Emit glanced at Zane from his newspaper before smiling at his wife as she cooked. Miku smiled as she carried the kids out of the room and out to living room.

As Zane played with it he kept doing so he yawned slightly as he closed it.

As Maria cooked, her head shot towards the door as she heard a loud crash. Before another second could pass, Emit disapeared out the door.

As Zane heard bolted out of his chair as he went to where he heard the noise.

Miku and the kids were on the floor, Miku rubbing her head as Emit helped them sit up. "Sorry.. Sorry..." Miku said, looking around quickly to make sure the kids were okay before looking at Emit. "What happened?" He asked, looking into her eyes to make sure they werent showing any sign of something bad. "I was carrying the kids out to watch some tv when i felt something..or thought i felt something grab my ankle making me fall." She explained as she looked down, her face going white when she noticed a big gash on the back of her leg, not noting the blood dripping from a cut on her head. "Mommy!" Mileena cried as she hugged her arm tight.

Xander started sitting at the corner of the couch as his eyes were wide. " I saw a monster it had red hair.. Its still here.... It's still here!" He started to bawl as Zane had his eyes wide as ran over to them and hugged Xander for him to feel better that he had a adult by him, " Miku do you think it was her?.." Zane said I her mind as Xander held onto him as the poor boy had bruises.

Miku looked around confused as if she didnt know where the voice was comming from before looking down at Mileena who was crying and holding on to her. Her face seemed stressed and confused as she looked back up, noticing Emit studying her. "Here." Maria said as she rushed out of the kitchen and pulled out a wet rag, dabbing it against the cut on her head.

As Zane saw he walked over to Miku while holding xander who was shaking in his arms, crying still as he stood by Miku as he felt his son hug him tightly.

As Miku looked up at him, Emit suddenly spoke up softly. "Maria, can you take the kids into the kitchen?" He asked, Maria nodding quickly before carefully taking Xander in her arms and struggling to get Mileena off of Miku. Once they were gone, Emit bent down beside her and studdied her cut on her head as she stayed silent.

"Im not sure." He said finally. "But Miku hit her head pretty hard. She doesnt look exactly herself."

Emit laughed and smiled. "Oh no. But her head may hurt for the next couple of days." He said as Miku frowned. "Im not deff you know."

A sign of struggle showed on Mikus face as she thought. Finally she shook her head. "No. I dont think so." She said as Emit looked at him. "Why? Do you think you know what it is?"
