Rouges and pillagers from the border area of the Water country (near the Mist Village) was Rin's True origins... no he wasn't one of them... he was just a piece of merchandise, for such ruffians had a bit of business with human trafficking. They moved their "business" from place to place, just taking measures to not get taken down by Shinobi. However they didn't last long, they'd set up camp a bit too close to Kumogakure where they'd been slaughtered by a ninja unit.
At that time Rin was only 7 years old, unlike the other captives he didn't have a home or family to return to. Kumogakure became his home, he'd spent three years at the academy and was one of the top of his class as far as academic/book work scores... as far as testing his technique he was... meh average. He is probably the youngest Genin.

Tenrai grew up in a town not too far from his village. He didn't exactly have a fun time growing up. His parents hated him and would hit and curse at him. He couldn't go a day without being told he shouldn't have been born. Because of this he would push others away. Eventually he couldn't take it anymore, and he ran away as soon as he graduated Ninja Academy and is currently living by himself in the Kumogakure. His harsh childhood made him rebellious and cruel. But he still managed to retain a slight bit of kindness inside.

Well, The only things that I see wrong are that
1) you sadly may not start with taijutsu, you need to learn it; but seeing as you're going to kumo, it's not like you won't get kaiser fist.
2) How exactly do you fit 25 kunai on your person? Cause i'm not sure if we're held up to being realistic about something like that as this is my first approval.
3) I'm not sure if getting 10 chakra refunded from everything is too much too ask for D; I need a second opinion lol.

1.) He merely has the name of the style he plans on learning written down. That's alright. If he had any technique listed, then that would be a problem.
2.) You're allowed to start with 30 items of your choice, we don't really tend to ask where they're hidden or whatever. Just so long as they have 30 or less items, they're fine.
3.) That's actually right. A universal 10 chakra off would be denied.
Mmmm... atop this, you have to look at his strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths should just be reiterating what the character's good at. They shouldn't seem like special abilities.
If he were to just have "Powerful leg muscles" that would be fine.
Same would go for the second if it read "Quick witted," or something along those lines.

Tai : Done fixing it. 10 Chakra off switched for High pain tolerance. Oh and you're absolutely right. It doesn't seem realistic, so I also just stuffed most of them in the scrolls.
Shin : Changed the strengths already.

Precious: I don't see anything Wrong with your Profile. although I did help you create it myself > n >  Desin: Your attributed can be the way they were, it's just that refunding that much chakra is a lot to ask for. How about a passive increase to your chakra? look at some of the other profiles attributes to get an idea

2.) You're to wait two [2] weeks before creating a second character.

@ Shin: Regarding my profile approval, since i can't have 4 more custom jutsu slots, can I have - able to learn 4 more buki style/ or 3 if 4 is to much.
I would have brought this up sooner but I've been sick and haven't been able to get on much.
