For him even though the night was romantic however he always had a humorous streak in him no matter what the day especially as a kid, he would scare her any chance he got and tonight making it even better with his target already asleep.Senente stirs a little and wakes suddenly hearing a rattling and looks to the window only to see it was still closed,"Strange...I thought I..." she pauses hearing it again but what she didnt know it was Raiku wiggling the handle getting her attention,cautiously Senente went towards the closet only to be scared again turning by the window seeing a shadow.Once she sees it was nothing turns again spooked more as the closet door was opened,"This isnt funny anymore,Rai? Rai where are you I'm getting scared." a pair of hands come down to her,"Dont be scared my pretty...I wont let anything get to you...I'll protect you with my life always." a whisper comes from behind her and yet she didnt feel scared but releived hearing it was Raiku's voice,"Your right...thanks for all those years of not breaking the promise." They stay awake for a moment keeping close still the draft of sleep came to the two of them and as quick as they sat both were asleep still embraced,Senente nuzzled close hearing his soft heartbeat calming herself and drifs to sleep knowing his words were clear as crystal. The amber sun rises onto the Hatchi house as early morning came in slowly,inside Raiku and Senente stayed together even in sleep and soon rose up together smiling seeing the other.

Raiku was a hard one to get up in the morning but today he was a bit on the clingy side,"Rai seriously, its time to get ready for school you know how the kids can be at this time." she whispers but he grips tighter knowing sooner or later Senente was going to get annoyed.A couple more shove arounds and at the point she's face to face with him in a kiss and gets surprised,its warm and kind like something she always wanted to have all the time,"This....this is...I dont want to get away from this,not now." she thinks letting herself relax taking his kiss.

Everest stirs awake as the sun came in through her window and realized it was a school day getting around,once in the hall she notices how actually dead quiet it was and grew curious,"Odd, mommy and daddy are up by now and I know Yuki cant go to school till her arm is better....why is it so quiet?" She feels alone and slides Yuki's door open seeing she was still asleep and hears something coming from Raiku and Senente's room growing more curious. "You know....you really have a way to get what you want." he looks at her with a smile still they get spooked,"Daddy? what are you doing to mommy?" Senente's face turns bright red hearing Everest who was apparently watching.

Raiku is behind her looking over her shoulder at the places she was going to be performing but spooks her as she turns,"Whoa, didnt know I was that scary looking." "Well with that bedhead of yours you can scare anyone get ready you." she says shoving him to get prepared for school. "You think she bought your little fib?" he asks from the doorway,"You know kids her age...they'll believe just about anything their parents say but coming up with the lie like that was hard!" he comes out getting her from behind,"Well true it was hard but pretty clever you know I wouldnt've said something smart and then what."

After a few minutes they get things around while they wait for Everest to come down hoping to look on her face to see if it showed that they bought it or would they have to explain themselves more,she looks at them as they stared at her and tilts her head,"This isnt a staring contest its time for school." A sigh of relief comes out of their mouths...they dodged another bullet for now at the time,Senente grabs the phone hoping someone would pick up for her to watch Yuki while school was in session and came out blank,"Naruto isnt answering,Sakura isnt neither is Saskuke....what are we going to do now Rai." she says to him and he makes a few calls himself getting her curious as he talked to someone.

"Yeah...it'll just be till school gets out and I can get her then shes no trouble....right I know its odd but its last minute and your my last thread....thanks..we'll be there with her she'll most likely sleep till noon." he continues to talk and comes out with a mixed expression on his face,Well Sen its sorta good and bad." she looks at him and was anxious. "Well what?....what did you do on the phone?" he rubs the back of his head as if he was afraid to tell her but gets it out,"I got someone to watch Yuki but we need to take her to the temple....my brothers are withering to take care of her."

Somthing wasnt right and Raiku was sensing it, Senente wouldnt just leave the class like that without a decent excuses but thinking about it she was a little stressed from the past few weeks and maybe work was getting to her and decides a hour or so wouldnt hurt. It was when the bell rang after lunch he grew more worried,"What did she mean she couldnt do it anymore?....not to mention her behavior this morning was a little off but what did she mean?....something just not right with her today." he thinks for a moment and forgotten her tour was coming up and perhaps she was a bit worried that she'll be far from home and it would be hard to be apart from the family for a long time while in America."Class finish your definitions for friday's test I'll just be a few minutes then afterwards freetime at your desks." he says before leaving the room,for a moment he didnt know where to go but if his instints were right on something something wasnt right with Senente and he had to find her soon to figure it out and try to solve it.

Within the temple walls the uncle pair seem to show not much around Yuki,even with her identity a deep secret to them they never were really good at watching children this made it worse since she was their brother's daughter and they didnt know if she was the same like him however...Ryushi was being the "oh too cute one" while Shinzuki well....just plain didnt like her thinking her as a little menace with cute red eyes,"Aww come now Shin-shin isnt she just the most precious thing you ever seen I mean shes not brother's blood but looks just like him." "For the last time brother you call me that idiotic name one more time I swear." he's about to say more but is interupted,"Tsk tsk no swearing in front of our niece she'll just repeat what you say.Give her a chance look here shes so cute." he goes to grab for her but as he turned Yuki gave them the slip and was either scurrying around or hiding,Shinzuki looks around and huff,"Nice one idiot now you lost her in the temple,smart babysitting there brother." "Oh shut up and help me she could get too far in her condition what would Raiku said if we lost something like his daughter.......who knows what he'll do." Ryushi thinks not wanting to feel it.

He takes a minute to find where the crying was coming from and his eyes looked to the shadows and within them shimmering green shades and the signs of tears,she had been crying this whole time and he didnt even reconized it till now."Sen honey come on whats troubling you so much to cry on." he says but Senente stays quiet and he spots the yearbook. He had forgotten from when he was in school she dropped out from the years of being bullied and almost ending it in a clean slate but he intervined it....stopped her before it was too late,he sits by her tries a few times to wrap her in his arms letting her know he was there and after a couple attempts gets to her holding tight.

"Look sweetie you thought that things were more easier when you were gone but in reality....it wasnt. Everytime I was in training I would think where you went and in the classroom all I do is stare at your empty desk and feel as if....I lost my best friend." he looks to her for a moment before lifting her chin pulling her into a kiss and wasnt going to let go of her anytime soon,he had the sense that a warmth in her would knock her out of what was causing her depression but that was him and it was only a guess.He lets go after a few minutes and takes another look at Senente seeing the red on her cheeks....something he loved to see on her,"Its true everything I said and even though its the past the best thing we have is the present look at us,were together and have two wonderful daughters who can be a handful but there adorable.Senente...whatever else is hurting we can talk, tell me whats hurting you the most besides the past."

Shinzuki finally caught up seeing Ryushi had Yuki propped on his lap listening closely concentrating on everything and when something comes up of the boys pranking eachother she couldnt help but laugh,though she only saw her grandparents a few times she was amazed of what they did even before she was even born,all the adventures and battle Aaron had face and what the boys did as kids,she was intrigued at everything."So you see thats pretty much what the family is and who everyone is all about right Shinzuki?" he looks to him but he wasnt in the mood and happy wasnt what he was feeling.

"Will you stop playing around if you asume love this girl you'll watch her for now on the temple isnt a place for a pipsqueek like her to be running around,she could break something or bother the other." Yuki looks away from him hiding in Ryushi's chest and he heaves a sigh patting her hair,"Now see what you did you upset her she's Raiku's daughter so she's your niece also why cant you for once be nice and show a little more positivity towards her the way she is." Ryushi tries to defend her but Shinzuki wasnt budging."Well if you think she needs to be away from my negativity and the way she is conditioned put her in your room that way she'll be away from me and wont wonder around." He sighs watching his brother leave and picks her up carefully and placing her on his bed and pets her head,"Its not your fault Yuki,uncle Shin-shin just has a cloud above his head most of the time I bet deep inside he thinks your as cute as me saying it."she lets out a mew and he takes it as a slight laugh though it was odd he smiled.

For her the first snow ment it was going to be another winter coming up,it showed the signs of happiness and new life coming the next year. Everest was watching in the kitchen window and was excited to see it yet confused since it was her first time seeing it like it was and came to the others,"Mommy? whats that outside its looks like something from my old home but different." she was a little surprised she never heared of snow but thinking back from the past in Lokchaos the snow had a greyish tint to it and was more coarse than what was outside,"This is snow hun, its like the stuff back in the Shadow Realm but here its pure white and spinkles everywhere." she explains getting a giggle from her in the process as Raiku watched them finally able to heave a silent sigh of his own.

"Stop teasing her now for once let her actually catch the ball Shinzuki" Ryushi yells as Yuki scurried around in a tight circle chasing the ball,"But you particually said to bond with our niece....this is an example of it." he replys sarcasticly. For Yuki getting to the ball was a challenge with every try she gets its yanked farther away and sits on all fours showing defeat with a low mew,"Finally.....she gives up now I can actually get something done.Ryushi, do what you want but I'm gonna go and get things around its starting to snow now." and he takes his leave down the hall,"Oh fine to you as well me and cutie fox here will have fun toget....." he turns noticing she gave him the slip again,"Outfoxed by a child how nice."

On the island it was laced with a delicate layer of snow and most of the fire and grass pokemon were in their huddled spots away from the cold while some of the ice types were out and about,Senente preps for dinner waatching the snow from the window periodicly smileing in relief of not just the snow coming in but the fact how she felt a few minutes back seemed to have vanished,"He means every word and....kiss as well,perhaps things are going to be better before I leave." she thinks to herself as Raiku read in the livingroom catching a few glances at Senente before she caught him."You know when you look up from your book you actually look smart for once Rai." he looks at her again with a slight annoyance,"You think your so clever."

The halls echoed with Yuki's pittering of her feet as she looks around finding the place where she saw the Hatchi family portraits and decided to go a little deeper looking at the farther ones down, she looks seeing the past Aura guardians to more of the Hatchi brothers as they grew but stops at a particular one.It was one of Raiku in the Aura guardian attire which she saw only once at the halloween party but she was intrested,"Daddy?" she says tilting her head looking up to the pertrait but as she did her moon glowed a faint blue and a sense of a hand patted her head."Yes little one thats your father up there he's been doing great as the guardian I'm sure for." she turns to her left and spots her grandfather Aaron looking with her and feels another on her left, Kin her grandmother,"Its true little one our son know how to keep the tradition going and he'll be one of the greatest amongs his father." she smiles.All three look and talk without being disturbed which was ok with Yuki since she loved being accompanied by them and feel safe.

As Yuki looked at the picture Ryushi was watching her close noticing she was acting as if she was talking to herself however,noone was there to talk to her,thinking it was just an imaginary friend picks her up back into the main room realizing the time and got her around for a walk in the courtyard to get a little fresh air. The snow was falling at a calm rate as the two walk along the path laced in the cold stuff,Yuki was sniffing the air constantly getting familer with the new smell while amising him,"Its like you havent seen snow before.....pretty isnt it?" she opens her mouth for a moment and a flake landing snapping her mouth shut but seeing it tasted just like ordinary water and giggle. _____________________________________________________________

"I have to admit you know whats right to eat for the seasons...good choice." she smiles and serves everyone up with the same little comments and complimants every meal had with Raiku trying his hardest to win her over but it always get to her with a little blush getting him to smirk."Oh Rai you think your such the clever one which your lines but....I give you credit you always know what to say to me...so sweet of you." Senente says but at that point it was him who had the tint of red in his cheek that got both girls laughing along.________________________________________________________

Shinzuki finally joins the two hearing the mewing echo from outside and wondered what the two were doing,"I cant leave your sight for a minute can I....whats all the excitement about and why is she so wired up." Ryushi just smiles,"No clue, she sees the flakes land in the snow and rolls in the snow popping her head up a couple times....dont you think its adorable?" "Umm....I get back to you on that." he replys being his way and it ended up with them getting in a arguement leaving their attention of her as she scurried out of their sights.
