" Yeah! Finealy done!" suzume cheared. Momaru was laying down and heard. He got up and streched wondering if they were going to start walking again or not.

Jun looked at the bone covered dog and chuckled "Lay back down. We'll be spending the night here." with that he looked to Suzume and said "Stay here. I'll go out and get some wood for the fire. Since we're in a clearing you can make a little hole or something for it. Don't want to start a forest fire ya know." smirked the man as he disappeared into the darkness of the woods.

Momaru floped back down with a sigh. Suzume laughed and started digging a small hole for the fire.

Jun was looking around with the moonlight as his visual aid and gathered branches, if they were too thick he'd cut it in half and down the middle if it was too thick, occasionally using the edge of his sword too make a small air tunnel for better air passage.
Their was a light rustle before a shinigami appeared and looked around a bit with his sword in hand but relaxed. As his eyes laid on Suzume and Momaru he quickly held his sword in front of him defensively as he said "You are under arrest for destruction and disturbance of the human world. Refusal will allow in your death." His spiky brown hair flowed a bit as he let out a light whistle.

Momaru turned and growled at the shinigami. The fur along his spine standing up. Suzume frowned "If this is about killing that bee I swear it was an accident... and digging a hole isn't a lot of damage... if it is you may want to argue with the moles and earth worms.. they make more holes in the ground then I do."

The shinigami blinked and lowered his weapon a bit as a few others showed up. He held up his hand for them to stay their as he asked "You mean...you weren't the one who used a cero?" with that the shinigami looked at her with their weapons out as well but lowered a bit. "Just in case. Tsumi take her in for questioning." A blonde haired man nodded and sheathed his sword as he walked towards the girl nonchalantly.

Suzume took a step back and Momaru put himself between the shinigami and her. His fangs showing he growled even louder dareing the shinigami to try and get near her. She reached for her sword. "That's not verry nice. What if I don't want to go with you?" Her tone empty of any emotion.

The blonde looked at the dog and kept getting closer before stopping in front of the dog. Smiling he darted to the side and then towards Suzume, stopping a few feet in front of her with his sword out and placed against her throat. "Sorry miss but it's standard procedure."

Momaru wasn't to happy with this and barked loudly at the shinigami. Suzume glared at him. "Sorry sir I don't wanna go." She quickly raised a hand and pointed at his head with a cero ready to fire at him. "I might not have destroyed the forest but we can find out how much damage a cero to face dose."

The man blinked and sheathed his sword before getting behind her and putting an arm around her neck and getting Suzume into a headlock, kicking out the legs beneath her and tensing up his arms as he leaned forward in a lunge.

Suzume fired the cero at one of the shinigami and tried to get free. Momaru ran at the one who grabbed her and bit his ankle and shook his head to tear and cause more damage.

Tsuni grunted and kicked the dog away as another shinigami turned his head and screamed in pain, getting hit in the face by the cero. The others held their swords and ran towards the female but suddenly stopped with a pain stricken face. Jun stood behind them all as he swung the sword to get the blood of his blade and sheath it. As if on cue, the click of his sword being fully sheathed let the skin rip apart and let blood spurt. He turned towards the guy choking Suzume and aimed a finger at him, firing a small cero between his forehead.

Momaru let go when he was kicked and was about to bite him again but Jun beat him with a cero. Suzume would have laughed abit at the irony that the one named Tsuni,in the end got a cero to the face. She looked at Jun then at the ground. "Sorry... guess.... kinda .... um... nice weather?" Momaru looked at her qith what probably was a clasic anime sweat drop moment.

Jun looked at her the same way as Momaru had as he said "Um yeah...the cold is perfect weather." with that he walked towards Suzume and sat beside her as he put an arm around her while adding "For us to keep warm..." with that he looked at the wood he placed in Suzume's hole before lighting it with a small burning twig. The fire crackled to life.

Suzume blushed "So...your not mad I kinda almost got kidnapped by those jerks and... well it kinda did make a mess of the place..." she said looking at the dead shinigami. "Oh! Momaru you ok? The animal cops should give that guy a ticket or something for kicking you." The dog walked over and she gave him a hug and looked for any injuries.
