neck before a devious light lit his eyes. “Well your mother and I want to kiss and cuddle one another more, do you want to see all of that?” he asked lightly. Fenrir crinkled his nose at that as Tony smirked.

Loki shook his head at his son's pout almost ready to cave and tell the boy he was allowed to come in and sleep with them every once in a while. However Tony was quick to speak to the boy though his first words didn't seem to change the pups mind. The devious look had the god looking curious before he had to hold back from laughing at Tony's devious words. 'Well that is one way to handle him.' Loki chuckled into Tony's mind.

Tony smiled, placing his arm around Loki until Fenrir shook his head and looked to his food again, grumbling, making Natasha and Bruce both look away, trying to hide their amusement. Grinning at his mate, Tony kissed Loki’s cheek. ‘Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to play dirty.’ He responded. ‘And as much as I love both you and Fenrir….I can only handle sharing the bed with so many children at once.’ He added.

Loki smiled broadly at the antics of his mate and son as Bruce and Natasha tried to hide their own amusement. Smiling directly at Tony after the man kissed his cheek. 'No it certainly does not but you do know that we will probably have all of them in our bed at some point. Perhaps after some avengers mission where you get home late and they all decided to join me. But it will happen.' Loki responded. He was pretty sure that if Tony came home and found them all curled up in bed Loki was sure he wouldn't try waking any of them and merely climb into bed.

Tony gave a small nod. ‘I’m aware. Doesn’t mean we need to encourage them.’ He responded. Fenrir needed to be sleeping in his own bed as much as possible, and the twins would eventually have the same restriction placed on them when they were old enough. Though Tony suspected it would be as much a struggle against Loki for that as one with the kids. Finishing his food, the genius sat back in his seat, rubbing Loki’s shoulders absently as he looked to Natasha. “Do you need us to do anything before the party?” he asked lightly, giving his mate and Fenrir time to eat. The redhead smiled and shook her head slightly. “No, we’ve got it covered. Just make sure to actually show up. Party isn’t much good without the guest of honor.”

'True... But I don't think they need encouragement to do it anyway.' Loki teased smiling. When tony sat back down with his food and rubbed the God's shoulders absently the god relaxed into the touch. He was put back into the reality of the day when Tony asked if they needed them to do anything before the party. He was glad the answer from Natasha was in the negative before giving a slight smile at her telling them to make sure they actually showed up. "We'll be there." Loki promised. He couldn't imagine escaping the party with Natasha, his children and mother around. And that wasn't counting the other people that would be in the building like Pepper who he was sure would come find him too if they needed to.

Natasha gave a pleased little smile. A moment later Clint came into the dining room. “Hey Nat, baby, can you come check this out. I want to make sure it’s where it needs to be before I finish it.” He said, walking over to the woman and offering a hand to help her up out of her seat. As the assassins spoke, Tony looked to Loki with a small smile. “The twins are going to be spoiled already after today, and they’re not even here yet.” He joked, continuing to absently rub the god’s back.

Loki looked up as Clint entered the room asking for Natasha to check on some things. He watched the archer help Natasha from her seat and waved a farewell to her knowing he would merely see her in at most a few hours. Loki looked to Tony when he felt the man smiling at him and returned the smile. The mention of the twins being spoiled had the god giving a concerned look. 'Do you think my other children will be upset by not having had such a thing or being spoiled as the twin will be?' Loki questioned thorugh the bond not wanting Fenrir to hear.

Tony tilted his head at the question, eyes softening. ‘No Loki, I don’t think they’ll be upset.’ He responded gently. ‘Fenrir might, but he’s being spoiled now, so he’ll get over it. The other three love you and know that you did what you could for them when you could.’ He continued.

Loki seemed a bit relieved when Tony said that he didn't think that Loki's children would be upset by the days festivities. But then the man said that Fenrir might and Loki looked to his son wondering how to make sure the boy wouldn't feel upset by things during the day. He believed Tony saying the his other three children loved him and knew he had given them what he could but he still feel like he had cheated them out of such a thing some how. 'There is nothing I can do to change the past.' Loki sighed through the bond. He knew the sentiment for that all to well too. There had been many times where he had looked into changing the past, but it was not something he could do himself.
