Reina Huiden

Reina's eyes strain as she watches her sensei darting around. As he does she can see sparks flying from his hands. Reina smirks as she inhales deeply. Once Drago fakes her out she sings in a low voice then her voice grows louder and stronger. The song seems to be defensive and she'd often sung such a melody. As Drago seems to jab at Reina her gloves fall from her cloak onto the ground and she clenches her fist. Once Drago's blow strikes Reina in the neck she falls back while still singing, her song shaking. One glove begins to inflate as Reina swings her arm aiming for Drago's temple. Reina wasn't affected much by his chop since her song protected her from his Hands of Thunder and her armor protected her from harm to her neck. As she fights with her sensei her armor drains his chakra, little by little. She couldn't do much fighting with him with such a high chakra signature but could with his chakra a bit lower. It might not be much but for her it was near to enough to aid her in this battle.

Once she strikes Drago she returns to a hand sign position. "Right now I'm skeptical. I've heard stories about the legendary Sannin. They are ruthlessly strong and some say heartless. Perhaps you've changed from death or this is your true self. Nonetheless you aren't what I expected. For all I know you could be the enemy tricking me just as they did with Haylo." states Reina. She had said too much. She suddenlly hears him speak again. She quickly begins performing hand signs but moves too slow to beat out Drago. As she finishes her hand signs bugs begin to crawl up her body.

A clone of her stands beside a tree across the field as the bugs cover Reina's body. The clone jolts as it begins perfoming handsigns. A croak comes from the bugs as Reina's form seems to change. She launches herself into the air, a toad the size of the unnamed toad, with a ton of bugs in her mouth. She makes quick work of the bugs before landing atop a few. She then hops over to her clone and allows it to climb onto her back. 'How?' one would ask. Since Drago's chakra far exceeded hers she couldn't perform the Magic Replacement genjutsu on him. So she created a clone and drained its chakra, as well as the Sannins, to be lower than her own. In doing that she was able to perform the genjutsu on the clone and make it real.

Reina watches Drago and respects his wish for no more words. She transforms back in a puff of smoke and looks over at Tinou. She suddenly hears Drago cry out something and looks upward. As rain begins to fall she pulls her mask and hood over her head. Should the rain be harmful her water resistant cloak would protect her since her song long ended. She had prepared herself to endure many forms of attack all her life and she felt now she was at the point she wished to be at by now. Reina's clone completes its hand signs as a lightning shuriken appears in her left hand. She throws it at the real Reina as she flips down her mask and blows a white sand looking substance to the right of Drago and in various other locations around the battlefield from the mask. The shuriken flies towards Reina as she bows to dodge the shuriken. It quickly flies into the path of the sand like substance then flies off into the forest, out of sight. “Salty.” mutters the clone to itself, seemingly unaffected by the rain due to its ANBU cloak.

Reina's aim wasn't anything like her sensei had perceived. She was actually throwing salt in order to prevent everyone in the area to be electrocuted by her shuriken. Drago had allowed the shuriken close enough to send a current through the salt pass him but not all the way around. Her plan to paralyze the Sannin with her shuriken was a no go when he uses a technique to blow back the sand and shuriken. As he does Reina releases her beast seal and runs over to her Genin. She grabs up Tinou and his dog and then runs into the tornado and vanishes. Also within the tornado were the gloves that Reina had so conveniently dropped. Reina’s clone remains active until the giant explosion occurs. Not only she would be affected but Drago would as well. His sight was blinded by the blast which meant he was vulnerable. In the tree behind Drago Reina watches as the smoke clears. Her eyes were in over time, looking into the darkness similar to night to see how the field was looking. Her gloves were gone but not destroyed and there was no sign that she had been destroyed except for her skillet laying in the middle of the battlefield. Underground Reina’s gloves follow beneath Drago, ready to catch him and drag him under. What would Drago do now?

As the smoke clears Reina's gloves emerge for a moment to grab the skillet then return underground. They circle under the ground a white before pillars seem to shoot up from the ground. Heat seemed to radiate from them and they were forming a form of pillar. Just as quickly as they shot up they began to crumble and be launched into the air with each falling piece. This would show that Reina was still alive while not revealing her true location. Reina watches happily as a leaf falls from the tree onto her head. She looks up at the dense trees and smiles before returning her attention to Drago while performing a number of handsigns.

The smoke from the huge explosion was beginning to clear and was showing Reina that she needed to get in gear. She stands and turns around to see a clone of Drago’s standing there. It couldn’t see in the smoke either but he would know if Reina were beside him. Was he fooling her? Reina decides to see. She finishes her hands signs and creates yet another lightning shuriken. Her shuriken gets the clones attention and causes the others to run over. Reina does a back flip while tossing the shuriken into the air once the clone gets near enough and seems to knock it back with both feet.

Once she does another comes and attempts to knock her off balance when she leaps into the air. One comes from above and kicks her downward as the shuriken seems to follow Reina in the air. She grabs onto Tinou and Bromine before splashing underground. As this occurs the rock projectiles continue on their path and strike the Nimbus Cloud which would in turn knock Drago from atop it. He was wet and he had salt on him from the explosion. The shuriken flies onto the battlefield as Reina emerges, her ANBU cloak now gone. She grabs the shuriken and launches it into the air as a smile stretches across her face.

Drago having made it rain, caused an explosion, flown high into the air, and allowing the pillars of rock and projectiles near him were costly mistakes. Salt water, when somehow mixed with electricity, can channel electrical currents through the salt. The air was filled with water vapor from the rain and salt that had been tossed into the air by the pillars. The explosion had also tossed salt into the air and onto those in the area. The smoke from the explosion was also the perfect cover for Reina to hide in to get her out of the way of the blown salt and to keep Drago from knowing where she was.

As the shuriken flies, sparks combine with the salted water vapors high in the sky and seem to travel all around. On the ground Reina returns underground with her genin and his dog. Reina’s gloves pop up from the ground a moment before retreating back underground, skillet in hand. Even though electrical currents can kill Reina had only used a little bit of chakra so the shuriken would have the strength to just shock someone a bit and paralyze them a moment.

Reina watches calmly as her sensei hits the ground and emerges from the ground with Bromine and Tinou in her arms. Her face was bright and lively and a smile seemed to be stuck on her face. She starts over to Drago and laughs a little as she releases Tinou and his dog. "I had yet to see the move you'd taught e long ago sensei. The move that creates an ice ball... Freeze no Jutsu. You were mostly using fire moves." states Reina sitting down beside Drago. "It's hard to tell how long it has been since our last meeting. It's hard to to tell if this is real or not." continues Reina sighing. "If my Medic Nin were here then I could quickly cure your paralysis... My Medic Nin! I have to go to Konoha! But I can't just leave you here can I? No. I'll take you back to Magic if you'd like then head to Leaf." replies Reina looking at Drago and awaiting his answer.

Reina looks at her sensei a good while before inhaling slowly. She exhales as she looks at Drago. "I should have killed you." states Reina looking at him as the sand flows from his mouth and begins spreading out. She focuses chakra to both her hands as she bring her legs closer together. She leaps back from Drago, remaining in the same position. Reina wasn't all too worried about the spikes since all she had to worry about was her unprotected head. She wasn't too familiar with the technique. She'd only seen it done once. And even then it was poorly initiated. Perhaps she would see it being properly used now.
