Grace held an immense feeling of guilt. Guilt because she and the baby were okay, yet Isabelle and his aunt lost their lives. They were completely innocent, and they were punished. The look on Orion's face made her heart ache, and the weight on her shoulders feel even more heavy. Why couldn't she have been the one to die? She would have gladly taken Isabelle's place. For a moment she had to turn away from Orion, because otherwise she would have lost herself in a wave of sobs and cries. After taking some shaky breaths, she turned to face him once again and frowned. "It should have been me. Not Belle." She whispered, slowly removing her hand from his. How can he even stand to be near her right now? Grace was the one who caused his bar to be burnt down, and Derecks auto shop to go up in flames.

Grace swallowed and looked down, closing her eyes and allowing a few tears to escape. Not only did she survive and not his daughter, she was now marked territory. Branded not once, but twice, as well as raped. Just thinking about the attack, brought back memories of her first encounter with the Outcasts, and her chest started to heave. Grace was no longer able to choke back her sobs anymore. "I-I understand if you don't ever want to see me again..." Grace brought her hands up, wiping away the tears that spilled from her eyes. Her hands were shaking, and she laid her head back into the pillow and closed her eyes. "How can you even be around me right now? I'm ******** disgusting.." Her hands shoved the blankets from her legs, and she pulled her knees to her chest, wrapping her arms around them to lay her forehead on her knees. "Do you still love me?" She kept her seated position, but turned her head to look at Orion. She knew that he was hurt, hurt beyond belief. There was a glimmer of pain in his eyes, and it made her heart grow heavy.

Dereck left Lyn alone while the doctors checked on her and ran their tests. He wanted to give her a little space, given that she might be embarrassed about some of her injuries. Based on the way he found her, Dereck could put together that she was probably raped, as well as tortured immensely. He saw the brands, and he even caught sight of the carved name in her back. It all gave him even more reason to torture the hell out of Tommy.
Once she was placed into her own room, he gave her a few minutes to get comfortable before he came inside to join her, taking a seat right next to her bed. Now that she was cleaned off, he could really see how many bruises and injuries she had. When she spoke to him, he reached his hand over to hold the one that was not casted. He held her hand in both of his, and he clenched his jaw. "You don't owe me s**t. I would have done it for anyone. Lyn, I care about you. You need to understand that." He spoke gently, his voice was low. When she pulled her hand away to wipe her tears, he frowned. She was broken, mentally and physically. Had he not taken so long to come for her, maybe he could have saved her some pain, some suffering. It was only when she began to apologize that he gently hushed her, and reached his hand up slowly to move some hair from her face, tucking it behind her ear. "All of those things can be replaced. You can't. I'm not worried about the material things.." He offered her a small smile, hoping to make her feel better about everything.

Lyn turned to Dereck, tears welling in her eyes, "And what about Orion's child? She was just a baby, and I told him she was with family always. And the guys you lost there? Kennedy? Those are people not ever coming back Dereck."She had seen the bodies on the floor as they left, and Lincoln hold his dead brother, his twin. Lyn did not mention Cadie's unborn baby. She had sen the blood slicked thighs of the other woman, knew the baby had not survived the night. How was Cadie taking any of this?

Lyn looked away, shaking her head,
Dereck, I'm grateful that you care so much to have come after me. I don't know where I'd be without you. But I'm shocked you can even sit in this room with me; be so kind." She didn't get it. He had seen those videos, and stilled stayed with her. Seen her battered body after tonight, had his truck ruined, his men killed, and his sister also tortured. Yet here he was trying to reassure her and make her feel better. He should be abhorred by her. If Lyn hadn't moved here, Dylan wouldn't be here. Two babies would be alive, and none of this would have even happened. And yet she knew that if he hasn't caged so much of her wasn't with her now, she probably would have crumbled. Dereck had quickly become a rock for her. So not only did he care about her, but she also greatly cared for him. Lyn didn't want to cause him pain, did want to just be a nussiance. She didn't know how she would handle anything happening to him, but surely she would drown.

A nurse came in after a few more minutes. She had a clipboard that she handed to Maralyn; they were he discharge papers. And she placed Dereck's shirt she had come in with, a clean pair of sweat pants, and sandles on the bed near her feet. Lyn signed the papers before handing them back to the nurse who left, but not before telling her to make sure she got rest and plenty of fluids.

Jasper took his hands away from Cadence as she narrowed her eyes at him and told him about her feelings on her brother. He watched, listening to her anger at him, at Orion, at the Club, at the situation. He stood and moved towards the foot of her bed. She had been through rough s**t, that he knew. But this was a side of her he hadn't seen. A side that said she didn't give a ******** about anyone anymore.

Jasper nodded slowly. He knew there was nothing he could say to her. Nothing to make anything better, so instead he told her,"I'll be outside. Whenever your ready, if you don't have a ride, I'll take you wherever you want." He then left the room to go sit in the waiting room. His head fell into his hands as his elbows rested on his knees. Here he couldn't grieve their child, couldn't grieve the loss of brothers,or the loss of the girl that he had cared for since he was just a boy. Just less than 24 hours ago, he had been ecstatic. Cadence had finally decided to give the two of them a chance; they could be a family. Now she wanted absolutely nothing to do with him. And Jasp couldn't even begin to blame her for her decision. But he also couldn't say it didn't hurt. Gods he needed a drink.

~Orion Michael De La Cruz~

"Don't say that!" Orion snapped angrily. He stood up and turned away from Grace. Pissed off that she would even say anything so stupid! He took a few steps as he fought the urge to really rip into her. Finally he turned back toward and walked toward her.
"This is no one's fault but mine. I allowed myself to get distracted. The MC should have always been my main focus. Nothing else should have even ever been on my mind. As horrible as it sounds....Belle is in a better place, and I have to at least be grateful that she will never suffer again. Her whore junkie Mother won't be able to take her, and me. Her unfit raging alcoholic useless Father can't fail her again." He turned and walked away again.
"I shouldn't be here, you shouldn't be here. What the ******** were we trying to do?" He shook shook his hair, sending the brown strands swishing about freely a moment. He placed a hand to his face.

He was stuck at this point. He could choose to walk away from Grace and be the biggest d**k ever, or...stay and continue to selfishly endanger her and now their child. He hated both options and knew it was a decision that had to be made, and fast. The silence in the room was a very uncomfortable one. Finally he spoke and his voice sound dead, hollowed.
"I need to go make the funeral arrangements. I will be back later. I am instructing Killian to stay here. He will be outside your room unless you want him in here." With that said he left the room. He paused partly in the door way, talking in a low voice to Killian.

Black approached Jasper who was standing outside of Cadence's door. Her door was closed. He stood beside Jasper who had his head bowed.
"Ryder said you should get out of here. Go home and take care of yourself. He said your lost is no doubt weighing heavily on your mind. I was sent over to take care of Cadence while you have some time..." Black hated awkward moments like this. He hated to see the MC hurting like this. Nearly everyone had lost something dear to them.

He leaned against the door frame. He looked away to give Jasper a few moments to compose himself. No he had not approved of Jasper and Cadence's relationship but it was obvious the pair had been very much into each other. He wasn't sure if they could survive this hurdle though. Grief could destroy so many things, and such a new relationship such as theirs didn't seem to have a chance in Black's opinion. Of course it could, it depended on if they worked through it together.
"Look....she will be hurting for a long while. She may throw some hate your way, but just know it is her pain speaking. Women are emotional and can really let their emotions take over. Just...give her space. Worry about you right now. Nothing worse can really happen to her at this point..."

~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~

With now other family left in town Cadence had been forced to call her Mother. Her Mother agreed to come right down and pick Cadence up. She would be caring for Cadence for the few weeks until she was well enough to take care of herself. Cadie was going to use that time to also prepare for some major changes in her life.

She was sitting up in her bed now. Calmer for the time being. She was thinking and trying to do so rationally. Trying to shut her emotions down and separate them from what she was feeling. It was hard to do so though because whenever her thoughts turned to Jasper there was no logical. She was in love with him, and love was not logical. Though her brain told her he was trouble, and she would never ever be a priority in his life, her heart still wanted him. Her heart was completely shattered but the pieces that were still currently working wanted her to ride this out with Jasper. He was hurting as well after all. Or at least her probably was, Cadence wasn't really sure at this point. Yes he had agreed to step up and take responsibility for the baby they created together, however....that baby had been an accident. Neither of them had been trying to receive that end result, it just happened because they had been careless.

It wasn't that long before Lena came rushing down the hall. She paused when she saw Black lingering outside of Cadence's door. She recognized him but did not know his name. She moved to the door, determined to ignore the man. She had nothing to say to him, had no idea who he was, or why he was outside of her daughter's room but she was there for a reason. Black threw out his arm to stop the woman from going in, and the deadly gaze she fixed on him was enough to make him wary for a few seconds.
"Ma'am..."
"Don't you ma'am me little boy! My daughter Cadence is in there, and I am going to see her one way or another! You better move your arm before I break the damn thing off and beat you with it!" This woman was clearly Cadence's Mother, that is exactly something Cadence would say.
"I didn't realize..."
"No, no you didn't realize... Why are you even here? Shouldn't Jasper be here? Or perhaps Orion? I am sure it is MC trouble that landed my daughter here after all. Where are they? Not here...nice to see how much she means to them. You, take that Angel cut and walk away. I better not ever see any of you, or your kind near my daughter again! I will be having her file a restraining order against the lot of you." She pushed Black's arm out her way. Marched right into the room and slammed the door in his face.

The man looked up at Black at the sound of his voice, and shook his head. It was nice to see another member. There was much for them all to recover from though. This here... Cadence. This was his mess. His to deal with, not the rest of the MC. Even if Cadie was Orion's half sister. She had also been his girl, been carrying his child. This was his cross to bear at the moment. Nobody else needed her lashing out at them. "Thanks, Black, but I'll stay here. I'm not leaving her right now. I'm sure you've got more to do anyway."

Jasper nodded at his next words about her pain and harsh words. However there was always more that could happen, and if he dealt with himself, it wouldn't turn out good. At least Cadie at the moment, gave him something else to think about. Even if she didn't want anything to do with him. "We are all hurting right now, brother. How is Orion? Is Grace ok? What about Lincoln?" He hoped news about Grace would be at least good news. Jasper knew Lincoln must be grieving for his twin. But Orion, would he be glad to have Grace back? He had been crushed at the scene of his aunt's house, rightfully so. Would his old lady help him get past everything? Or was Ryder going to push her away, just as Cadie was him?

Jasper ran a hand through his hair, "Want a coffee man? It's been a long night, gonna be a long day." With that said, Jasper left Cadence's door momentarily in Black's hands as he went down the hall to the vending machine that poured out hot cups of coffee. He got two. As he made his way back to the room, he stopped at the desk, asking for any details on Cadence's condition. What would she need to be whole again? As he returned back to the room, he saw the woman who had come to talk to her at the diner enter the room. So she had called her mother. He shrugged, handed Black a cup of coffee, and leaned against the opposite side of Cadence's hospital door.

~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~

"Orion has not said much on Grace's condition, only that she is alive and will pull through. Grace is tough. She is a real fighter, it is what she does. I think Grace will be the one thing that keeps Orion from truly losing it." He paused.
"No news on Lyn...no one has went into the Reapers space in the hospital. The twins...man...I have no idea how one will be able to survive without the other. He hasn't even come to visit his cousin yet. I don't think he is able to leave his brother yet. Brink is with Doom. He has already started the funeral preparations. Orion just left to make his arrangements." Black grew silent.
"Many dark days ahead of us all..."
"Jasp....Her Mother is here, and ready to go to war over her daughter. Christ almighty...I see where Cadie got her attitude from." He accepted the Coffee.
"Thanks." He glanced back toward the door cautiously.

It was perhaps twenty minutes before the door opened and out stepped Lena. Her dark hair was pulled back in a french braid. Lena and Cadence had many similar features, the hair, the mouth, nose, and shape of their face. Their body structure was even very similar. Lena was a bit heavier and stood at 5'6 as oppose to her daughter's tiny 5ft stature. Her eyes were completely different then Cadence's. They were this amazing shade or forget me not blue that almost looked a bit violet in color.

She paused and glared at Black, then she stared at Jasper. She closed the door with a snap behind her. She wanted to scream at them both. Mainly Jasper, because if there had ever been a boy in Shadow Creek that she had believed to be good enough for her daughter it was Jasper. She had watched the boy grow up, had watched his interest in her develop over the years.
"She's asked me to retrieve some of her things from your place Jasper, and some of the things from her place. She asked that you allow me into her place. Her keys were in her purse and that is now missing..." She paused and looked away. Wiping at a tear that she had been unable to hold back. She had not cried in front of Cadence. She felt that would not do anything to help Cadence's state of mind. Right now she had to be strong and pull her through this.
"She will stay with me while she is recovering." She would be changing her bandages and she knew she would be the one to have to try to help Cadence to move pass this all. to not dwell on everything she lost.
"She will be okay though. The doctors expect a full recovery. they just want her to rest for a few weeks, and come back to visit them in a week." Lena knew she should not be sharing this information with Jasper but she did because she wanted them to save their relationship. As much as she hated the MC lifestyle and wanted her daughter far away from it, she knew at the end of the day Cadence wanted Jasper. She was hurting right now and didn't want to accept that but she would never be whole without him.

Dereck felt his insides churn a little, and he couldn't help but look at the ground as Lyn spoke of Orion's family that had been killed. She was right, they could not bring those people back, and the pain of losing them would probably linger on forever in the hearts of those that lost them. It was probably an a*****e move of him, but he was thankful that his sister had survived the attack, and despite the fact that he had lost a few men, they did it because they were saving their family. He ran his hands over his head, letting out a sigh. "I know. I think everyone lost someone today. But, if you let those dark thoughts linger, it will never get better." He looked up at Lyn again, and took her hand into his own. "The pain will never go away. But it will get easier to deal with as time moves on, because you can only get stronger from here." He stood up and paced in the room, checking his phone as Nate informed him that he was able to bring Grace's vehicle to the hospital, after having it been on the side of the road for a while.

Dereck looked away as she got dressed, not wanting to give her any reason to feel uncomfortable. She was hurt, angry, and vulnerable. He was not going to let himself be selfish and made her feel even worse. "I am kind because none of this is your fault. You did not make those men do what they did. They did it because of me, and the MC's. That is why I can be so kind to you." He groaned, and looked up at the ceiling for a moment. "Nate can take you home, if that is where you want to go." Dereck stepped outside, making a few phonecalls.

Grace stayed silent as Orion yelled and paced in the room. She lowered her eyes to her hands that rested in her lap. His words stung, but she stayed silent. He was in a bad place, a weak place. He was hurting, and was taking out his frustrations on her, which was understandable. But just because she understood, did not mean that it hurt any less. He didn't even answer her question, and that was probably the thing that hurt the most. Grace waited until he left, and she pressed the nurse call button, demanding her discharge papers.
Once they were brought to her, Grace tore the IV from her arm herself, and bandaged the area, signing the papers. Nate was able to bring her some clothes, which consisted of a white t shirt and some black yoga pants, as well as flip flops. Once she was dressed and the meds and discharge papers were given to her, she walked out of the room, ignoring the fact that Killian was sitting there. "If he cares to ask where I went, tell him I went home." Grace arranged that she would take her car home, and that is what she did. There was the Reapers van that was still there anyways. Once she made it home, she went straight into her room and laid down in the bed, curling up into a ball.

"There are dark days." Jasper agreed. He was glad to hear Grace was ok. Orion will be able to pull through if she was ok, or at least he hoped. The man nodded his sandy head at the mention of Cadie's mom. He had see her walk in through the door. He stood leaning against the wall in silence for the next twenty minutes until Lena came out. As she started to talk to Jasper, he pushed away from the wall. He was glad her and Cadie had made up enough that Cadence felt she could call the woman. At least she had someone.

He nodded at her words. The nurse at the station had told him something similar. He closed his eyes momentarily in relief that Cadie would be ok...eventually. He turned to Black,"Black, can you stay here, Outside her door, until we get back?" When the other man nodded, Jasper turned back to Lena, motioning her to follow him."I'll take you to get her things. The quicker we get them, the quicker she can get out of here. Thank-you for coming to take care of her." He said as they walked out of the hospital. He only had his motorcycle here. He hadn't had time to truly think everything through, "Do you want to follow me?"The man finished his coffee, throwing out the cup before Jasper got on his bike and started the engine. He waited until he saw Cadie's mom ready, then pulled out of the hospital and lead her to his place. He turned off the bike, and lead her up the back stairs to the apartment. After the woman walked into the apartment, Jasper closed the door and walked into the bedroom. He grabbed Cadie's bag, closing it, before walking back out and handing it to her mom."I guess to her place now huh? I'm really sorry this all happened."

Lyn nodded to his words. Somewhere in her brain she knew he was right. She just had to pick herself back up yet. Her eyes watched as he paced the room. How much was he going through in his brain? As he turned away, Lyn began to get dressed, keeping her back from his line of sight. The couple brands weren't as big as the name sprawled across her back of another man's name. Dressed she moved closer to Dereck, responding quietly"This wasn't because of you Dereck. At least for me it wasn't."

Her form followed his out of the room, and she nodded as he said Nate would take her home. She didn't really know where else to go. She was sure Lincoln wasn't at the Club yet. Lyn would have to remember to text her cousin when she got back home, if they had found her phone.
"Thank-you again Dereck. I'll get your shirt cleaned and back to you. Go see your sister."At that point Lyn walked past him to Nate whom she asked if he had time to take her home quick, hobbling slightly at the pain in her foot, and spiraling up her back with her steps. The man nodded, and with him, Lyn walked out of the hospital.

When they got to her apartment, Lyn thanked Nate and said good-bye, before beginning the slow ascent up to her home. Under the front mat was an extra key that she used to get in. After she stepped over the threshold, Lyn shut the door, and locked it with a sigh. She hobbled across the place to her room where she changed into her own clothes. Maralyn then moved out of her room, started the wash with Dereck's shirt, then went and laid down on the couch on her side. She laid in as much of a ball as her body would allow, and turned on the TV, the volume low but enough for background noise. She grabbed her phone that Nate had handed back to her, he probably got it off of Tommy. Lyn texted Lincoln
'Linc, I'm so sorry. What do you need me to do?' She wouldn't ask how he was holding up, she knew how close the two twins had been.

Dereck made sure to watch as Lyn loaded up into the van with Nate, and only when she was out of sight did he see Grace moving to her car, so he ran up to her, quickly stopping her from shutting the door. "Grace..." She looked up to him, and despite the argument they had the day before, she stepped out of the car and hugged him, letting herself sob into his shoulder for a little while. Dereck hated seeing his sister like this, hell, he hated seeing anyone like this. He stood silent, letting his hand rub her back gently. Only when she broke the hug did he hold her shoulders. "I know about the baby, Gracie. Is-Is everything.." Grace nodded, and tucked some of her blonde hair behind her ear. "Everything is okay. Baby is perfectly fine." She mustered the best smile she could, before patting Dereck on the chest lightly. "I'm going home. If you need me, call me. Or knock. I just-..." She shook her head, not wanting to tell Dereck about her situation with Orion. As she ducked into the car, she waved to him and then went home.

Dereck watched his sister drive away, and then he made a beeline for his bike. Lucky had made sure to tie up Tommy at the clubhouse, and Dereck was most certainly going to ******** him up. Once he got to the club, he sent a text to Jasper. After all, Cadence was victim to Tommy as well.

Jasp, it's Dereck. We have Tommy at the club. If you want a piece of him, meet us here.

Once the message was sent, Dereck took off his cut, and walked into the back room.

~Cadence Jaycey Sinclaire-Caine~

Lena agreed to follow Jasper. She did so carefully, taking note of where Jasper lived. Mainly in case Cadence disappeared. She could be a handful, she always had been. She was a high energy person but her energy was that of a tornado. She destroyed everything in her path and touched down randomly. Unpredictable and devastating. That was the best way to describe her daughter, it wasn't her fault though. She had been very twisted up since she was little, due to things out of her control.

She accepted Cadie's bag from him. She was still get at packing light. Probably due to them having moved so much. She knew Cadence had moved a lot when she was on her own too. She knew about the Alex situation but had not got involved. Cadence had told her multiple times to mind her own business. So until Cadence had the sense to truly get far away from Alex, she would just continue to be his punching bag.

It was why it was hard and frustrating to be here with Jasper. He was the first good decision she had made in her life, but he had made the first bad decision of his life. Lena didn't know where she stood on this issue.
"Jasper...." She lowered her head. Finally she lifted her head and met his eyes.
"I know your sorry, and I like to believe you would have made sure none of this would have happened to her if it was in your power. It wasn't though. I am sure of that." She nodded her head.
"Time to go to her apartment...Keep the key though. I think once she works through everything....she will want to start fresh with you. I think right now she thinks you are done." She bit her lower lip. She had too much already but she felt like he had to know. She decided to tell him. Cadence was not the talking type. She was the shutting down and building walls type.
"She believes you will be taking this opportunity to move on. She thinks you were simply being a responsible person in regards to the baby." She stepped out the apartment and went down the starts. She put the bag in the trunk and climbed in her Jeep Liberty.

She followed Jasper to Cadence's place. She looked about curiously, having never been in any of Cadence's residence before. She walked over to the pictures and examined them with a small smile. Slowly she moved into her room to pack a few things. She paused when she saw the quilt her Mother had made for Cadence. She smiled and folded the quilt up. She would take it with her. Cadence would want the familiar comforting item.

She packed a few things for her daughter. She wasn't really sure what Cadie would want, and she felt weird being in the middle of this whole thing. She felt like the pair should be together at this time, not pulling away from each other. She could not do anything about that though. She finished packing and carried the bag out to the living room.
"I can call you and give you any updates on her condition if you want." She took his chin her hand. She shook her head and then kissed his forehead.
"You two will be fine." With that said she left Jasper, and loaded her her Jeep. She headed back toward the hospital.

Cadence had shoved the blankets away. She couldn't wait to be out of the hospital gown. It was ugly and she hated it. She hated everything about hospitals. the smell, the sounds, the cold hands of the Nurses and Doctors, the horrible wallpaper, the thin ugly hospital gowns.

The door slowly opened and Black entered the room. He walked in and sat beside her on the bed. He draped an arm over her shoulders. He felt her tense up. After several long minutes she relaxed and laid her head against his shoulder.
"Your being an a*****e..." He finally said.
"What's. new there...." She muttered and he snickered.
"Why are you punishing Jasper? He is suffering too."
"Why are you in here?" She snapped.
"Because I know a thing or two about grief."
"Black..."
"You come see me when your back up and running. You will be hitting my gym. That is what you need." Cadence shook her head.
"I wasn't asking you girl. You call me. I'm not afraid of you Ma' either! She is MILF." Cadence looked up at him in horror and shoved him. He started to laugh.
"Be nice to my boy Jasper. You better not be a b***h to your brother either. He needs you right now. Needs you more then ever before."
"Black, I can't!"
"You have too! It is not about you, it is about him right now. He is broken, you need to help put him back together." She shook her head.
"Cadence, I swear the MC will settle the score. You, Grace and Lyn will get the justice you deserve. We can torture, we can maim, we can kill. We don't know s**t about healing. That is a foreign concept."
"I need you to leave. I have my own s**t to work through. I can't..." Black sighed and rose. He knew the siblings would be torn apart because of this and it was tragic in his opinion. He knew he himself would do anything, and endure anything to have his siblings back.

Killian followed Grace to her place. He had stationed himself outside of her home. As soon as Grace had left he had sent Orion a text. He was sure he had got it but the President sent no reply. Killian knew Orion was suffering right now, and probably picking out urns for his family as they all went about their lives.

It was maybe an hour after the text was sent and Orion showed up at Grace's house. He was on his bike. He pulled up beside Killian and immediately he could smell the liquor coming off him. The man had just picked out an urn for his infant, Kill really couldn't blame him for being drunk.
"Christ. You can't go see her like this." Orion didn't respond. Kill sighed and walked with him to go get some food and coffee. The two sat outside the burger place, Orion chain smoking. Killian dipped his fries in his chocolate shake.
"When is it all going down....?" He finally asked. Orion paused mid puff.
"Day after tomorrow..."
"Anything I can do to help...?"
"No..." Killian knew Orion was just being difficult. He was pushing everyone out. He knew what needed to be done, and he would do it. Someone needed to tell Belle's Mother. He would ride out and tell her in person.

It was probably another hour before the pair walked back to Grace's place. He waited till Orion went into Grace's house before he took his leave. He headed out of town straight away.

Orion wandered into Grace's room. He stayed in the door way watching her. Not sure what to say. Not that he really felt like talk. He really just felt like sleeping forever. Finally he walked over to her and brushed her hair away from her face.
"You shouldn't have come home so soon."

But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
And just pull that sh*t out of you and get that motivation to not give up
And not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse.
