Her hands were shaking and her mind was racing, her eyes darting madly around the room.
"HaHAHahaha..." leaked from her mouth, unlike the lie about doing better she had wanted to tell.

She was a bit confused by Alex's response, but she kept on laughing for a few minutes until she couldn't laugh anymore...she just lay there gasping with no expression or hope on her face. She stared out the window into the starry sky, wishing she could leap into it..

Lillian felt grateful Alex said what she did, and she built up the breath to say one fast run-on sentence.
"There's no filthy and there's no pure blood it's all just blood, mine looks the same as anyone's even though I personally am half-blood, if you compared the blood that was in the bucket I'm sure it would look the sam eas yours of someone who is muggle-born."
She tried to press on, but it took her a moment to take another deep breath, her lungs felt weighed down with something she couldn't remove.
"Everyone should be treated the same because all our blood is the same level of cleanliness and each human life is worth the same amount regardless of who they are." She gasped again, and with a rattling breath she said one last thing; "Don't hate being who you are, it doesn't matter...what blood...you have...each person..worth...same.." She took one last rattling gasp and was still, slightly giggling under the covers, her head just peeking out from what looked like a blanket-straight-jacket.

Lillian's small smile faded when Alex called herself common. Not having the energy to talk, she just shook her head and giggled even more. Her hands shook more violently now and she tossed and turned every couple seconds, wearing herself out.

Lillian was still laughing, but nodded her head. She said inbetween the laughs, in small short gasps; "Its-amazing-what-one-person-can-do-isn't-it-Alex?
That one person could do this much damage to her when she thought she was so strong amazed her, but scared her.

Lillian just nodded and at last stopped giggling. She couldn't fall asleep now, not with all the memories now rushing back to her, haunting her.

Lillian couldn't help but grin. No one else had really thought about how boring it could get in here. Perhaps if Alex left the cards here when she left, Lillian could play Solitare. She said in a bit of a clearer voice ; "Sure, what game you want to play?" She hoped Alex wouldn't say exploding snap...she didn't have a wand, but didn't want to say that to people, she felt weak and vulnerable without it.

"Sure!" Lillian said happily. It was a simple muggle game, she at least stood a chance of not making a fool of herself. Once she got the 7 cards, she waited for Alex to ask for a card. "Youngest asks first" she said smiling.
