Jenny felt her feet get swept out from under her, and her first reaction was to panic and her second was to latch onto something. So with a small shriek, she flung her hands around Kyle's neck before finally opening to eyes to assess her situation.
"Christ Kyle! You could've warned me at least. I felt like I was going to take out your eye and then we really wouldn't have proved a point at all," She responded with an exasperated glance now that she was at eye level with the swallow user. The mage tried to keep a stern look on her face before adverting her gaze, flustered with her predicament as she looked to the opposite end of the room. A look of disbelief filled her eyes as she side glanced back to the holy knight on the brink of laughing. "It's... really, not that long of a walk, ya know."

As Kyle took Jenny to the other side of the car, she took a moment to glance at James. It was good to fight along side a friend, who she knew before all this started. She knew his way of thinking a little better, she'd hope he'd know her's as well.
Dawn looked over at Kyle and Jenny across the way. She was probably the least experienced among them. But she still knew that if she wanted to do anything, she'd have to get close up on them. As James on the other hand, used a gun, a ranged weapon. He needed to be far away to be effective. This wasn't going to be easy.
~'You forgetting something? Your wind perhaps?'~
Yeah, Dawn did have the wind, it had a good range on it if she wanted it to. But Kyle on the other hand could do about the same thing. She still remembered what the blast she took to the back felt like. While Jenny was strictly magic from what she had seen.
So what could she do? She had her tessen, wind and she could move pretty fast too... So she wondered...
Dawn glanced over her shoulder at James once more. He knew them better than her. And was more into the strategy stuff.
"What do you think?" she asked.

James couldn't help but chuckle lightly as Kyle literally scooped up Jenny and carried her, running over to the other side of the car. The corsair took a good long moment to analyze the situation, despite Dawn asking him what he thought.
'Kyle is fast and melee oriented. Though as he's proven his magic makes him potentially ranged too... and Jenny from what I have seen is strictly magic. Mostly either enhancing or enfeebling magics from what I have seen but I know she has meteor... as for Louis. He uses a rifle and that's all I've seen from him.'
He finally turned his attention to Dawn.
"Well... I am strictly ranged so I have to keep my distance. I don't want to slow you down though so you can proceed how you will and I'll cover you as best I can. We just need to watch out for Louis. We'll both have to be careful of Jenny too. This is going to be an interesting challenge."

As his hand merely hovered over the crystal... nothing happened.
"Is there an issue, sir?" one of the Guado's asked, raising an eyebrow as the younger male seemed to just stand there, glancing at it but not quite touching it.

Louis took several quick steps back, putting distance between himself and the other two groups, "Alright, let's get started! Ready! Set-" Louis held the last word, aimed his gun at Dawn and pulled the trigger, "Go!"

"Perhaps, but it was faster this way," Kyle replied with a grin, lightly setting her down and turning to face the others. As Louis began the countdown, Kyle made sure to stand just to the side of Jenny, practically in front of her, but leaving her with a line of sight. One thing was noticeable, however-
He remained barehanded. For now, anyway.
The moment Louis pulled the trigger, Kyle's two hands, unhindered by a weapon, flew in front of him with a flurry of motion, firing off three quick Banish waves- two at James, one at Dawn. The advantage of the quick-firing spell was both its insane speed, and the fact that it wasn't deflect-able. It was more a Force-Push than an actual blast; however, this made it particularly weak in comparison to a full-power magic spell.

"The Replicas are planning an ambush of sorts in the Caribbean. The Earthlings do not know it yet, but that is their next destination," he spoke, having listened to the previous conversation with much interesting. Having such allies on his side was definitely an advantage. "They struck an alliance with my own allies. Louis will likely be caught up in the assault, but Ajora insists that no lives are to be taken yet, so there should be no true danger."
"I will be, for the most part, with this group of Earthlings, just as Kuja is with the others," he explained, now glancing toward Nicholas (or, rather, his body). "And Nicholas will be joining me. But not before I fully unlock his heart. Unlike your host, Mateus, who gave in before ever reaching our plane, Nicholas struggled before making his decision."
"Not that it matters any more. In a few minutes, the two of you will be equal once again," he explained, giving a reassuring (if not somewhat lofty) smile. "Chaos, I would ask that you help your Avatar suppress any truly malicious emanations. While this group lacks the same gifts the other group had for detecting Dark hearts, it is still wiser to take the precaution."

Before the Crimson Jazz could even begin to start another Fire spell, Sora fired off a quick Blizzara spread-blast, not only finishing off the fiery mage Heartless, but slowing down a number of the remaining nearby Shadows and Neoshadows.
"How ya holdin' up?" Sora called over to Joe, smiling and giving the thumbs up to signal that he was doing pretty good himself. At that point, two Shadows leapt at him from the side- only to be quickly slashed in two by the Keyblade.

Joe could only smirk at the question. He had just kicked a** and took a few names. And Sora had to ask how he was holding up? Oh, the chuckle that escaped Joe's lips was light and airy, sounding playful and like the fighter was having a ball.
"Oh, I think I'm doing pretty good. Better yet, how are you holding up?" Stabbing his bo back behind him, he caught a neoshadow in the gut and spun this staff, bringing it up and over before jumping up and propelling himself forward, delivering a dropkick to the thing's chest and sending it flying away. He definitely had the hang of battle.

The dark haired teen watched as Louis' gun started off the battle, with Kyle following close behind with quick Banish spells. Jenny smiled slightly as she placed her lips to the flute with the mentality of taking an already quick spell and making it quicker.
"Remember, make your attacks fluid. One song into the other. Make if so it's as if the spells all belong in the same song, it'll save you time and mana," Siren advised quietly, watching behind the lens of Jenny's eyes.
Right. A single note reverberated across the room before transforming into a symphony of intertwining melodies. A haste rune appeared underneath both Kyle and herself, the hands spinning wildly out of control. The song evolved then into something else as purple orbs of gravity erupted across the playing field. Anyone who found themselves unlucky enough to pass through one or get caught in one would find their weight doubled with the increased density.

The Walker of the Wheel turned towards the Maester, using his avatar to display a very ticked off expression. "Listen...Seymour, was it? I do not take orders from prissy blue haired monstrosities like yourself. If they cannot sense Nicholas' dark heart, then I will not prevent him from letting the Darkness in."
Chaos rolled his neck, listening to his host's spine crack as his head shifted from one shoulder to another. "Now, I believe that is in order. Mateus, I plan on challenging Ultima in battle. I want you to be prepared for when I arrive. I plan on spilling that angellic witch's blood all over my blades."

"You would be wise not to contradict me, lest you prefer I send you right back to that ethereal prison realm the Occuria banished you to," Seymour responded, more amused than anything that the Esper actually believed he held any sway over the Maester of Yevon. "I expelled Ultima after her escape, and I can do the same to you."
His eyes briefly glanced toward Mateus as he spoke, the airy tone of his voice carrying an undercurrent of challenge- as if daring Mateus to repeat Chaos' mistake.
"Of course, I could simply let you and your host die against the High Seraph and her allies instead, if you insist on such misbehavior," he continued, his tone now revealing every ounce of amusement. "Need I remind you, Scion, that without my help, you're bound to a weak host. In your current state, you're no match for the lot of them. Regardless of whether or not you enjoy the fact, you need me."

Chaos stared at Seymour in disbelief. "...Are you that powerful, then? Well..." The Walker of the Wheel trailed off, then began laughing. It started off as a slow chuckle at first, then became a maniacal laughter that would only fit the most insane of people...summons.
"I like you, Seymour. When I destroy Ultima, I shall thank you for this interesting turn of events before I obliterate you." Chaos chuckled again, before fading off into the dark center of Nicholas' mind.
"...Well. I do hope that Chaos was as polite as he could be...That freaking monster." Nick sighed, rubbing his temples. Apparantly, Chaos has side effects, including nausea, headaches, and supernatural powers.

"Wait I'm not ready!" Dawn yelled out with a panic moment as Louis shot at her. An attack that was soon followed by Kyle, "Oh cra-!"
~'Move Sunlight! MOVE!'~
Dawn let the wind surround her feet and propel her into a high jump, to avoid both the bullet and Kyle's Banish. Dawn flipped midair as she summoned both fans and she started making her decent. She let her body fall head first with her fans ready to attack as she came in head first onto Kyle.
