I should go back through it and add the distinctive jamacian accent of those native to Glee Anselm.

I kinda liked the speech, to be honest.
As for the regenerative shielding, bring that up with Stellar. He's the one who listed that as a technology, and suggested Pammant/Free Dac. Sounds like he screwed his own offer, if that's the case

There's been suggestion in the articles on Free Dac ships that they incorporated most of the same technologies as later Mon Calamari Ships. Besides the aquatic abilities the only other unique technology in Mon Calamari design is regenerative shielding so I assumed it would be available to Free Dac.
If not then I'll have to make do with the aquatic technologies, we'll have to learn that anyway to build ships on the water based shipyards of Pammant. I guess we'll have to have an aquatic lift cradle to launch KDY ships after they've been constructed.

Wait Pammant was badly damaged just before the Battle of Coruscant. A battlecruiser crashed into the planet and caused it to fracture. I guess its like Bilbringi now, a shipyard built into the burned out wreckage of the planet.

Good call. The Free Dac article never mentioned the state of it's shipyards.
So Pammant is a giant asteroid field now. That means most of the ships that have to be built on water will be at Mintooine.
In a way, this will make it easier for you Stellar.

Yeah, most KDY products are built in orbital facilities. Did I mention that Raith Sienar is currently unemployed? Republic Sienar Systems was shut down before the Battle of Coruscant because it was providing ships to the Confederacy.

Ha, really?
But that wouldn't have lasted long, I'm sure. With the Republic getting the bad end of the war for 6 years after that, I'm sure the Confeds allowed Sienar to open back up
Or would you rather we do that manually in the roleplay? I'm trying to make a move to start intergrating more organics into the CIS military. I've so far been toying with open registration in the military, and invasions of Carida and Corulag

We'll see... When Republic Sienar Systems was shut down its assets were taken over by the Republic Navy. Part of my trip to Coruscant will be to purchase some of those assets.
Remember EK, I'm a businessman not an ally.

Carida won't put up much of a fight, but Corulag will not surrender until the last organic on it has been ashed. Plus, the fortress world of Anaxes is literally right next door to the Ringali Shell, so an invasion of Corulag will have IMMEDIATE consequences.

I'm aware of that Stellar. But I also realize that being a businessman, your friendship can be bought, if I can only find the right deal and sales pitch
@ Cale- I know Crulag's proximity to the Republic will make it a problem. Of course, my character's ultimate goal will be to finish off the Republic anyway, so he'll have to fight off Anaxes anyway at sme point. I doubt they'd just surrender, seeing as they remained on their own well into the New Republic

Nor do I.
But that doesn't mean things can't change in the future.
@ Cale- If I have to, I probably will, though I'll have to convince the civilian leaders that even though Anaxes controls much of the defense in the Core if and when we captue the core, attacking it is near suicide, and ignoring it is stupid. We'd have to convince them to work with us, or otherwise glass them

I'm still surprised that the confeds don't control all but the core anyway. They own everything around the trade routes, and all the surrounding systems...
As for the speech, If you liked it, you're probably going to like Ann Raynd. There's like five quotes from atlas shrugged in there. Objectivism is perfect for politicans with alterior motives.
