Looking back Clover couldn't see Epotheros, but knew he was following. She began to feel guilty for using the wind to her advantage. "Oh, well," she decided allowed as she neared the Inn. Her breathing was heavy and she wondered how Epotheros had ran with her as extra wieght earlier. His endurance is much greater than mine, she thought as she slowed into a stressed jog. Before she could the end a familiar rush lifted her off the ground. "Eep," she shriek until she recognized Epotheros as her captor.
"Oh, no you don't," Clover warned as he held her over a pond. "Ahhhhh," a light woosh followed her as she plummeted towards the uninviting water. Clover closed her eyes in preparation for what was to come. Surprizingly there was no splash instead it was Epotheros' taunts and his arms around her once again. She playfully hit his arm then "Hmmph," left her as she trudged off towards the Inn with a false sour expression masking the mirth she felt.

When they returned to the inn, Epotheros saw Tramer with his head resting on a table near the corner of the bar. He seemed to be asleep, but it was only late in the afternoon and if he wanted to sleep, the bar was not that safe of a place. He then walked over to him and tapped him on the shoulder, "Tramer?"

Ty saw Clover and Ep's mock squirmish before they entered the Inn, and the expresion in her heart and on her face was enough to stop Ty in his tracks. He wouldn't stop love. Besides, if she didn't try to protect him, she'd just become an inocent victim. Maybe he'll pull out of this after all, whatever it is.
And what did Zant want with him earlier?!
Why exactly were they sent to the temple to get that mask?
And who sent them? What did they want with it?
Ty never made it to bed that night.

“awwww…Epotherosss……..just the maaan I wanTeD to Seeeee” Tramer said his speech slurred as Epotheros touched Tramer on the shoulder “oK…….kNowwww……” tramer said trailing off “I hAveeeee……soMthINgg impOrtanTt!….. To ask yOU” Tramer said grabbing epotheros by the shoulder puling him closer “and dOn’t mind mEEE” tramer said loudly “I think I had a bit to much to drink” Tramer whispered into epotheros ear “knoWwwww…………….” Tramer said trailing off before passing out, Tramer head fell strait to the table with a slight thud. Tramer then looked back up blinking his eyes “where’s Larien” Tramer asked looking around

"I do not know where Larien is. She left the building with the rest of you while I was stuck in that evil chair, and what is it you wanted to talk to me about?" He then remembered how drunk Tramer was and felt as though he should wait till the morning to get information off of him. He then said to Tramer, "You should go get some rest, Clover and I will search for Larien for you."

Clover entered the Inn with Epotheros but let him lead the way to Tramer while she tailed a few yards behind. Her mind was drifting away into reems of thoughts and ideas as usual leaving her attention for the real world scarce. Clover stopped a few feet from Epotheros when she finally reached where he was speaking to Tramer. Her concentration was broken when she heard her name and she vaguely recalled what was said. I haven't seen Larien either, she thought. "I'll gladly help," Clover said with a smile. "We'll find her in no time, Tramer."

Tramer continued to blink his eyes for a secont trying to clear his mind why in the hell didn’t the bar tender tell me how potent those were Tramer thought to himself as he organized his mind “OK……….know” Tramer said still trying to organize his mind “it’s about the MasK………I THINK wE should HeaDto the acadEmy I trained AT……the high maGe there is FREND of MinE……….IF there is AnyonE that KNOws aNything about The Mask iT will bE hiMMM” Tramer said the best he could “aaanndd knowwwww……..im goiinggg to ResT FOR a bIt” tramer said as his head fell to the table

After several hours of searching neither Epotheros nor Clover could find a hint of Larien's trace. As the sun begain to set he thought it would be best if he and Clover retire to the inn to avoid the dangers the darnkess may bestow upon them. "It's getting dark, so it would be wise for us to go back to the inn, Larien will join us when she is ready," Epotheros said to Clover, hoping to dull her worries about Larien until they could do something about it. He did not know if Larien was safe or not, but they did not have an option at that point other than to wait. He then placced his right arm around Clovers shoulder as they walked slowly back to the inn as the sun set across the mountains on the far end of the vally where the village was located.
When they had made it back to the inn, he escorted her back to her room and told her that they will follow Tramer to his old Academy, because they may have a cure or solution to his problem and if all goes well, Larien would be downstairs waiting for them in the morning. Epotheros then went back to the room he shared with Tramer and Ty to find Tramer fast asleep in his bed. Epotheros intended to do the same and soon found himself drifting off to sleep.

Tramer awoke finding himself in his bed. “OWWWWW” Tramer mooned as he forced himself up and slowly walked to the other side of the room. Tramer felt as though a rat or something foul had died in his throat, As Tramer got to the other side of the room he bent over picking up his pack, Tramer then presided to go though the contents until he found a vile containing a strange glowing green liquid “well worth any side effects” Tramer mumbled as he drank the liquid, Tramer then cracked his neck and stood up felling completely rejuvenated and back to normal. Tramer then headed out of his room and headed down stars were he quickly found the Inn keeper and asked him to give his friends a message “now I don’t really remember much of last night so let be apologize for anything I might had did or said……but back to the mater at hand I believe I know someone that can help us with the mask ples meet me downstairs in the Inn so we can talk about it” The message said. Tramer the found an empty table and took a set

Epotheros got after recieving Tramer's message. He picked up his blongs and got dressed before he headed downstair to sit next to Tramer at the almost emty table.

Glowing orbs filled Clovers dreams again, but she still couldn't relate them to anything solid or real. So she just enjoyed not having nightmares for once. Waking up Clover gathered her things and left the room after receiving a message to meet the others. She walked downstairs and to where she saw Tramer and Epotheros. "Good morning," rang from her smilling mouth.

Epotheros nodded to Clovers words, but remained silent as if he had something important on his mind, or if he was concentration on a puzzle. He then finally spoke up to ask Tramer where and when they we going to leave for the academy.

When did I tell them about the academy Tramer thought as Epotheros spoke thou Tramer didn’t pay much mind to deciding he must had mentioned it last night “ok I think we should head to the Academy I trained at, there resided the most powerful mages of are time, along with the most complete library of magic and magical items, it would only be about a two day journey from dragon back from here” Tramer said watching closely for Epotheros’s reaction

"The most powerful mages?" Epotheros said in a cynical tone. "You must be excluding Zant from the list, because if they are so powerful they would have already dispatced him and we wouldn't be in this mess." He then walked over to the door,"We better get going if it will take two days to get there even on the back of a dragon. Tramer you take Larien on your dragon and I will take Clover on mine, if that is alright with you? Ty has his own as well as the ability of flight." He then walked outside to call his dragon, who was likely resting near a desert oasis.
When the dragons claws rested on terafirma, Epotheros wasted no time strapping his belongins to him. After all his possesions and Clovers were strapped to the back of the great beast, he jumped up onto the saddle and extended his hand to help Clover up.

Tramer quickly located Larien. Tramer then walked up to Epotheros out side of the Inn “the Academy hasn’t sent anyone out because the council forbids it” Tramer said in an angry tone “many High ranking mages have tried to convince the counsel to allow to go after Zant thou in all cases they refused there request” Tramer said with a slight sigh “and that brings me to something else of importance, I myself spoke with the counsel and didn’t leave on good terms, and well lets just say it would not be good for me if they found me, so im going to use a spell to mask my appearance” Tramer said just before walking away and summoning his dragon. As soon as the Black dragon landed on the ground Tramer began strapping his and Larien’s belongings onto his back. Tramer then helped Larien on and then jumped on himself telling larien to hang on tight not knowing if she had ever ridden dragon back before “Epotheros! Are you ready to be off” Tramer yelled as the black dragon unfolded its wings
