Nex nodded as he got up and walked to the kitchen, he stopped and looked back at her when he reached the walkway. She really is attractive. Maybe......no, I should no better than to get attached to anyone by now. I never have and that policy has always worked for me. He shrugged and got her a glass of orange juice and handed it to her. "Here," he muttered, then he sat down and leaned back on the couch, sinking into it.

Hallie smiled and thanked him with a cute nod. She picked up the orange juice and her pinky fingure stuck out like one of those rich people at tea parties. Hallie smiled then took a sip of the orange juice then looked at him. "Thank you so much." she picked up the last strip of bacon and took one bite then put it down. "I'm full..." She smiled then moved closer to him hugging him in thank you. "Thanks for the food." She moved back to her spot and blushed looking over at him.

Nex chuckled at her gesture while she was drinking. "Your welcome," he said blushing as well. He looked up at her and met her gaze and he felt an odd feeling in his chest. He wasn't sure what it was or even if he liked it but he was curious about it. He liked the feeling of having her close so he hesitanty moved closer to her and looked down. After a moment he looked back up and met her gaze again, this time he leaned forward and pressed his lips to hers. He had heard what kissing could make you feel like and all of what they had said was true, even if he hadn't intended to kiss her in the first place. He couldn't pull away now so he closed his eyes and moved his hand up to her face, moving his fingers gently across her cheek.

Hallie's eyes widend as she felt his lips against hers she blushed more then closed her eyes leaning forwards into the kiss. She smiled pushing closer to him and then falling over on to his chest still kissing him. She felt like she was floating on the clouds when he first kissed her. It was like magic.

Nex was surprised by her added closeness when she leand forward onto his chest. He pulled away quickly but he was still gentle and he moved away a little. "Sorry," he muttered. He wasn't reallly sorry for what he did but he had always been afraid of things he didn't understand and this was one of them. In the time that their lips had been touching it had been the most enjoyable experience of his life.

((Aww....-fake faint- It's so sweet))

Hallie blushed then put her right hand on her lips then looked away to hide her giggling blushing face. She turned back to look at him and back away a bit so they could have some room inbetween them. She smiled then looked him in the eyes. "It's ok." She mumbled from under her hand. She was still blushing and was still alittle giggley. Hallie looked over at the table then took another sip of her orange juice settleing down her giggles.

Nex sighed and leaned back on the couch again, relaxing more now. He looked over at her and watched as she drank her orange juice. He couldn't believe that he wanted to be close to someone and it made him a little uncomfortable. "What did you want to do today," he asked, keeping his eyes on her.

[[I always seem so cheesy.... Sorry it's so short.]]
PostPosted: Sat Jan 20, 2007 4:17 pm

((It's not cheesy it's romantic. <333))

Hallie looked at him swollowing her orange then smiling. "Anything you'd like to do." She smiled then got yup pulling her pants up since they had fallen down a bit. She walked over to the window then opened it alittle as a butterfly flew in and landed on her fingure. she tapped it's wing with her otherfingure then it turned into plastic. she smiled then put the butterfly in her hair as a hair clip. she wasn't harming the butterfly it could still live, butterflys did everything for Hallie and thats why she was so happy.

Long kept his mouth quiet the while he was walking with Rin on his back. He then approached the hole that he created where the door was to the east entrance as a small smile formed on his mouth. For awhile, it had...been wiggling around as if ready to laugh. Long thengave a slight laugh now that he was the one that took down the door and all, but then he couldn't stop as his laughter came out profusely. Almost enough to wake Rin. Yet, he stopped and confined himself from letting it out even further.

He then walked about the halls and was rather confused to remember which room was Rin's. He kept walking with Rin riding on his back before he began shifting his eyes between the doors and trying to remember anything about Rin's room. Unfortunetly, this was something that Long's personality wouldn't really help with. He gave a frown that looked like it meant he was pissed, but acting up about it, as he was growing rather irritated since he could not find or recall where Rin's room was.

Necessarily, he didn't want to wake Rin up and try not to make a big deal out of it. He began walking with a hunch to himself as he was getting very annoyed.

"I think, you reached your limit for today...In fact...I think some of us have..." Long spoke with his dull and inquisitive voice. It almost sounded as if he were talking to himself, but he was talking to Rin and himself at the same time which seemed odd to tell who he was talking to.

Rin's eyes shifted towards the hole in the wall next, and that caused the faint smile to linger a bit longer until they had passed through and entered the building. Then it slowly faded back into an almost blank expression, as she stared around without actually moving her head at all.

Putting aside her worries for the moment, she began to instead pay attention to where they were going, and was slightly confused. When he spoke up, she began wondering if he had possibly forgotten where her room was. The thought brought a small smirk to her face as she finally lifted her head, letting him know she'd actually been awake, if he hadn't known already.

"Yes," she replied quietly, even though she wasn't sure who he was talking to, and then pointed over his shoulder towards one of the dorms. "It's that one right there, if you were wondering."

"...Thank you," Long said as he turned and followed to the door in which Rin pointed out. He had no idea Rin was awake until she spoke, and so he didn't know how to react to how she had woken.

"Here we are...after lingering several hours...." Long said as he turned his head slightly to see her, "Good thing you remembered to lock you door before ..." Long said as he turned slightly paralell to the door for Rin to reach over and upon the door with her key. Long knelt down almost obediently to let Rin open the door. He only waited patiently and quietly as he closed his eyes so that they were like little slits, still allowing him to see, but make him feel drowsy in the process. He was now on one knee, and feeling very drained after a while. It was a long day after all, but it should have made him tired anyway.

Rin nodded, hanging onto him for a moment when he knelt down, not wanting to fall due to the position change. Once she was sure she was fine, she slipped a hand into the hidden pocket on her skirt and pulled out a key. This she inserted into the door and a second later pushed it open. It swung wide, making way for them to enter.

She probably could have slid off Long's back at this point and made the short remaining journey to her bed by herself, but she didn't want to. She was used to being spoiled, so being carried around like this wasn't as odd to her as it could've been. "Home, sweet home?" she mumbled quietly, staring into the plain looking room.

"Looks like it," Long responded turned his head slightly. He glanced over at Rin before anyhting else.

Long only smirked when he realized that Rin didn't want to get off. Standing up gently to make sure Rin wouldn't fall off, Long walked in and closed the door with his leg closing it. He then walked over past the kitchen and down the hall to what would he assume was Rin's room. Walking over to the bedside and letting her off gently, Long had laid Rin down easy aloowing her head to rest upon the pillow.

"So...What do you think of our first day?" Long asked as he stood up and loomed over Rin from the side of her bed, "Think clearly and well, because that's somehow a minimum and maximum limit of how odd our days can be... I don't know if you like it or not, but it would be nice to know what you're thinking," Long said as he pulled out what appeared to be a stool hopping on it and crouching over it like a frog once again, "Because seeing is not the only way of believing..." Long said as he gave Rin his usual ghoul like stare. He was technically waiting till Rin could fall asleep and he would leave for her to rest. Every guy needed his nap, and every girl needed beauty sleep.

Rin just continued clinging to him until he stood again and entered the room, heading into her bedroom and laying her down. She lazily reached out and began tugging off her socks, not really thinking about it. The reason she always wore either long pants, or tall socks, was because her legs had a nice variety of scars on them as well, from various scraps and cuts that were just slightly too large to heal without leaving any marks behind. Most of them were from accidents that weren't really accidents, but a couple were because Rin herself could be clumsy at times.

She ignored it though, tossing her muddy socks randomly on the ground, and wiggling her toes for a second before lying still. She glanced at Long finally, and stared for a second before shrugging. "It was... eventful," she said. "And strange, but not necessarily in a really bad way."

It was only a slightly bad way, and the bad parts were the spirit taking over her twice, the guy she'd been looking for before running into Gordon and Long disappearing on her, and bumping into Long's brothers. Otherwise, she actually kind of enjoyed herself, even if she hadn't shown it. She'd never participated in a food fight, or partaken in some random race before today.

She folded her hands across her stomach, fingers lightly intertwined, as she stared straight upwards. A couple seconds later, and she began to close her eyes. Though, a thought hit her, and without opening them again, she asked a question. "Will I see you tomorrow then?"

"Ummm, you're gonna see me before you fall asleep, and after if you're still awake, you're gonna see me walk down the hall and see me go raid your fridge..." Long smirked as he crossed his arms over his knees whilst still standing balance on his two feet upon the stool.

"...So, you enjoyed the things I was doing to you today?" Long said as he brought his face up from behind his arms. He only glanced between Rin and the door, "If you're gonna be awake, is there something you want me to cook out of the kitchen?" Long asked, almost sounding as if he wasn't going to sleep in the slightest.

Long could not go to sleep, he didn't want to mention to Rin what might compel him to stay wide awake. Truth was, Long was in a way, a permanent insomniac. He hadn't had a moment's full rest since his early childhood. He only looked at Rin to see if she was to answer. It was apparent and noticeable to see that Long looked like he hadn't slept in years, his eye lining was black, bags under his eyes, and to top it off, he had bone white skin.
