Jaden began devouring the food within seconds. He was always a fast eater but healing forced his hand. He set the plate down on the floor and looked at the other two seriously. "So.... This is where the leadership stands then? Well I suppose we could have worse."

Sibyl's eyes never met Jaden's, though she opened them once she heard his plate cleared and set upon the ground. When he spoke to her as well as Razu, she just shrugged her shoulders and stretched herself out, seeing as she felt a little stiff and knotted. "I suppose it is. Speaking of leadership, where is Myythren? I've never seen her and she's never around in her apartment. Any word on her return or what?" She didn't mean to raise a sensitive topic but she couldn't help but wonder. "You don't have to answer if you don't wish to."

Razu offered because he sensed Jaden was unhappy about them waiting for him," I am not hungry...so..." He changed his train of thought quickly," I like sitting on the floor. I'm kinda use to it considering I lived outside for about half a year."
He listened curious about the old pack female alpha that he had heard about. With a sudden thought, Jaden's missing mate...I have a feeling I'm being a little unsensitve. Razu laughed nervously inside his mind though his face showed poliet curiousity.

Jaden cracked his neck slightly as his wounded shoulder twitched. Sibyl really had touched on something nasty to him but there was little point avoiding it. "I don't know." he said bluntly. "That's all. I never bothered to mark her so I don't know what she's done. It's very simple."

Had Sibyl been a human then right about now would have been a time where she would lose her appetite. However, she happened to be a wolf so no such thing happened and she scarfed down her meal in a manner of seconds. Since it'd been taco salad, she hadn't even been required to chew the salad so it'd been easy on her throat while it went down. She'd decided to just move onto her salad and not bother commenting on the Myythren topic seeing as it was a sore topic for Jaden. It wasn't that hard to tell that he was lonely for humans and it wasn't hard for her to tell that he was sad. However, doing something about it and consoling him was definitely something she didn't know how to go about doing.
Not being able to help Jaden because she didn't know how made her feel retarded and misplaced. Then again, she often didn't understand human emotions and didn't know how to help someone deal with them let alone deal with them herself. There were occasions in which she got strange feelings that she couldn't put a name to or didn't know how to deal with them but other than that, she was content for the most part. All she really needed was food to survive, a shelter to keep her safe and her good health so that she could defend herself against people as well as any viruses or anything else that decided to come her way. And that was what often made her seem highly insensitive at times to others since she didn't understand how they were feeling or she didn't feel the same way. Sibyl didn't have any ideal plans for the future other than to survive where as many had plans to marry and have a family.
Sibyl then contemplated Jaden's response to her question and couldn't help but wonder why he'd marked her as opposed to someone actually important to him like Myyth. It never occurred to her that perhaps she was somehow important to him, she just figured he'd done it because it was to make sure she didn't get into trouble so she didn't bother asking him why. That and she didn't want him to feel worse than he probably already did. "I'll make sure," Sibyl responded softly with her back against the wall, "to ask the Great Spirit to watch over and guide her back to you. And I'll call upon the Thunder Bird and Killer Whale for strength to give to us all."

Razu blinked. 'um...what should I say...? Something to break the tension...?'
He asked," How was the food?"

Sibyl really didn't know how to deal with Jaden's problems but she'd been told by many people that when people had something they were trying to deal with that they often wished to be left alone. However, it was very confusing since there were also a lot of people that wished to have someone to talk to about things and help them deal with it. There were some people, though, that didn't want to talk and if someone offered to listen to them then they would get all moody and upset and the gesture would be wasted. Human emotions and emotions in general were just really confusing things that Sibyl tended to avoid as much as possible. It was why she was a lone wolf a lot and why she was often on her email system as opposed to actually talking to people face to face.
She decided the best way to deal with the current situation was to leave Jaden in peace and not aggrivate him any further. As for apologizing, she didn't deem that necessary since it wasn't her fault that Myyth was gone and she hadn't meant to upset Jaden. It was just best for her to leave and go meet everyone in the subways. It was something she knew how to do and was able to deal with. Leading people was far less complicated than getting to know them personally and dealing with their issues like a psychologist did, though she was willing to listen to them even if she wasn't sure of how to help them. "The food was good, Razu, thanks a lot for cooking. I can't cook so we would have starved to death had it been left up to me to cook something."
Sibyl also sensed the tension and decided that it was an opportune moment to leave. If Jaden wanted to tell her anything she'd already told him in the past that she was willing to listen and that he could trust her. She didn't lie, she had no reason to so he could trust her if he felt like he wanted to. It was his choice in the end, though and she wasn't about to force anything on him. "I'm going," Sibyl explained as she rose from her seated postition, "to go meet everyone in the subway. Razu, I suggest you come along. I'll report back later." She didn't even wave goodbye, she just wanted to get out and get away from the tension.

Jaden sat there before flicking his red eyes over to Razu. "You're supposed to go with her." he snarled unconsciously. This was more like how it used to be. Happiness wasn't allowed. It was survival and dominance... but how long could that last now?
Reaching up to his shoulder he touched the new rune that was Sibyls mark. Slowly he trailed his fingers down his back, counting the marks and allowing moments for brief memories.
His fingers laid to rest on the last one for much longer than the others. It was clearly the most intricate out of all of them as if he had taken more care of it at it's creation. He was trying to bring up the happy memories from then but they weren't coming.

Razu quietly got up and walked out but before leaving he said," Duke and Steffon'll come up to keep you company when they are done hunting."

Steffon scratched at the door as if knocking then nosed through the half open door. Duke flew in after Steffon and landed on the back of a chair.
Steffon wolfed happily,'Razu told us to come. They are fighting doing the subway.'

Jaden tightened the binding he had put around his arm before dawning his long black coat over his shredded jeans. Slowly he turned around, his red eyes flaring. He was fired up.
"Okay then." he said smiling slightly with his fangs. "Let's go." he said sweeping past them and down to the subway system.

Steffon sighed, 'somehow I don't think this is what Razu had in mind. Jaden! Wait! You are injured! you'll only drag them down! You want Sybil to be hurt? Razu's down there protecting her! Let him do it! He's caring an exsessive amount of poison! It'll slow them down and harm them! Razu is also a good fighter!' They followed Jaden.

Jaden landed gracefully on his knee in the apartment before dropping Razu and closing the window. "Old trick when I started courting Myyth." he said as if this was an explanation.

Razu trembled he suddenly yelled out, "So why did you do it to me?! Jay don't do this to me! Don't tell me thats how you courted your mate!" Razu sat down with a huff and winced again when his skin hit the fabric.

"I didn't mean it like that." Jaden said, raising an eyebrow at Razu's curious behavior over something so simple. "I just always got in and out of her apartment through the window because the noise from the club bothers me. She used to find it annoying but got over it."
