Nobody liked the way she was so cute and childish, it also felt nice not having to be on a defensive state for once so he decided he would take some risks "you'll get it when you are ready to understand" he said closing his eye and reaching for Maria's hand hopping she wouldn't pull away "And I'll be more than glad to assist you if you ever want me to" he finished blushing a little bit and dragging time as long as he could before opening his eye.

Tao placed a hand on the small of her back, then guided Alex to the back of the room. "We don't have to dance if you don't want to. We're celebrating the arrival of the new Queen, so long as we give our congrats there isn't much a need to dance. But it would be nice to dance at least once.",he said trying to reassure Alex.
Dorthy looked over at Rabbit, her expression completely blank but she quickly snapped back to reality and flashed him another quick smile.
"Well, I know we'll have to dance sometime.",she said gnawing her lower lip. "You choose."

Nobody snickered at this she basically just offered herself to him to do what 'birds and bees do' but he was still a kid so he wouldn't take advantage of that and he was too deeply in love already to do so "I think i must be mad but... i think i am falling in love with the enemy" he said opening his eye slowly and looking at her with a smile.
((((okay, my 12 year old knows he is in love but Marcie does not i think there is something seriously wrong with her lol, anyhow i have to leave so see ya' lot tomorrow XD))

Alex nodded her head, One dance...,"Okay...we dance" she said with a small smile.
Rabbit thought, "Why don't we sit for now, then dance?" he asked.

Maria giggled, changing somewhat as she heard this. "As the saying goes, keep your friends close...but your enemies closer." she replied, giggling in her child-like manner once more. It was weird, Maria seemed to understand but he could not be sure she did, Nobody wanted to stay like this forever, but he knew it was impossible, if he had learned anything from this years it was that the more perfect everything seems the sooner it will end so he sighed and continued holding Maria's hand "You want to know why i call you 'Little miss miss'?" he asked trying to not say what he had in his mind directly, since it was embarrassing, but trying to say it in a way he was sure Maria would understand.
Marcie was worried the queen might not had gotten her dress so she decided to go look for her, she smiled at Matt as soon as they where at the bottom of the stairs and excused herself quietly "I'm sorry but i think i need to check if the queen got her dress... i couldn't deliver it myself you see" she blushed and mumbled something about 'dinging-birds'

Matt nodded. "See ya, Marcie..." He walked among the dancers. He walked to Tao and Alice. "I just wanted to say that I ment the compliment earlier. Tao, you should be honored to have the arm of this young lady." He smiled. He looked at the dancers. "Do you know if anyone of them would be willing to dance with a Hatter?"

Marcie felt a little... disappointed? well she couldn't expect him to cling on to her for ever but it still felt weird, none the less she had to make sure the queen had her dress or it would be her fault she was not at the ball, so she went outside the dancing hall and into one of the hallways.... just where would that petite queen be?

Tao looked at Alex and blunk a couple times. Augh, right now? Maaan. He hated dancing, if there was one way to be formal ballroom dancing would be it. Though he didn't show it at all, he just smiled at her and held out his hand but his attention was soon on Matt. "There's a girl with an hour glass shape over there who has been eyeing you for awhile.",he pointed out. The girl had a very well made dress, which he knew would get Marcie jealous. Ah yes, he was playing with fire now.
Dorthy looked around and nodded. People were still watching them, even with Alex and Tao walking around.

Marcie turned a hallway and saw something she never through of seeing in a million year, just why where Nobody White and Maria Heartnett holding hands??? okay... the queen had her dress on so that was all she needed to know, she really didn't want to face the king with her mission unfinished she hurried back to the ballroom pale as a ghost.

Alex took Tao hand, and looked at the girl he pointed at,She's pretty I wonder who she came with..., she looked around again then soon at her feet,she noticed to many people, well only men, eyes on her,Stupid dress.
