Class was dismissed, and Oukami hurried out, half-hoping to catch Inoke before Bristan did. He felt a little nervous all of a sudden, although he could not for the life of him think why.

 Inoke exited the building, books clutched to her chest as she headed for the bridge and toward home. She went over the homework she had to do in her mind, thinking she should also get some exercise today, rain or not.

Oukami faltered a bit as he found himself right behind her, before he managed to stutter:"H-Hi, I-Inoke" He cursed himself for stuttering, and found himself blushing at his sudden outburst.

'It was no problem.' She smiled at him, tucking some of her hair behind her ear with one hand and glancing up to meet his eyes. Inoke averted hers a moment later, feeling a bit embarrassed.

"You had a g-good day at school, then? Sorry if I made you late this morning" He met her eyes for a second but he too looked away quickly, playing with his braid. Bristan came over to Kami but did not say anything as they were speaking, instead interesting himself in gazing dreamingly at Inoke's chest.

Inoke had nodded, 'I-I...yes...it was...' but had trailed off, looking at Bristan uncertainly. When it finally clicked where he was staring she hastily hoisted her books up and grew quite red.

"Bristan stop it she has a face!" Kami scolded, backhanding his cousin across the back of the head. He looked mortified, and gave Inoke an apologetic look."I was just daydreaming, Jeez!" Bristan pouted, shaking himself out of his reverie.
