"Quickly, pull out of it and deflect the attack with Poison Tail!" Seviper whipped itself out of it's spinning motion, ducking under itself and whipping around, forcing it's tail to stop the ball of black energy and painting it green, purple and yellow with extremely harsh poisons. Seviper held the Shadow Ball in place for a moment before returning it to its sender.

"Nope!"
Baxter barked loudly and watched the incoming Shadow Ball make its way towards him. he knew what to do.
"Iron Tail! 2 can play at this game!"
Baxter let it's tail, once again, shine brightly and become steel solid! It whipped back the highly venomous blob right back to the snake with an added surprise.
"Shadow Ball Barrage!"
The original attack was now being chased by a parade of dark spheres that seemed to warp the air around them with darkness.

"Seviper, Bulldoze!!" Allen called to his Pokemon. He slammed himself down to the ground, sending rocks flying up into the air, intercepting most of the Shadow Ball attacks. The poisonous one hit the largest boulder, exploding in a brilliant flash. it also filled the area with smoke. Allen could tell that both Pokemon were exhausted from all the battling, but neither were were backing down even an inch. Allen wasn't sure what to do. "Seviper stay on the defensive." Seviper pulled back a little, anticipating whatever was thrown at him.

As Allen and Memo continued to battle something came up where they had to abruptly leave.
"We'll pick this up again!"
Memo made his way back to the beach near the HQ and rested by a rock, Cereza in hands.

Letting out a yawn, Ren dismounted Abalone. The well-rounded Wailmer was finally glad to have reached shore. Poor thing had been traveling through rough seas and tides, but still pulled through in the end. "Thanks Ab. You deserve a much needed rest." Ren said as he recalled. Watching the sun up above, he proceeded to walk. "What to do, what to do..." he muttered to himself.

As the wind pushed Memo's hair across his face he sighed and pat Cereza on the head. Her leaf shook with joy as the duo chuckled and felt the mist of the waves. He turned his head slightly to see a boy reach the shore.
"Hi!"
"Chika?"
Memo rose and put Cereza on his head as he gently walked over to the young trainer. He kept a warm smile on the whole time and finally closed the gap between the two.

Uexpectedly, an older trainer had popped out of nowhere. It took a while for Ren to react, but by the time he did the man was already in front of him. "Oh, hello." he said. A Chikorita was placed on top of his head all while the man displayed a warming smile.
Cyanide, had popped out of his pokeball once again. God the many times Abalone had to save this toad from drowning. How many times have I told you, I don't like being...Who's this? Though of course no one would understand what the Croagunk was saying.

"Hiya."
The boys voice gently flew out of his mouth to greet the young boy. Memo was notably taller, but that was normal almost everywhere.He slowly tossed his hair with his hand as Cereza skipped down to the ground and met the Croagunk with a cheerful chime.
"My name's Memo."
After playing with his hair he extended his arm outwards to shake it.

Ren wasn't really good at greeting people. He knew the basics like smiling and making eye contact but that was it. It wasn't really much like forcing it as opposed to doing the proper thing. He smiled back and greeted the man...again? "Hi...?" came out of his mouth. After the man had tussled his hair a bit, he extended his hand for a handshake. Taking his hand, Ren shook it. Another piece of basic knowledge when first meeting people. "Memo....Ren. My name's Ren." he responded.
The Chikorita had made her way down to meet Cyanide. And what do we have here? A Chikorita....

As the 2 boys shook hands Memo tilted his head and continued to smile.
"Nice to meet you, Ren."
Cereza circled the Croagunk with a curious sweetness then poked the pokemon and it's trainer with her leaf.
"She likes you hehe!"
He giggled a bit and was ecstatic to see so many people.
"So what brings you out this night, Ren?"

Watching as the flamboyant trainer react, Ren continued to smile. The Chikorita had been playful with Cyanide. His attention was then redirected back to Memo as he spoke. "Sorry, what? Oh! Right. Well nothing much really just traveling. Finding new pokemon, challenging trainers, all that jazz." he said.
Hey hey hey! Watch where you're pointing that leaf. You almost poked my eye!! Cyanide retorted. Given his rough personality, Ren had tapped his head as a sign to calm down. Ren wouldn't want another temper tantrum by Cyanide while being newly introduced to someone. Then again it's not like either of the cared enough to make new friends. Cyanide knew Ren wasn't much of a social butterfly, but he was still Cyanide's trainer.
"How about you? What brings you around?" Ren asked back.

He giggled nervously and scratched his head.

Completely ignoring Ren's second question, his curiosity got to him when Memo had asked for his help. Help? From a guy he'd just met? Just how friendly were the people here? he thought. But he didn't think it'd be an issue. Ren could've used a change in pace. "Sure. What do you need help with?"
Cyanide just stood there alongside Ren. Observing the Chikorita's trainer, Cy had an odd feeling about him. Could just be the flamboyant trait he possessed. It was still early to tell. Not noticing, the Chikorita had tackled Cyanide playfully onto the ground. H-hey!!

The tall brunette jumped a bit in the air.

Memo turned around and sighed.
"I really wanna get myself a Water type...from a very particular place."
He turned again and smiled.
"I may need some back up hehe."

Allen walked into the room, Shuppet following him in. As if a perfect routine, she hid behind her trainer as soon as they walked into the main room. Allen sighed, walking over to a seat and plopping down, there was no one around, so he stretched out, extending his legs far out off the edge of the seat.
