*Blue and Aphrodite are making dinner*
Fiorenza smiled and nuzzled Kuoni before she went outside. She then looked down at Nima and grinned. "Aw! Grangran sounds so cute!" She said nuzzling Nima. She then jumped at Tersi. "You're so silly." She said nuzzling her.
Lux watched as Kuoni asked Doc to join her outside. She looked to Doc and nudged him forward. She was however nervous about them going out this close to night falling. The others wouldn't attack them this close to the cabin.
Doc looked at Lux and rolled his eyes. "Fine. I'm coming mom." He said trotting outside with her, "So what do you wish to speak about?" He sat down on the porch near the door.

Kuoni flicked her ears sadly and stared into the darkening woods. "Doc. I... it wasn't fair of me to not tell you sooner. I was being selfish, trying to keep you longer. It seemed like not saying it would delay the entire thing." She paused, then turned back to Doc. "I'm sorry."
She moved so that she sat next to him. "Doc. Blue, grandma Fiorenza's human, talked to me. She said that along with Grandma and the others, Lux is going to be your primary guardian." She looked down. "She helped me when I was in trouble once. I trust her more than most others I know. She'll take good care of you. ...I don't know how much of my word you'll listen to now. You're right to be upset with me, but trust in Lux."
"We'll be staying for the night, so... if you think of anything you want to ask or tell me before morning... go ahead. Just remember, I never meant to hurt you. I love you."
Tersi yelped happily as she was nuzzled. "So, we can call you grangran now?" She asked with a giggle.
Nima, happy that she had been able to christen Fiorenza as 'grangran,' barked and growled playfully; he batting match with Wyatt turning into a wrestling match.
Wyatt followed his big sister's example, growling and quickly turning the batting into wrestling. He and Nima yapped and yipped back and forth to show they were having fun, like most wrestling pups would.

Doc shook his head and rolled his eyes. "I forgive you mother." He said, "I just wished you had told me earlier. I would have done more with you then." He looked up at her with sad eyes. "I love you too mom." He whispered, "So Lux is going to take care of me..... explains why she got me from the room." He paused for a minute then looked at Kuoni confused. "Why are you guys staying? We..... you don't live far from here."
Fiorenza nodded. "Yes you can call me grangran." She said noticing Lux, "They'll be fine out there." She then sniffed the air and sighed happily. "Smells so good."

Kuoni smiled gently and licked/nuzzled his head. Then she sighed and looked back out into the woods. "Well, thr foilage is thick out there. You saw it. With it almost dark, it'd be hard to keep track of your siblings. And... the woods can be dangerous at night. I don't want you kids out there in the dark until you're older."
Tersi giggled happily, skittering around and through Fiorenza's legs. She paused and stuck her nose into the air. "It does smell good!" She tilted her head and Lux and Fiorenza. "Why wouldn't they be fine out there?"

"Oh. I wonder what makes the woods dangerous at night." Doc said looking at the woods, "Well shouldn't we go back in then? Plus I think I smell dinner." He stood to go inside but stopped when he starting coughing.
Fiorenza nodded. "I wonder what we're going to be eating." She said shaking her head, "It's nothing you have to worry about."
Lux nodded. "That's right. You don't have to worry about plus they'll be fine." She said turning to watch the other two wrestle.
Aphrodite stepped out of the kitchen. "It's dinner time! Come to the dining room." She said walking towards another room.

Kuoni remained silent. 'I hope you never have to find out that answer.' She sniffed at the air and smiled lightly. "Yes, and doesn't it smell good." She stood, pausing to make sure Doc was okay and standing correctly before pushing the door open right as Aphrodite announced dinner.
Tersi nodded to Fiorenza and Lux, letting it roll off her back. She yipped when dinner was announced, running a circle around her grandma before stopping and waiting for the way to the kitchen to be shown.
Nima perked her head up. "Yummies!" She yipped, hopping away from Wyatt and following after Aphrodite.
Wyatt reached one more swat at Nima before she ran off. He looked over as the front door opened, a bit of Doc's cough coming through. He shook his head and headed for the kitchen.

Lux stopped the pups before they went into the kitchen. "Aphrodite said the dining room not the kitchen." She said hobbling towards the hallway and the room furthest from the living area, "It's this way."
Fiorenza looked towards the door and smiled. "Just in time you two." She said, "Yep. Follow us kids." She then walked towards the dining room and opened the door. Out of the room came an delicious smell.
Doc walked in the cabin and nodded. "It does smell good." He said following everyone else, "So what are we having?"
Blue chuckled as everyone walked in. "We are having a special meal..... that I heated up myself." She said laughing, "I am having a sandwich and you guys are having my special heated moonlits food. It's a mix of dog food, mashed potatoes and gravy, and bits of hamburger." She pulled out a chair for her and sat down.

Kuoni responded to Fiorenza's smile with one of her own. She sniffed the air again. She smiled at the excitement of the pups and padded into the dining room. "Thank you for letting us stay." She said to Blue.
Tersi followed closely to Fiorenza, looking with curious eyes at the new room. 'Where will the light best hit my fur...?'
Nima tilted her head. "Are mashed potatoes good grangran?"
Wyatt smirked bashfully, turning quickly from the kitchen to follow after the others. "Yes, thank you." He said after Kuoni, rubbing his head against Blue's leg.

Blue smiled at everyone. "Your welcome. It's so nice to have company and a full cabin." She said. She then began eating her sandwich.
Aphrodite sat down at the table where a plate was set out for her. "Your food is on the floor in bowls." She said before eating her food.
Fiorenza walked over to her food dish and nodded. "Mashed potatoes are very good." She said. She then began eating making sure to lick her chops after every bite.
Doc looked around wondering which bowl to use. He watched as Lux pointed to a purple-ish bowl. "Is that mine?" He asked going over to it. After getting a yes from Lux he started eating.
Lux pointed to Doc's bowl and then headed for her own. "Yes. That'll be your bowl for now on." She said starting to eat.

Kuoni made sure each of the pups found bowls, then set into her own. She nibbled slowly, her tummy aching for some reason. She had a lot of tummy aches lately. Her friend Tilly said it must be stress, and she figured the same. After only a few bites, she could eat no more and watched in motherly happiness as the pups munched down their dinner with healthy appetites.
Tersi found a bowl that sat in a few stray beams of final sunlight. She sat next to it and bit delicatly at the food, but it was delicious, and her youth took over her vanity and she dug in happily.
Nima sniffed cautiously at the new food. Mashed potatoes? If grangran said it was okay... She took a bite, wagged her tail, and dug in like her sister.
Wyatt smirked. "You think grangran would let you eat bad food?" He asked Nima, recieving a small indignant glare from her. He snorted a giggle and ate his own food.

Everyone: *is eating and not talking*
Blue looked at Kuoni and noticed that she had stopped eating already. She hadn't eaten much and it worried Blue. "Are you feeling alright Kuoni?" She asked. She made a mental note to go see Corny and tell her that Kuoni should go see the Vet.

Kuoni looked up at Blue and nodded. "Yes, I'm- just not very hungry... I told mom that earlier. It's very good though." She inclined her head toward her pups with a small smile. "As you can see."
Tersi: *eats*
Nima: *gobbles*
Wyatt: *munches*

Blue nodded then picked up her plate. She walked into the kitchen from the dining room. She came back and gathered up the empty dog bowls. "Well you guys can sleep in the moonlits room tonight." She said yawning, "Bed time guys!"

((Imagine it's the front door. They're going to the forest soon anyway xD ))
Atreyu walked slowly out of the door and sat down at the edge of the porch. He was deep in thought and was happy that at least Ivan was going to be joining them on this quest. He wasn't entirely sure what was going to happen. He'd have to fill Rudolf in later when he returned from his own adventures.
"I don't even know why Cheshire helped us on our treasure hunt if he was evil all this time. I hope the others know how to fight; if it comes to that." He said aloud to no one in particular.
Kai trotted out of the door behind Atreyu and jumped off the porch and spun around in a quick circle before lifting his head to the sky and taking a deep breath.
"Finally some fresh air!" He exclaimed. He raced back up the porch steps and waited beside the door; readying himself to scare the first person who exited the door; ignoring Atreyu's look telling him to behave. "Come on, come on...." He muttered to himself.
