"Alright. If you insist." She gave him a small kiss on his neck. As a breeze passed by, she sighed. Spring was finally there and it was cool, but not cold. A just right temperature. Flowers were blooming in her forest and even a few that were on her property. She looked about and smiled as she seen daffodils which were her favorite Spring time flowers.

Mari nodded and kept the smile on her face. "I know. It's lovely. Winter was starting to get old."

Mari let out a small laugh and intertwined her hands with his. "It's not bad when there's snow. But, you just get to the point where it's all slush and nasty looking."

She looked down at their hands and watched as he swung them. "Yea. So is there anything you think we should do or that you even want to do? Part of me thinks I should go talk to that officer and see what's going on."

*he thought it over a bit. he came up with a few ideas*
i think we should see bron a trina too. and possibly hunt down some old guild members. they could help at least to protect the city.

Mari nodded and looked up at him. "Yea. If only we could find some of the members. They pop in and out all the time. I suppose they do have things they need to do. What can Bron and Trina do, though? Bron's out of commission and Trina's still too young to go into a battle."

we should talk to them about it. i think we should let them know whats going on.

man. even if we only had valgar we'd be laughing through this.

She continued to hold onto his hands and let out a small sigh. "I know. It's okay, though. We'll talk to Bron and Trina sometime before the battle. And I'll go into the city to speak with the officer to see if there's anything he can do to keep the police force and all or the majority of the city away from the battlefield."

Mari let go of his hands and smiled. "I'm going to go do that after I get changed, then." She turned towards the house and walked in and upstairs to her room. She grabbed some clean clothes and came back downstairs. She went into the bathroom that was past the kitchen and closed the door. She decided she would take a shower first and stripped down and got into the tub, starting to bathe.
