"I gotta stop doing all nighters..." Marrow said as she streched out onto the bench. She looked up and gazed out into the limbs of the tree. "Taqune!" She thought as she looked at where he was lying. He wasn't there anymore and seemed to be in the middle of a battle once again.
'He's okay...' She thought. She still puzzeled over her dream. Perhaps she was to be a summoner. She liked the idea but enjoyed other things. She enjoyed studying the elements and how people could manipulate them. She loved learning and had a mind that could understand things only after taking them apart and putting it back together. Marrow sat there. She never thought on the coarse that she would take but she would eventually figure it out.
"Taqune....Haruko.....Galea...."She smiled as she thought of them. "I will become something great for you....for my friends"

The beast when it had first arvied had virtualy run straight into Dinah and she guessed also Siren and the other girl too considering they where heading towards the forest...Dinah had crouched down in shock and fear and the beast had ignored her and just jumped striaght over to the fountian which it destroied...her nevres had ansihed now only adrenalin ran thorugh her body as she planned what to do and when, she also watched the others fight feeling slightly glad that the other fighters where more offencesive attackers than she was...
When the beast screamed its high pitched roar Dinah's ears cringed in pain, no Neko's ears where ment to take that sort of pitch; she placed her hands over both ears and continued to crouch almost in a ball¬...She finally stood up when the scream stopped she said not one word but turned on her heal to face the creature. She was really pissed off. that would work to her advantage as her powers always seemed to be under her control more when she could find a justice for her actions; but they where still unrealibale...
Dinah the white neko stood looking at the beast taking it its every inch, looking for a weak spot or any spot more likely to hurt the beast more when hit. she certianly wasn;t dressed for battle in a skirt, crop top and boots but that wouldn;t stop her trying to fight. Her mismatched blue and brown eyes finally reasted on the creatures eyes, what hurts you most Dinah? when someone 'hits you' in the eyes...Dinah flicked some of her shoulder lengh white/blond hiar out of her own eyes and ran closer towards the beast all the time staring straight into the creatures eyes...
She stop when she wasn't too close but not to far away, she was still close enough to smell its foul breath though, it made her naucious and slightly dizzy...She raised both her arms sraight out in front of her, each hand tipped with nail like claws, for Dinah did not have paws...Her eyes focused on one spot and one spot alone: The beasts eyes...Dinah had two 'powers' as such, one was illusions and the other shadow manipulation, and by that she ment she could make any shadows essance into solid black objects, solid enough to pierce striaght through the body of a human and a stone...Dinah used what ever shadows she could find around her, of course the shadow would never move form the spot it was in but she sort of stole its essance for a little while, and you could see that becuse lots of little black, almost dots began to heads towards Dinah. the essance would go back when her powers went out of her control, after cuasing dmage, or when she stopped using her powers. She made sevral hundered shadow like blades and shot them all at the creatures eyes...now she had to wait to see if they made impact and if the creature would attack her back, if it did she wasn't sure what to do but she was here now and she had attacked it...

Siren froze and shivered as she heard the beasts evil screech. It ripped through her ears and her head making her cover her ears with her hand as she turned swiftly in the direction it came from. Breathing heavily she could feel herself shake. Just the mere vibrations from its landing to its horrible screech was enough to indicate that it was indeed something not be underestimated. Panic was filling her mind as she knelt to get a better idea of where it was. From her composure you would never have guesses that she was as she held herself quite calmly, but inside she was frightened. What the hell? Get a grip, this is not you. Fight and help them Siren..NOW! Having felt the vibrations and gotten a clearer pic as to where it was, she stood up and dusted her hands off, pulled her chain whip tight and started in its direction, flames circling her arms as she readied herself for battle.

The creature's body seemed to absorb her dark magic. She felt the shield move from her grip and she fell forward slightly. Her dark eyes looked back up at the creature through her hair. "Fine, if you want to eat my darkness...let's just see how you like my light." Her arms came out above her and a bright white light showed off of her. Her power wasn't as strong as before but it still was impressive. "Melish mora xtroa!" She yelled and the light seemed to consume the creature's tail. Laurelei couldn't be seen from the brightness of the light.

The creature's first response to the light was...the same as the dark! Almost as if the universe were playing a cruel joke, so the light's direct contact with the creature's tail did nothing. Instead, another surge of energy was absorbed by the beast, all winding up inside the true eye within the center of its forehead. But instead of counter-attacking or continueing its assault, the creature bent down slightly before backflipping. Its great, massive form easily leaped into the air with a nimble, fluid grace matching the wind itself. How such an enormous beast could perform such a feat so easily was astounding. Michio was once again dodged, and allowed to soar clear under Citedal. Now he was heading straight for Taqune, making things very dangerous for him. For at the same time, the newest member of the battle was sending spikes of shadow at where Citedal's head used to be, and Taqune had raised his sound barrier. Either Michio would be impaled or he would fly straight into the barrier, causing it to explode and tear him apart. Miraculously though, Scytheress had narrowly missed being crushed as Citedal lands above her fallen, unconcious form. He begins to take in a deep breath in the direction of the others in front, the ground around him slowly shivering as he did so.
"Silent Scream..." Solumone pushes his glasses gently against his brow, watching the scene before him. "What...?" Maru looked up to the other man who spoke. He had reached his hand out to take Sin's, an attempt to help him out of the crater. Solumone's pale gray eyes tilt toward Maru, and a smirk graces his features. "Do you think you will be able to do anything, stranger? I suggest you do it now, otherwise these poor young one's will face madness itself." he was, of course, speaking to Sin, who Maru was now attempting to bring his arm over his shoulder. Maru sneered, not liking the response given by Solumone. "Damn it Graves, I asked you a question and aspect a straight answer. Hmph...nevermind...after being thrown into the ground from the sky, I doubt whoever or whatever this is will exactly be willing and able to fight that horror...which by the way I am growing tired of waiting here in the distance." and again, the man's eyes tilt toward Maru, and he smirks. "All in due time, Mr. Tangarian...all in due time." again, Maru sneered...he didn't like to be called "Mr. Tangarian".

Dinah looked shocked as she could see her own shadow blades heading towards two other students!..she paniced and yelled
"Move!"
Dinah turrned quickly and brought her arms backwards, as such, to call the blades towards her, the blades stoped inches away from the other students but came flying back at Dinah at top speed; she had to use some more shadow essance the create a barrier around herself to stop herself from being impalied for she couldnt stop her attacks. As soon as the blades and the barrier hit the resulting force and mix of shadow essance created a poweful force that sent Dinah flying backwards into the ground...She landed painfully and all her legs where scratched and bleeding from the resulting force of her hitting the ground at such speed, She stood up and tensed all her joints, nothing was borken luckly but her speed would be drastically slower since her legs where in serious pain...She looked down at her bleeding legs and sighed her white boots where now tinged a red colour and her skirt was torn and frayed, somehow she knew she should of run, how was she supposed to fight a huge god damn beast when all she ended up doing was attacking her fellow students; Her first day and already shes making a mess of things. Then it was as if Dinah noticed something this beast what ever its name may be seemed to turn all there attacks onto each other, so no matter how many fought it they where causing minimal damage to it, becuse they where too busy causing damage to themselves...Dinah wished she noticed sonner because then she woudln't of attacked in blind rage, she also wished she used her intelligance more after all whats the point of being smart if you dont use your intelligence? ...How to attack the beast without causing any real harm to anyone else? it was impossible!...but there was no rule saying she couldn't confuse it. Dinah created illusions of herself stood round every side of the beast she looked like she was about to throw some more shadow daggers at it, but as the illusions began to set, one flickered and then her powers failed her and the illusions vanised, Dinah's control had faltered and her plan had failed...

The tremor of Citedal's landing went unnoticed by the girl he now covered. Scytheress remained immoblie, sprawled on her back with her wings bent in looking like a black blanket beneath her. The surge of energy before had paralyzed her mind and body to the point she was akin to a porclain doll; ghastly pale skin with the contrasting dark features and would break without resistance. Too the air it seemed was forced from her lungs each time she attempted to inhale but this wasn't from the truama she'd recieved from the dark shock. Feeling itself beginning to wane Scytheress's body kicked in an emergency reaction, jolting her back to awareness and the Fox-Elf's eyes snapped open.
Above the girl resided the real reason for her lack of breath. Citedal's under-side seemed to be writhing with untold horrors inside, almost as if there were creatures within trying to escape through the hide of it's stomach. The protruding bulges had been slamming out onto Scythe's stomach and chest leaving her bereft of air. Scytheress had no weapon however to even attempt to sever the limbs so she utilized an art she'd possesed for ages. With her arms out to the side she resebled the shape of a cross and with a loud cry torrents of wind began to crash in beneath Citedal and power the girl there. The yells ceased as Scytheress brought her hands together before her and the volumes of air shot upward to throw Citedal off of her.

"Does this thing ever die!?" came Shien's strained voice from the path leading from the Forest. He somehow managed to look rather neat, even though there was blood dripping from his forehead and down his arms to his fingertips. He once again had his trenchcoat on, and Snowfault was sheathed. His wounds seemed to be mostly internal, blood slowing flowing down his chin from his lip, with the wounds from the creature's last attack on him being the only external ones.
He slowly began to step towards Citadel, a certain falter in his steps. Obviously he had his qualms about going back up against this damn thing, but he wasn't the type to run from a fight, even if somewhere deep down he understood it was near hopeless. He has a lit cigarette in his mouth already, and a thin cloud of smoke hung about him. He began to wipe a bit of the blood off his face with his hand, in a vain attempt to clear his vision a bit, even as more blood flowed down his face.
He stopped slowly, still a very good distance away from Citadel. "You don't get to use that damn scream this time, you damned ugly..thing.." he yelled, well past the point of a good insult. As he spoke, he flung his hand upward and flexed his fingers slowly, then closed his hand into a fist. The smoke shot forward quickly, at the beast, and then towards it's mouth. Shien's plan, simple as it was, was made somewhat clear as the smoke began to be drawn in with the breath Citadel was taking. Add in the fact that Shien was adding more smoke to the wave by the second, and Citadel has a serious lung problem approaching.

Sin reached out an arm clad in ribbons, his nails an even coating of bright blue. He nodded in thancks to Maru as he completed the last ragged steps out from the hole.
They were right though, Sin was in no condition to fight; that probably wouldn't stop him. He studied the battle, his eye's piercing through the dust and smoke to study the action. This was quite the monster, Sin imagined, but it wasn't like he had anything to compare it to besides the two he was with now. No, they weren't monsters...Sin was the only real monster with this trio.
The loose ribbons around him hanging off his frail body moved in the gust of wind. His wings caught some of the wind and unfolded slightly. Sin turned twords Maru, "Help?" He regreted that, he sounded like he only spoke in imature fragments of speech, one word sentences...no, he wouldn't play it cute.
He tried again, "You won't help?" Sin would have liked to help, he wasn't sure how...he didn't have any recognition of the previouse statement from his mouth...

Vicconious Kahn, being the man that he is, he has a large fascination of solitude, and when not in combat would go out of his way to seek it out, and naturally - should his solitude ever be disturbed - he becomes extremely annoyed. However, Kahn had found that solitude, and it was in one of the may high and secluded rooms of the school. The courtyard to his back, though what was occuring out there was none of his business, or was it...?
Yes.
A loud screech perturbed his mind, an ethereal shock and it felt as if his mind was being ripped in two, even though he was not in the direct blast range, or anywhere near it, it still sent shivers down his spine and through his entire head. In anycase, Kahn could sense that his help was needed and whatever Daemon had breached through into this realm had to be vanquished.
Kahn stood up to his feet and pulled his hood over his face, which was followed by a metalic clipping sound as his mouth piece was fastened over his mouth. He stretched himself out before hefting up his hammer, which was slung over his shoulder, as he walked out of the room and down the many halls before he was brought to the courtyard.
In the courtyard he was, not too far from the battle, but far enough for a surprise attack, or so he hoped. There he stood, hammer held up against his right shoulder, right hand clasped tightly around the haft as he held it with great ease. His left arm however was stretched out in front of him, before he clenched his left hand, only to bring his left arm up to his right shoulder. A fire burned, and it burned around his hand. The fire magnified and intesnified in strength as the massive warrior began to speak.
"Cursed Hellspawn! Your time is over!"
A pause as a breath of strength was drawn in.
"HELL'S INFERNO!"
He bellowed in a muffled, mechanical like tone as his hand was thrown forward, palm flat and arm stretched out. A small ball of fire flew from his hand as it was trailed by an ethereal tail, and once the ball was within a good eight feet from the beast, it split into roughly eight different larger balls, as they now headed towards the Hellspawn at all different angles, and upon contact would explode, causing searing fire damage.

Michio has stopped in midair, looking at the on coming blades, but they stopped in time to not hurt him.
"Like I said, that thing is cool. If I had enough energy, it would make a cool pet!" The shoulder devil, Evil, says, invisible to all but Michio.
"I still say that you would never stand a chance to tame that thing, it would eat you," The shoulder angel, Good, says

Jessi watched silently as the beast began draining the barrier, and transporting that energy into itself. She'd seen enough to know to get out of there. She turned on her heel and sprinted as fast as her feet could carry her, across the courtyard, out of the courtyard and into the nearest building, which happened to be the library.
