It's a bloodline technique that he has. It is increasing the academy reductions by 2x. So if it's an A ranked technique it's a 6 post reduction, E rank = -2, etc. Edit: Should also mention that you have to be right next to him.

Just a heads up! The Tournament will be starting this friday! Be sure to be ready to go! I will make an announcement on where and when everyone should meet. If you signed up and do not show for your match you will be disqualified. I will post the brackets tomorrow to make things run a little more smoothly!

I'm a little confused on the rewards. How does the loser get double the advancement credit when there isn't one stated for the loser? I see in the Battle Credits, both the loser and the winner gain specific amounts for losing and winning, but for Spar Credits you get AC depending on what rank of Shinobi you are sparring with. I might be missing something here, and if I am, may you please explain it? As for the reward for chakra increases, this would be based on the Training Mission labeled "Spar", correct? If so... how come the winner doesn't get an increase? o-o Otaku! //Gently pats on the shoulder
As for you, there are a few flaws regarding your little clone trick, but I'll let them slide, lol. < o <;;

After finding a partner, the two are to engage in a non-lethal sparring match. • This Training Can Be Repeated Twice. • If you win your sparing match, your chakra and stamina pool is increased by [20] • If you lose your sparing match, your chakra and stamina pool is increased by [10]. The AC for winning and losing is the same. I goofed it up, good catch! Well I suppose the only only change will be double AC for everyone~

The clone technique you're using only permits your clone to use Taijutsu.
I kind of forgot that I was fighting your clone, so your actual speed was apart of the clone's abilities. I won't make that mistake again. xD

I kind of forgot that I was fighting your clone, so your actual speed was apart of the clone's abilities. I won't make that mistake again. xD Oh? I remember reading that unless it stated something specifically an elemental clone could use jutsu of its element? Oh well I'll edit it when I get home lol Edit: Yeah I checked and it said the clone could attack usig Taijutsu but I didn't see 'only' Taijutsu. Also this • Unless otherwise stated, elemental clones cannot perform elemental jutsu other then their element. which means it should be able to use lightning jutsu at least right? I could just be missing something though so eh it's whatever lol
