::Most, if not all, of the action is taking place in Metropolis. There's a large... bubble, in which the Queen of Fables has dominion. A large chunk of the group is in there. I believe there are just a few outside of that (namely Edge, Robin, Batgirl, Batwoman, SWAT, Selena, and Bruce (is that all of them?)).

So if I started out in Metropolis my character would think in renaissance times right? I think I can do that smile is everything all Renaissance-ified?

It's sort of like that. At first I was thinking "no, that's not right", but that's actually very close. You probably have the right idea.
