Okay, I have no idea where to say this, so I'll just say it here. Why are some of us (like me) not members? I mean, we're posting here and all, but when I searched under my name it said "nonmember". So WHAT IS GOING ON??!!

The Guild is set to Private, so you can only post or be active in the Guild if you're accepted as a member.

Hi all, I've been a fan since I was two years old, I'm not lying. My dad taught about phantom when I was two, it didn't mean much to me untill I was six, but that's a anouther story. I love a lot of musicals such as: Wicked and RENT. I'm really nice, so please become my gaia friend if you want.
I'm turning 15 on May 31st, by the way. biggrin

Hello,
I'm new and I'm very happy to be here. I'm a phan of POTO from the first minutes I started to watch the film. heart I liked it more than book because of music I think. It's a pity, but as I am from Lithuania, I have never had a chance to be in USA and see a stage version sad I have no doubts it was wonderful lol

I was just accepted a few minutes ago.
My name is Cassy. I'll be fourteen in about a month. The first time I heard of the Phantom of the Opera was when the DVD came out, and I rented it. I've been hooked to it ever since, along with a bunch of other musicals {Cats, RENT, Evita, Fiddler on the Roof, Moulin Rouge, Chicago ...}.
I have read the book once, and am hopefully seeing it live this summer for my birthday.
I've seen Cats live once {a few months ago} which I'm sure most people here have heard of, and it was GREAT, so I'm really looking forward to seeing the Phantom of the Opera on stage.
Ohoh, and I'm a band nerd. And we're playing the Phantom of the Opera, and Memory from Cats for our summer concert. I play the saxophone, but not really well.
XD

Velcome, new phanguild members.
Message to Cassy: I love Cats too!!! It used to be my favorite musical... until Phantom came along. I've actually seen it on stage twice (once in NY) so I'm struggling to catch up to that with Phantom. Oh, and I've been in a really last-minute production of Cats... XD-ness.

I like each of them for different reasons, so I suppose it's equal.
^ ^
So you were actually in Cats?

So you were actually in Cats?Yeh. One guy in town who's a few years older than me gathered up a "production team" and put posters all over inviting us to audition for Cats. As it was my favorite musical back then, I couldn't resist auditioning. I got to be Jellylorum. =D The show looked last-minute though. All the set was was just some cardboard and wood glued to stuff and painted. Pfft. Oh, and here are some pictures. Me looking all Jellylorum-ish http://i4.tinypic.com/zvwzme.jpgWhy am I sitting there doing nothing??? http://i4.tinypic.com/zvx1yg.jpgThe two raiders =D Rumpleteazer is one of my good friends http://i4.tinypic.com/zvx2xl.jpgAudience: *applauding* http://i4.tinypic.com/zvx4rm.jpgPS: Eee... *runs away in fear of post being deleted*

Hey all! I just joined, I'm new to gaia, though not PHANTOM!!! SQUEE!!! eek
Sorry, you need to watch out for that. I have an Evil PhanGirl Twin. Whom I lovingly named my EPGT. She squees alot. 'We' have two sided conversations when we're bored. EPGT: SQUEEEE!!! WE GOT IN!!! THANK THE GERARD!!! Me: *cough* I joined phantomoftheopera.com in October, very excited to see I was not the only phan *coughcrazycough*. Then I heard about Gaia from there, and now I have two places to go! Now mom can't say I don't go anywhere but poto.com!! Ha! See? I go to gaia too!!
eek .... Anyway... I watched the 2004 movie about.....wow....I can't remember when. I think about a month after it came out on dvd. A friend of my mom introduced me. She's a lot cooler IMO now. rofl
Any whoodles. I won't take up any more bandwith now. Just felt the need. The need: for speed. EPGT: *evil cackles*

I think all the costumes and makeup would be fun to create.
The sets looked good!
My class is making a movie (based on the Twelfth Night), and although I'm a part of backgrounds and sets, I've been helping with costumes and makeup.

XDAll thanks to Lemon. (the organizer's last name...seriously...) Well, it did kind-of look like a junkyard. XD As for the makeup...that was one of our stronger points. Or maybe not... Miranda (Rumpleteazer) said she looked like a pumpkin. I've been in Twelfth Night! *runs away in fear of post being deleted*
