It is unclear if Tibarn can understand a word Sunil is saying, but he'd probably scoff at the idea that a cat who's scared of baths is stronger than the king of the skies. He's just faster! He steels his body with his beaststone and transforms in the middle of a dive, gouging his talons into the revenant for 3 + 10 - 0 = 13 damage.
