I'll have to remember not to do anything to deserve it. *She got up and went over to the bar and began looking at all of the bottles.* Hmmm...what next?

I'll try this one! *She smiled pulling a bottle of absynth off of the shelf* I've always wanted to try this stuff! *She grabbed a tiny glass from under the bar and poured a little. She leaned against the bar, and thought for a minute.* I was wondering if I could start a garden? I could plant some flowers for decoration, but more importantly I could plant herbs that assist in healing and the like. It could be handy.

She sighed alittle and jumped over the counter and took the glass from Alice"Sit down, you take it like this your gonna puke." She moved and actually poured the contence of the glass into a different cup. and moved grabbing a glass from a cabnet that had a silver strainer sitting with it"This is an absynth glass, the strainer is for the sugar cube you need with it." She moved back to the bar and grabbed a small container of sugar cubes placing one on the strainer that sat over the opening of the glass, she them grabbed the bottle of absynth and poured it over the sugar cube which started to melt. She then pulled the strainer from under the cube letting the remainder drop into the glass and melt away, she moves it closer to Alice. "There, proper way to drink absynth...I spent years in German, just do not let a mortal drink too much of this...its technocly poisonous." She then made one for herself and drank it down in one gulp, shaking her head alittle at how strong it still was

*She laughed* Thanks! You learn something new everyday! *She raised her glass in a toast-like gesture, then took it like a shot. She was quiet for a second, then she began to splutter.* HOLY COW!!! I knew that was a bad idea, but I was afraid if I didn't do it like that I would chicken out.

She smiled at laughed alittle as she poured herself anouther, downing it once again "Your supposed to drink it like a shot, sipping it hurts worse." She smiled more "You youngins can not hold your alcohol."

*She laughed* Never was a big drinker, but now seems like an opportune time to learn. I've got you here to tell me if I'm doing it wrong, and there is a good selection to try from. *She grabbed the strainer and placed it back over the glass and placed in a sugar cube. Then she poured the absynth over it as lady had and removed the strainer. She braced herself this time, knowing what to expect, and took the shot. She winced a little, but found she didn't cough or splutter. She raised the empty glass over her head.* CHEERS!

*She laughed because she found the remark truly ironic seeing as how Lady is the law here.* So this village that is nearby. Do they bring the blood supply to you, or does someone go get it? That's just a transaction I've been curious about since you mentioned it.

*Mercy snuggled back into Jinx then stuck out her tongue playfully at Lavender.* "Hey no! I haven't caused that much trouble around here. . . . just now more pure bloods are showing up and it's exhausting" *She sighed then smiled as she watched Alice.* "Maybe I'll give you a job here. . . . . you can learn your alcohol as you taste and serve." *She smiled sweetly as she downed it.* "Very nice. . . *She laughed again, clearly in her happy place from the absynth. She looked down at herself.* I'm going to have to sex it up if I'm going to be a bartender! *The way she said it was positively humorous and it was obvious that she rarely played the seduction card* That would be fun though! *She began to look around* I'm going to need a book so I can learn some stuff.

*She ducked down behind the bar and pulled out a book. She wiped a very thin layer of dust off and opened it flipping through the pages.* Hmmm... the Blood Hell Storm sounds interesting... not sure I can make that one. *She looks up a little confused* This is going to be harder than I thought.
