Not the face, but Rohlan's armor is pretty personalized.
I dont think you could get away with using the same suit.

But to be honest, you dont inspire much confidence.

At most a few days.
Each chapter, by Nelo's count, represents a month of activities. So basically you have roughly 30 days to spend before you're done for the chapter.
Remember also, that hyperdrives are slower than in the Movie era.
x2 is a high speed military Hyperdrive, and x1 are the stuff of mad science and drunken gunrunner dreams.

1-2 months on a chapter. Usually. Mostly because that's how its always been and tends to be somewhat believable.
