Thinking that perhaps keeping the new Pokemon with her for a while would be a good idea, Kasiya took out Seto's Pokeball, and released her ever-serious Pokemon. He sat before his trainer, his left ear twitching slightly, and he yawned loudly. "I know you haven't had the chance to really battle much lately, but we've got a new addition to the team and she needs to earn our trust. I'm going to send you back to stay with Professor Oak for a while, if that's alright with you," she said. The Persian's eyes grew wide, and he nodded, looking surprisingly happy. "But can you do me a favor, and take care of Rosemary? She's still young," she added, and the Persian nodded. He nuzzled Kasiya's chin with his head before he touched his nose to his Pokeball, recalling himself. Bewlildered, Kasiya walked over and entered her information into the computer, and soon Seto had been transfered to Professor Oak's laboratory. "I guess Seto likes it there," she chuckled, hoping he'd keep his promise to watch over the young Bayleef.

"Oh Miss," she heard her name being called, and she quickly ran over to the desk, once more, Ariel right behind her. The Nurse was standing before her, the little Skitty in her arms. "She's going to be just fine. Please take good care of her," she added, as Kasiya took the now quite-alert kitten from her.

After Xanthos had nearly knocked the Ampharos out cold for violating his all too large personal bubble, Mike sorted his newly purchased TMs for each Pokemon.

"Ok Xanthos, you're getting Brick Break. It's a nice Fighting move that'll take advantage of your tremendous strength." The Crawduant's mouth foamed over in happiness as its trainer placed the brown tinted machine on his forehead. The disc blinked once with a radiant light as did the Pokemon. The color dulled and the TM fell to the ground, then was crushed under Xanthos's foot.

Beacon was still feeling adventurous, Mike having to chase him down to give him his move. "You little whelp, get back here! I spent good money on this blasted move for you!" Finally catching up to him, the trainer let out a sigh. "Never a dull moment with you huh?" Placing the TM on his head, Beacon blinked with light, learning Brick Break as well.

"Now for my two fire types." The little Pokemon had already clung to Felsic, who he still believed to be his mother. "For you Felsic, I've got Flamethrower. In my opinion it's the most reliable flame based attack there is." The Quilava barked happily, pushing Napalm off as it was taught the new move, dashing off to test it.

The baby Magby looked at Mike expectantly, making little grabby motions with his paws. "No I didn't forget about you buddy. This move is Psychic, it allows you to pick up things with your mind and fling them around. Just be careful with it." After learning the move, Napalm began to practice it by picking up small pebbles and grass blades with his mind.

As Mike lay back to stare at the clouds, something from his backpack jabbed him in the side. "Ow!" He yelped, removing the obstruction from his bag, another TM. He examined it, 'Facade' written in rather plain handwriting on the flipside. He recalled the battle with Norman, and how that one move caused him alot of annoyance. "I know just who to teach it to."

In the next moment, a still groggy Breloom was released, rubbing his still heavy eyelids with his tail. Just a moment of rest, that's all I ask Mike.

"I know, don't worry Portabello, I just thought you'd like to learn a new move. After all I did promise you one forever ago." Mike waved the disc in front of the grass Pokemon, who perked up, following the TM with his eyes.

Yes, that you did. He spoke robotically, mesmerized by the shiny contraption. Now if you don't mind...gimme! He nudged Mike with his head, pointing to it as if to explain to his trainer how TMs worked. The machine was applied and Portabello was recalled inside his Pokeball for some more rest, as was Napalm and Beacon.

With a whistle Felsic and Xanthos both came to his side, the Quilava finding his usual shoulder perch. "Did I mention you look adorable with that scarf?" Mike smiled, looking down at Xanthos, who wore an expressionless face, looking straight ahead. "We need to start training you." The Crawduant made no notion of listening, Mike tapping him with his foot. "You listen to me when I talk to you Xanthos, behave."

The dark Pokemon looked at his trainer, returning his gaze to what was ahead of him.

Hopeless.

Meanwhile, Shocker continued to admire the feather, gently picking it up in her paws and staring down at it. It sparkled in the sunlight, and the Raichu sighed, letting it fall again. Her gaze turned up to Kenny, who was still floating around Flannery, and looking kind of lovestruck. Shocker carefully took the feather from her neck and handed it back to Dante, intent on getting the little Duskull to play with her. "Waichuu!" she called up to Kenny, waving her arms at him.

Mike lifted an eyebrow at the sassy girl. "Sorry, didn't know it was my civic duty to be the one that calls. Last I knew you had fingers too." He laughed, slightly annoyed at the general female population. "I was wondering if you'd like to have another battle, because...I'd kinda like to see you again..."

"Well isn't that sweet of her." He chuckled, his annoyance going away. "I'll wait by your Gym until you're ready to come back alright? Gonna get some last minute training in before we battle. See ya!" He hung up the Nav following his goodbyes.

"Alright Xanthos, it's time for a little training session I promised you." The Crawduant bashed its claws together, stomping his feet onto the ground. "Felsic, you're up too." Felsic dashed over, the two Pokemon facing each other. "Alright, we'll be practicing Xanthos' moves and Felsic's dodging, Xanthos, Bubblebeam!"

The Crawduant inhaled, expelling a stream of bubbles towards the fire Pokemon. In an amazing show of speed, Felsic nimbly dodged them all, hopping, ducking and rolling to avoid the aquatic attack.
