Ghost, seeing Storm getting a bit too full of himself and threaten his colt, unfurled his own giant wings and reared, flapping them thunderously. The colt needed to learn who was lead stallion. He landed, nuzzling his foals to not scare them. He snorted and turned back to Diamond, catching her own glare. He rolled his eyes and snorted, her foals had been the ones to start the argument in the first place. "Thank you, and to you." He replied to her, his eyes softening.

Evander extended his dragon wings and let them fill with the wind from the sea. He raised his head and let the wind blow his long mane and forelock around, the end of his tail resting on the water's surface as he was emerged knee-deep.

Ghost smiled and nuzzled Kipcha. "Glad you were comfortable." He said teasingly, pulling gently on her forelock. He nickered softly to Lithea and gently nipped her in return, then Prince. He then pranced slowly and short-strided in the opposite direction. he came to a stop a few feet away and turned to look at them and playful glint in his eyes.

Hearing Lithea's squeal Storm's brain told him to dart and stop Prince, but his inescts told him to stay back. Seeing Ghost's large wings he backed off snorting and hideing, but quickly remebered Ghost. He snorted and nuzzled Jewel, nipping gently at her teasingly, trotting off, seeing is Jewel would play with him. Seeing Ghost's large wings he backed off snorting and hideing.

Jewel got scared insted and squealed loudly, pushing into Dimond's side, making Diamond toss her head. Snorting loudly she tossed her head and pinned her ears back, watching Ghost. Ingoreing him, she turned to Jewel and nuzzled her confortibly. For a couple of days Diamond would be moody and protective over her foals, not even careing what Ghost would say, about them. Jewel glanced at Storm courisly and whinnied softly. She took a step forward, but she forced herself back to her dam. Getting a little nudge from Diamond, Jewel slowly walked after Storm, going into a quick trot. But even his trot was faster then hers. She snorted and tossed her head a little bit quicking her trot and nipping at Storm's flank.

Diamond smiled and turned to watch her foals. She was glad that they were getting along.

Ghost snorted and bared his teeth slightly at Storm, he pivoted and reared up again, flapping his great wings. The pressure of his wingbeats made the little colt cower. If Storm thought he was now going to be allowed within a foot of his foals, he thought wrong. Ghost's mood switched and he went back to plahing with his foals.

Diamond stepped in and tossed her head, glareing sharply at Ghost. "How dare you Ghost!!" She snapped, kinda like she was yelling also. Her blood started to boil, and she tossed her head. Storm squealed in fright, and blasted into a gallop, heading towards the mountains. Diamond was close to Ghost and he didn't want to go near. His short legs thundered the ground, galloping quickly across the plains, his ears laid back against his head.

Jewel, watched her brother run off. She nickered softly, and watched him go off. Scared she plopped onto the ground and burried her face in the grass.

Diamond snorted and bared her teeth, trotting quickly over to Jewel, worried for both of her foals. She whinnied loudly and half reared, calling for Storm, as she watched his race into the distant. Diamond nuzzled and nudged Jewel, nickering softly to her, who's ears were flicking uneasily.

Ghost too became angry and rounded on Diamond. "I have the same right as you to be protective of my foals, don't you tell me I don't! He is not your foal in reality and whether you like it or not, I don't appreciate you taking him in wihtout discussing it wiht me first. As leader of this herd, I deserve at least that much respect!" He said, his wings flared defensively and his teeth bared at the mare. He snorted and stomped his hoof on the ground, a small amount of icy mist seeping up from the ground. "I'll be right back..." he told Kipcha angrily, then darted off after Storm. He quickly caught up to the colt, being much faster than he, and sliding to a swift halt in front of him, letting his wings catch the air to stop him quickly, cutting off the colt's path. He turned to face him, his wings folded aginst his back. "You keep running towards that mountain, boy, you're going to be killed by something. Go back to the herd." He commanded a bit harshly.

Diamond got much more angrier then she was already and glared at Ghost. She wanted to tell him off, and tell why but decided not, knowing the conciseness. "What was I suppose to do!! Just leave him there!?!?" Diamond yelled back. She tossed her head, and bared her teeth. Stanidng over Jewel, who was squealing silently. Wanting to go after Ghost and stop him from doing something to her colt, she stopped and remebered Jewel. Staying next to her, she nuzzled her again. Storm backed a few steps, fear in his eyes. His wings were folded tightly against his back.

The bay stallion stood in back of Ghost. He stood as tall as Ghost, his long forelock touching his muzzle, his mane passed his shoulder and his tail dragging on the ground. Mucles rippled though his coat, his ears flicking back and forth. His muzzle twitched as a fly landed on his back. Shaking his body he then stood still. "Leave him." He said loudly but in a calm way.

Ghost rounded on the bay stallion and roared in anger. "You have no authority here, he belongs in my herd, now leave before I get pissed..." He said, his teeth bared. He was on the verge of transforming again and killing the stallion and forcing the colt back to Diamond. He kept his eyes on him and spoke to Storm. "Go back. They're worried." He said sharply.

Evander stopped enjoying the wind and sniffed the air. He could smell the scent of the other unfamiliar stallion. He snorted, worrying for Dreamcloud and raced back to the herd. He saw all the mares and foals fine, but Ghost and the stallion were way off in the distance. He sighed and just watched for now, but he would join if the battle went ill for Ghost...but he knew it wouldn't. The bay would stand no chance against him...

Storm backed another few steps, wealed around and sprang into a gallop back to the herd, his tiny body, covering in sweat.

The bay stood still. "I have no attention of causing a fight. Overheard, you and Diamond argueing. It's true, what she's saying. Ask her to explain the situation and she will tell you. Do you really think Storm would harm your foals? He was protecting my own. I knew his parents. I know you might think he is a dangerous foal, but you might wanna rethink that." He replied, clouds filling the whole sky, drops starting to fall.

Ghost sighed and relaxed a bit, but he didn't let his guard down. "How can he protect your own, he's not even a month old. And it's impossible for Diamond to know what happened, she found him starving and alone, he hasn't told her anything...Don't lie to me, I would have caught your scent if you were close by. I never said he was going to harm my foals, but he shows too much interest in my filly, and I had to run off another colt who tried to steal a mare...." He said snorting. "It would do you well to leave my herd alone..." he said, then turned and broke into a canter back to his herd. He lengthened into a gallop and caught up to Storm again, falling into stride beside him. He guessed the colt had leanred his lesson. They reached the herd and he nudged Storm towards Diamond. "He's fine..." He said quietly, then he turned and walked towards the open plains. He had had enough of disrespect from his herd and he needed to be alone for a while like he had been not even two years ago. He closed his eyes as he walked and let the rain fall on his back.

Evander watched as Ghost returned and his eyes followed him. He sighed, deciding to leave him be, and returned to Dreamcloud's side, nuzzling her neck lightly.

The bay didn't say anything, even though he had answers to the gray's stallion. Shaking his head softly he watched the herd, in the disticant, snorting lightly. He turned around and slowly walked up the mountain, back to him home. Climbing up the steep rocks, wich was ease for him, he walked to the tip, holding his head at normal light. He was almost as tall as Ghost, just reaching a little lower. Tossing his head, he glanced a quick look at Diamond and Storm. Snorting softly, filling with saddness, and blicking quickly to get the discusting thought out of his mind of what happened to Storm's parents, he walked deeper into the mountains, dragging his feet.

Diamond kept on nuzzling Storm and turned to watch Ghost go farther into the distiant. "Ghost wait...." She said softly reaching out to n** softly at his rump. She wanted to explain everything. She sighed and Diamond turned to nuzzle both of her foals, helping Jewel back up and walking farther from Kipcha and her foals. She kept Storm and Jewel away from Prince and Lithea, not wanting to cause them any more trouble, but left Storm, when he wandered over to see Moonstuck, holding his head down, nickering softly to the smaller filly. Jewel however stood under Diamond, afraid to even take a step towards any of the other foals, remebering what had happen when she tried to fit in. Diamond stood in the rain, shifting at times, cocking her leg to relax. She had so much things on her mind.

Ghost opened his eyes but kept walking. "Diamond...right now...I don't want to hear it...whatever it is can wait..." he said, then snorted and sprung into a gallop away from his herd. 'Evander, keep charge until I return...' He said to him. He ran long and hard, the burn of his muscles helped him to clear his mind. By the time he finally stopped, his breathing had dramatucally excellerated and his nostrils flared. He clenched his teeth together and stood still in the rain, unfurling his wings and keeping his head down between his extended legs.

Evander snorted. 'Alright. Have a good run...' He replied then snorted, baring his teeht and the opened sky and backed into the treeline, extended his wings over his head.

Sighing, she nudged, Jewel out of between her legs and looked over the plains to find a dry spot. Seeing a dry space, under a tree, she hurried over to it, Jewel quickly at her heels. Slowing down, Diamond tucked her front hooves under her and did the same with her hind legs, so she could lie down and get some rest. It had been a very long 2 days, and new Diamond could sleep for the rest of the day but was postive that Jewel or Storm couldn't. She wrapped her neck around Jewel to keep the little filly warm from the cool breeze that blue, she kept a watchfull eye out on Storm making sure he wouldn't cause any trouble as Jewel quickly fell asleep, feeling safe and sucure.

((This might be my last post for a few weeks, I was caught shoplifting today and my parents are still deciding wether or not they are going to ground me...Never shoplift no matter how badly you want something, especially not from walmart >.> So if you dont hear from me this weekend anytime, I've been grounded))

*Uneasy at the long argument and the constant chaos and exitement, Sepsis had slipped to the west a bit, the whinnying and fighting being muffled by a thick treeline of firs and evergreens. Moonstruck lay spread out in the sunshine that peeked through a few of the dramaticly gray clouds, noticeable, hevan-sent rays beaming down softly upon the rainshowered land. She grazed on the shorter grasses, stunted in growth from the very little sunlight that reached them under the taller weeds and shrubs and trees.*

*Dreamcloud nuzzled Evander back as he did, not caring much from the spats unfolding almost constantly.*

Kipcha watched wearily, if she hadn't two foals to look after she would have gone to find Ghost. Instead she pushed her foals towards the tree line, taking cover from the rain.

Lithea was baffled as to what had happened. She though Ghost was mad at her and Prince, but couldn't come up with a reason for it. She wanted to go after her father and snuggle into his warm side and yet she was scared that he wouldn't let her do so.

Prince nuzzled his sister keeping her in place. He was just as baffled yet he didn't think Ghost was mad at them. He blamed it all on Storm and glared at the other colt.

Kipcha nuzzled the foals, keeping them in the driest spots possible, even if she had to stand in the rain. She didn't mind, it was cool and nearly welcome after everything. The foals nosed their way under her belly and started nursing again, while she watched for Ghost.

*Moonstruck looked up at the sky as thunder rolled and bellowed through the billowy clouds. She watched the sky curiously until a large drop fell on her nose, she jerked her head a bit, wondering what had happened. More drops fell and she became skiddish and afraid, what was happening? She hid nearly under her dam, pushing her head and neck underneath while her white little rump stuck out in the rain. She clamped her tail close between her legs and stood akwardly, just as she had the first time she learned how to stand.*

*Sepsis lifted her head up as Moonstruck cramed herself under her stomach. She looked down and nuzzled the filly, trying to calm her, and carefully moved under a big old tree, it's branches full of thick, strong leaves to sheild them from most of the rain. Moonstruck skiddishly galloped best she could to reach the tree's shade first, wobbly stopping and nearly falling.*
