He grinned again.
"Oh, you know, anything to put the edge into a fight."
He stretched and gave a loud fake yawn.
"Weren't me and you supposed to be fighting. Or are you attempting to bore me to death. Or maybe you like to get frisky with your attackers too, and this is just the teasing stage." He chuckled, beginning to walk around the room. His eyes were just well enough adjusted to see her now.

Listening to each footstep, she closed her eyes. She'd done all the talking she'd like to, and she very quietly stood herself on the ledge, opening her eyes to see the darkened figure moving across the room. Waiting for the right moment, she was waiting for a clear path.

He was waiting too. He'd promised her the first strike, and he wasn't going back on his word now. He stopped again just beside the left wall and snorted softly.
"Like I said, when you're ready." He flexed his head again.

Q walked back to the club. He was starving. He walked in and eyed the bouncer again. He gave him an odd look. Sniffing the air he smelled the Alpha had been here... or was here.
" Hrmmm.... " Q eyes the rooms and sat at the bar.
" You got food? This is one hungry dog. " He patted his abs. The tender asked what he wanted and gave him what he asked for.
" Steak! " Q has eaten raw meat. But love it cooked. He dug in and was eating slowly.

Jumping upwards, she grabbed onto the edge of the light, since she was a very light-weight person it didn't even flinch. Using it was a level, so to speak, she jumped over the Lycan's head, landing somewhere behind in the dense darkness. Her feet meeting the ground silently. Would he see her now?

Cady glances about the place. IN the shadows, this vampire was. hanging out at his lover's club. He knew that RIkku was here, he could feel her. And now, he could see her too. He watches, he smiles. He always smiles. Well, maybe not always.
I am aware that you probably don't... want help. But if you should need it, I will be here. Cady speaks right into RIkku's mind, and toasts his drink in her direction. Crystal glass. SOmething red in it. Maybe blood. Maybe wine.

And still he stood, waiting. Didn't turn. Didn't make any remark. Didn't move at all.
He squinted in the dark.
"Where was she? Was she still here? Had she left without me knowing?"

*Rogue felt a familiar presence probably just above her. She knew it was Cady after a moment and spoke into his mind.
I do hope you're keeping track of Rikku and that lycan dog upstairs...

She thought loudly, though she didn't think she'd need it. The darkness was nothing but an advantage to her, she could move quietly and quickly witohut the stupid dog knowing. grinning slightly, she made a sudden movement, kicking out with her leg in the direction of the Lycan's back.

Cady shows no outward sign at the communication, but as he sips his drink again, he responds to Rogue, so nearby. He was almost tempted to drop it all and go to her. But no.
Just observing, my dear. Our leader is more than capable of fighting her own battles, and I am just an observer in this one.

He yelped as the kick came into contact with his shoulderblades and stumbled forward. He spun around to face the darkness.
"OK, my turn." He snarled and raced forward blindly. He wasn't pulling out the big guns just yet, as much as he wanted to. There'd be time for that later. He raised a fist and directed a punch in the area he expected her to be.

Quirking a brow, she was stood just at the side of where he was aimed... Wanting so much to do something, she thought it would be more entertaining if he were to meet the wall insead.. She smirked to herself at the thought of it.

*Rogue smiled apparently to herself as Cady was upstairs. But she spoke to him again.
I know she's quite capable. She was quite upset when she came in, I half expected her to rip the lycan to shreds on the dancefloor...But it is good to have you around, love.
